I made a purchase on 11//19 in the amount of$190.79. Quad pay is showing a total of $322.99. I have reached out multiple times, at least 4 with no response at all. I have the confirmation from them that they received the email but no further response. I have emailed them copies of receipts. I returned the item, so they should have been notified by now that I’m owed back my first payment of $80.74.

I contacted QuadPay (which I like having) to delete and update a payment method before the due date. I received an Error Message 400 which I emailed to their so-called customer service department. NO RESPONSE! Because of their negligence, they cost me $35.00 in Overdraft Fees!!! I AM ***!!!!

Your website is a complete scam ! I placed an order with your site for mayvenn you guys tool the payment but Mayvenn never received the order. I called Mayvenn and they keep telling me to contact you guys. Convenient how you guys have no customer service number but emails that are automated. I want my money back !
I was charged 3 times by quadpay I spoke to customer service and sent them my bank account screenshots of the charges and they did not refund me my money and denied the charges on my account.

We have received the screenshot provided by our customer and explained to her that only one of the charges is from us. There are other charges on her card but they are from other vendors. She made another payment on this purchase so it seems this is a misunderstanding.

QuadPay was used at the merchant ***. QuadPay knee they had issues with customers being charged using *** because Initially, it would say the order went through. But then would deny because QuadPay isn’t set up to do multiple payments and shipments. So I was charged $123.19 for four payments of $31.80 even though my order was DENIED through ***, the vendor. I told QuadPay this and emailed them several times. They agreed to give me a refund but only gave me $19.99. They took the payments even though I got no products from ***. They took $31.8 from my checking account 3 times and it’s scheduled to come out once more next month. So they keep taking payments from me though I never received a product and they know it. I even sent them a screenshot of my purchase being denied through *** and they are still stealing from my account at this point. I still have emails showing they know and admitted they owe me a full refund but refuses to give it to me. They owe me my refund of $107.21 which is the $31.8 times three payments they took from me for no product received.

I have never used this service and never knew it existed until I started receiving emails from them. I did not authorize my credit card to be used to pay for any purchases yet Quadpay has emailed several times indicating my credit card was declined for payment (to another company I have never of). I attempted to resolve this with Quadpay via email and have since received additional emails indicating my payment is due.

My account was created with the wrong name. My social media name was added and this made it impossible to ever get approved for quadpay services. Customer service was unable to change the name on the account. I was told my account would need to be deleted and a new one would need to be made. So for the last 2 and a half weeks I have made over 8 service tickets asking for just that to no avail.

I made a purchase through the company and then returned part of my purchase at a retail location. Not only have I paid more than what I owe for the product that was not returned, but I am still being charged for an item that I no longer have. I contacted Quadpay and was told that the merchant that processed the return needed to “report the return” to them. Upon contacting the merchant I learned that they do not correspond with Quadpay on such matters but I did obtain proof of the return from the merchants website. I contacted Quadpay a second time and attached proof of the return. I received an automated response that I should reference their info on returns on the site and that someone would get back to me shortly. I have also tried using their option on the app to report a refund but this option does not appear to work. There still hasn’t been any response from Quadpay and another payment was just processed for the returned item. I fear that the issue will not be resolved and in the end I will be essentially robbed. I would like to receive a response that is not automated with an acknowledgement of my return as well as a promise that my money will be refunded ASAP. I would also like to have my request to have my account deleted acknowledged and completed as I have no desire to have any further business dealings with the company.

I received an email on 12/that credits had been applied however, I have not seen any refunds to my bank account. I did relay this information but received no further correspondence on the matter. My account has however been deleted once all of the auto payments were completed.

Quad Pay and Fashion Nova partner up. I was shopping on Fashion Nova and used quad pay as a form of payment. The product came was not what I wanted; I processed a return and paid for shipping to return the items. Fashion Nova refuses to process the refund and quad pay refuse to stop the installment until Fashion Nova process a refund, so here I am scam by both Fashion Nova and Quad pay. Stuck paying quad pay while fashion Nova have their product and their money and quad pay be getting that extra 1$ fee from each installment paid and if I refuse to pay the installment quad pay will slap me with that 25% late fee. Both scammer are scamming together I will probably seek legal advice.

We have explained how store credits work, and provided her an explanation. We do not control if she is getting a refund or a store credit, that is between her and the merchant when she is checking out. She has also received a partial refund on one of her purchases.

