Hello, I am sorry but we cannot assist the customer furtherWe already provided a one month refund as a courtesy This is acknowledgement that we worked with the customer to provide an amicable resolution since she had no proof of cancellation The customer stated she was fine with getting a refund, She understood the fact that the subscription was not canceled on time and that we provided partial credit Please see attached for proof of customer's acceptance of the courtesy refund and for information displayed before she made the purchase in our website -- Sincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below This response is generic and doesn't address my complaint I have discovered that this company operates under multiple names on the internet such as Resume Builder This way they capture as many people as possible who just want a free template See my original complaint I did not want to sign up for a serviceI was forced to in order to print and save my resume and not waste hours of time The template was clearly labelled as "free" when I started Re: their assertion that customers can download a free "text-only" copy, I have things to say1)This was never offered as an option on the website I was on 2) That is NOT a resume Simple HTML wouldn't help at all A customer would have to retype the entire thing Lastly, I did cancel the subscription immediately after saving and printing the resume I did not receive a confirmation of this There are dozens of similar complaints that I easily found within minutes of researching this company Unfortunately, they are on reviews such as the one I mentioned in the original complaint Not as many people went to the trouble to report them to the Revdex.com I am standing up for all of those people This company needs to be stoppedIt is easy for internet-based businesses to get away with unethical and/or fraudulent practices that can be changed overnight and are difficult to track Thanks again for your time and your efforts are much appreciated

What can I say about Resume Genius...amazing lol! This site rocks, I created a resume in less than minutes and sent it to various places, got calls from pretty much every place I sent it to! Also take advantage of the little things like Job Boards and that amazing expert that the site offers, it helps a lot!
