Then, she asked that mycomplaint would be dropped; I told herthat I would drop it when I would seethe credit on my next statement. (I didn’t realize that I cannot drop the complaint).She said the credit should be postedwithin 2 to 3 days.So, I checked this morning around 10:00and have found my account with [redacted]credited for the amounts they had charged.I believe this would not have happenedhad I not contacted the Revdex.com. I am rejecting this response because: I don't know what kind of game you are trying to play here. I am monitoring my bank account on a daily basis and I have been told just a minute ago that NO CREDIT has been issued by your company to my account. My bank received an 11-page response from you indicating that since I did not cancel my subscription with Radiant Revive within 14 days (a subscription that I DID NOT sign up for!) that you will continue to charge my account the amount of $89.99 every 105 days. I received two emails from you indicating that you have refunded me the S&H amounts of $4.95 a$4.90 but again, these credits are not showing on my bank account. My bank said that your response to my dispute basically indicates that you are disputing my dispute because you do not want to give me back my money!!!All I ask is that I am refunded the amount of $178.42, a charge that I NEVER authorized. Our records show that on 2/26/18 you were refunded $45.46 and on 2/28/18 you were refunded an additional 44.49 on the repair and release cream. This totaling $89.95 . Also, on 2/26/18 you were refunded $44.24 and on 2/28/18 you were refunded an additional $44.23 for the Bright eyes serum. This totaling $88.47. You were fully refunded for the charges of our products.

who in their right mind would pay $178 for the cream that you sent??? AND, why is it on sale at AMAZON for $29.99 if it's worth $180? If you would do business like normal people and not try to scam, I would have alot more respect. Meanwhile, I will continue to let my friends (and the world) know about you do business. Sell your product for face value -with no small print - and you would NOT have my complaint along with all the others you have online.
