Kathy Lee I am writing to express the within 14 days trial for radiant revive skincare product of which I received via mail, shipped on July 11 2018. Received days later, for the shipping fee of $4. 95. With the understanding that if I was satisfied I could order more, however, I was charged $89.95 for the product within 14 days of the order. There was no information on the shipping slip, with instructions on how to return the product or the conditions in small
print online order page. It seems like a rip off. The caused my skin to itch throughout the day, I discontinued use. I still have the product but will not use it. I spoke to customer service who told me it was legal and I could not get a refund. The cost of the product was not in my budget and I caused a difficient. I am a Mary Kay consultant and never have appreciated our customer service
and refund policy as I do after seeing how fraudulent other companies are. Consumers Beware! I merely want to see the competition of a celebrity skincare line never expecting to be ripped off! Sad

These terms and conditions stated that you have 14 days to try out our products with only the cost of shipping. We advise you to call within your trial period to cancel if you wish to do so. Once your 14 days have passed we then charge you for the full retail price of our products that we had originally shipped out to you to try for 14 days. You are then shipped out our products every 30 days until you call in and wish to cancel .
