They are not offering anythingThey are saying that it is my fault that I didn't know I was automatically enrolled in their subscription service and won't refund anythingThe email address I used was an account that I rarely ever use, so I didn't receive the email saying that I was going to be automatically enrolled in a service that I didn't wantAlso, I caught on to the unwanted subscription about week into the 2nd monthI emailed them and they cancelled my unwanted account with more than 75% of that month still remaining, but they still said that I was responsible for paying the rest of that monthWhat kind of customer service makes you pay for 1) a service that you never used once after the trial period and that you didn't want at all and 2) even after you've cancelled with more than days remaining in the monthI've had cable and telephone services prorate my monthly fees to the day, why can't this company function like a decent-minded organization?
