I am having such a problem with this company. Every time that I try to log into my account to update my credit card info, I'm receiving an error message. I have been trying to update my account for almost two weeks without success. I have received late fees due to the fact that I can't even get my account to make changes. I have emailed this company numerous times in regards to the matter. They have responded but that's no help with the website and error messages.
I have used this service roughly about 5 or 6 times. It’s been great with no issues, so far. I recall making one return, and was timely refunded without any issues. I personally think it is easy and convenient, and have recommended it to others who also share my experience.
I have had nothing but great experience with QuadPay. The transactions are simple and it fits my budget.
This app it’s really convenient cause help us to afford goods that we really want.
I’m not sure what all the bad reviews are about... I’ve used this several times never any issues. 5 stars! Really helped during this Christmas season!

I purchased a InstaSmile kit through quadpay on October *** 2019. I was unfortunately not suitable for InstaSmile so they cancelled my order. On December *** 2019 InstaSmile send over a full refund in the amount of $400.00 to QuadPay. I emailed QuadPay to let them know that InstaSmile had sent over the refund for the cancelled product and I never received a response. I have emailed QuadPay over a dozen times to see where my refund is and they will not give me any answers. I paid money for a product I never received and I have a right to my money! This is the most fraudulent company I have ever dealt with!! I've searched the internet endlessly trying to find a phone number to contact QuadPay directly and it's non-existent. Please just give me my refund credited back to the original payment source so I can provide my child Christmas!

We've researched this issue and sent a detailed explanation to our customer on how the refund works when an order has not been fully paid.
Hi ***Thanks for contacting QuadPay. Let me give a breakdown of the how the refund was applied.The order total was $599.00 and the credit/refund was for $499.00.$599.00 - $499.00 = $100.00 plus $28 in late fees that still needed to be paid on this order.You made 1 installment payments of $149.75. So that was an over payment of $21.75. And that was the amount that was refunded to you (in installments). The rest of your installments due have been cancelled.You can view the refunds and payment history in the Customer Portal.I will also process an additional late-fee refund of $28 which will show on your card in 1-5 business days.And if you feel the refund should be larger, I encourage you to contact the merchant. We were notified to credit the order $499.00 and not for the full order amount of $599.00. As soon as our systems are notified of any additional refund it will process on our end.Thanks,EricQuadPay Support

I have searched and searched for a phone number or some kind of contact to contact quad pay there is no such number and the only way to contact them is through their app and you send an email I guess the email bought doesn't read your email at all and send some generic answer that does not answer the question that you really have. I am trying to place an order using my account I have one active order only the other ones have been paid off and it continues to tell me that I have past due amounts on my orders but I do not I have 0 balances on all my orders except for 1 order through Walmart which is due on the *** of this month I have always had 3 active orders with them except for this time I only have 1 but it is not allowing me to make another purchase a keeps telling me that my account is past due which it is not pass do at all I would like this taking care of so that I can continue to use this app because I have liked it until this part and customer service needs to be customer service because them not reading your emails and sin and and generic message back does not help the customer at all

I ordered from Macy’s using QuadPay for the smith of $125. I never received my items due to shipping issues. I contacted Macy’s and they said that my items were returned and that they processed a returned with the type of payment that I paid with which is QuadPay. I still haven’t received my refund it’s been close to a month since Macy’s processed it the returned items. I’m still being charged installment fees and in addition to that I’ve not been refunded the amount that I’ve already paid. I will no longer be using QuadPay in the future due to this. I’m very unsatisfied. I keep getting charged the installment fees for items I don’t even have. I’ve contacted QuadPay via email regarding this matter and all I keep getting is automated emails. I’ve searched online for their contact information and they do not have a actual phone number. All issues have to be sent by email which they do not even resolve.

I ordered a pair of UGG boots using QuadPay. The order was canceled no reason was given but the initial payment was deducted from my credit card. I never received the merchandise from UGG. I contacted QuadPay support by email and reported the order was cancelled and that I wanted a refund . I was told via email the refund will take 10 business. I requested to speak to a person and was told they only communicate via email. Yesterday via email and text I received notification that another payment was scheduled to be deducted on 12//19. I contacted QuadPay via email again with a snap sit of the email. Today I checked my account and another payment was deducted for merchandise I don’t have and the ordered was cancelled. I emailed QuadPay support this morning and not response . QuadPay now owes me for two payments total $185.50.

I placed an order through the Quadpay app at OldNavy.com for $47.60. Quadpay has charged me $77.54 plus a $7.00 fee. Quadpay refused to refund me or answer any emails to resolve this issue. I have made numerous attempts over the last month to contact this company and get my money back, only to receive automated responses.

I used the Quadpay app to pay for items on a retailers website. Quadpay gave me an installment agreement to pay off the total cost of the items. I returned items to the merchant, so my installment agreement should’ve been reflected to account for the refund. I’ve provided Quadpay with the receipt of the refund, and they’ve told me in emails that the merchant has contacted them and confirmed the return. Yet, they haven’t processed the new total amount, haven’t given me a timeframe for when it will be resolved and are still charging me for installment agreements that should’ve been covered by the refund. I no longer have the merchandise and yet I still have to pay for them. I have paid for the full third installment payment even though I was only supposed to pay a small part of it, and if this doesn’t get fixed I will be charged the full fourth installment that is totally covered by the refund from the merchant.

I made a purchase trough the Quadpay app, I purchased an iPad trough best buy on 11//2019. I received an email confirmation from best buy stating my order is being processed, Quadpay took the payment of 41.32 out of my account. A few days after my purchase 11//2019 I received an email from Best buy stating my order had been canceled due to payment issue. Reached out to Quadpay via email on 11//2019, they informed me I would receive my refund after 14 calendar days. Few days later I received another email 12//2019 from Quadpay stating I would receive a refund in 5 days, I still have not received my refund. I have made multiple attempts to contact Quadpay and I have not received an email back regarding the matter nor have I received a refund.

I ordered some merchandise from a merchant QuadPay partner with. The order was placed on November *** at 3:01. Immediately QuadPay first payment was taken out my account. The next payment was due 2 weeks after. I never received an order confirmation or was the order in my order history from the merchant. I contacted QuadPay 3-4 days later informing them of this problem. I was instructed to contact the merchant, which I did. The merchant wasn’t able to find my order. I contacted the merchant by phone on Monday, December *** and was informed that my order wasn’t successfully placed on their end and they don’t know why QuadPay was charging me. I will not get any merchandise from them because it wasn’t an order. I contacted QuadPay immediately via email and no one has gotten back to me. They tried to bill me the second payment but wasn’t successful but is still looking to get money from me.
Hello - We have researched this issue with the merchant who confirmed that the order was processed and delivered. we've advised our customer to work with the merchant to request a refund of her purchase. We've provided her with an order number as well.

Love Quad Pay. I found them to be quick and very responsive to inquiries. I have been able to access my account and pay ahead which I like very much. I’ve used QuadPay a couple times now, and I’m sure I’ll continue to use this app in the future. QuadPay makes it very easy to shop online, pretty much at any store and split your payments to make it easy to pay. So far so good!! Love this app!!