I have used quadpay 4 times to make purchases and always paid on time. I hace read reviews from other customers stating they weren't approved for a purchase for no good reason. I experienced that today and when I questioned I was told the below which doesn't make any sense:
This evolves constantly and we regularly re-evaluate how we assess purchases. At this time, you will need to choose a different payment method to check out.
Unfortunately we're not able to disclose the specific reasons why a particular order wasn't approved, as it's a completely automated process.
For merchants using Quadpay, this is something to consider as it limits your customer base. Don't use Quadpay.

I have never had an issue until I tried to make a purchase through *** website. On the site the payment was declined and QuadPay sent me a text saying that the purchase was denied because I did not make a purchase request which is most certainly not true since QuadPay took the first installment right away. It is on my bank account's recent transactions. The worst part is, there is no way to get in touch with someone via phone and I haven't even gotten a response from the help request I sent (email through their website). There's no confirmation of them receiving my request. There's NOTHING! I was such a huge fan before this occurred but if I knew before that there was no way of contacting anyone from QuadPay, I would not have even taken the chance. Issues come up ALL the time and to have no one to talk to so that it can be rectified is HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE. STAY AWAY FROM QUADPAY.
Terrible Customer Service. I’m still waiting for a reply to a follow up email I sent regarding an issue that occurred on 11/16 as well as correcting my account balance. I have been charged 5 times and they are getting ready to charge me again because they did not update the order paid off like they stated they would. I have not been issued credit for the over payment either. I have tried 4 phone numbers to contact them and none of them are valid. ZERO star rating!

I’ve used this service once and it was an excellent experience. I was so impressed with the service that I wrote them a 5 star review in the App Store which I’ve never done before for ANY app.
Then, I went to make a second purchase for $180 and it said my transaction couldn’t be processed due to elevated risks. Now, out of nowhere I get an email from support saying I’m blocked from their service.
This is a joke. I’m deleting the review as their is nothing worse than a business which cherry picks their customer without giving any reason as to why they aren’t choosing you.
Orderr was cancelled within 5 minutes and no money or product exchanged. This is per Target that the order was never even processed . The 85.50 shouldve been immediately refunded back to my account .I received an email stating I need to wait 10 business days ,in other words too bad so sad. .In 10 business a second installment is scheduled .
I am afraid that you will deduct the second payment as well as I received a reminder email about the second installment today. . If customers had the room for money to be taken with no product ,we would not use quadpay as an option . Situations like this should be handled in an expedited manner. Please process refund Asap .10 days should be unacceptable in instances such as this one from a business standard.

On November *** I placed an order for 9 items through ***.com and used QuadPay to pay for the purchase. Later that evening I started getting texts from QuadPay that my purchase was being declined because I did not have an open order request for each purchase. I guess because *** split the purchase in to three shipments it created three individual purchases. I quickly switched payment source on the two shipments that were declined to another credit card and notified Quad Pay that I needed a refund as I had already paid the first two installments of $55 (+$1 fee each time). I have since tried to contact QuadPay customer "support" 5 additional times and have received no response with the exception of two automated emails offering links to support page. At this point I just want my refund ($110 I paid minus the $27.27 QuadPay paid *** for my purchase) of $94.73 and to know I do not need to make the last two payments of $55.

I tried to use their service and it did not go through. Yet, they charged my card six times.

I purchased clothing using this service, the items did not fit so they were returned to the store. The store processed the refund and it was sent to QuadPay however they continue to claim they have not received the return from the merchant. I have gone back to the merchant and they investigated and again determined the return was forwarded to QuadPay. I have relayed this information to them including a detailed receipt from the merchant that includes the approval code for the return. It has been a month and I have not received my refund and they are continuing to take monies from my account to pay for the merchandise I have returned. I have contacted their customer service several times and get nothing but generic responses. All I would like is a return of my money. Any help you can provide would be appreciated.

I returned one item and apparently there was a one cent balance due. My bank would not process a one cent charge. I have contacted quad pay four times by email because no phone provided. Only received cryptic answers that had nothing to do with the issue. Then because the one cent charge didn’t go through they charged me a $7 late charge!

Had to delete my account after being labeled an elevated risk after one year of paying on time. And of course users are not told what makes them an elevated risk so they can dispute it, they’re just denied. It’s extremely unprofessional to advertise a business that only works when the company seems necessary. Thanks Quadpay for using us to get your brand out there then denying us after your popularity takes off.
