I encourage the Revdex.com to keep this in mind just because I was refunded, does not mean it is okay

We have looked into the order placed by Ms. [redacted] for our Repair and Release Cream. The original order for our subscription was placed on 11/29/2017. The customer paid $4.95 for shipping and handling toward the Repair and Release Cream in order to begin our subscription offer. In the...

terms and conditions provided to the customer during the checkout process, the customer was directed to call us before the end of her 14 day offer in order to cancel her subscription if she decided that it wasn’t something she would like to continue. Since the customer did not call, on 12/12/2017 she was charged full price for the full sized retail product she had received and was enrolled in the subscription. At this time, Ms. [redacted] has been contacted and her account has been refunded. We apologize for any misunderstandings she has had with our subscription process. The $4.90 charge was shipping for the eye serum cream, and the @2.49 charge was for our vip rewards . I am rejecting this response because: So now you are saying you cannot refund my money! Please go back to your responses dated 10/26, 10/30 and 11/7 when you repeatedly stated that the funds are now available to me. You people continuously misrepresent yourselves with lies. Again, let me repeat - had you been TRANSPARENT about selling your subscription, nowhere in the world would I have signed up for it. What I signed up for was paying for shipping and handling of two skin care products that [redacted] was giving away because they were going out of business. That is how you postured and presented your business to me and to all others that you deceived with your fraudulent advertising because certainly, I am not the only one that you victimized!
