I placed an order with HairEverywhere (order number ***) and paid through Quadpay (invoice number ***).. Quadpay charged me a total amount of $306.14 (which I have paid in full) and my order total as supported by the attached invoice from the merchant is $216.14. Initially I was told that the amount would be corrected in 10 business days from the purchased date which was 10//19. I have emailed Quadpay countless times with no resolution or anyone contacting me to inform me that they were looking into my issue. Now, when I try to submit an email through their app to request a partial refund I keep receiving an error message. I am owed a partial refund of $90.00.

In this case we were able to get information from the Merchant confirming the price they paid was correct as they had some customization added to their order. We have also written to our customer to advise of the same.

So far I have had a great experience! I will update this if necessary in the future but I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with this service. It def helps around the holidays!

I purchased an item at BestBuy and used QuadPay to pay for it. I returned the item on 11//19. QuadPay states “If more than TEN business days (14 calendar days) have passed since you were issued the refund, please let us know and we will look into the matter further.”
I have tried contacting QuadPay on several occasions and they only have an email option which makes it difficult to get in contact with someone. I got in contact with bestbuy and asked about the refund and they said it was approved the day of the return on 11//19. However I have not heard from QuadPay at all, I only get an automated message stating the same thing and they are not answering any of my questions regarding my full refund. I am starting to believe this is a scam and they don’t want to return my money even after I sent them photos of the return receipt. To top it off I am still being charged installments on a item that I do not have.

I used QuadPay to purchase a 2 pairs of UGG’s. The Uggs were not satisfactory therefore I returned them. The return was accepted by the merchant and the funds were released. This was on November *** I figured it was a holiday so I’d have to wait to see any returned payments. It’s now December *** and I still have not received my refund. I’ve contracted QuadPay via email twice to no avail. There’s no direct number to call to speak with a live person. This whole ordeal has been stressful. The Ugg’s were paid for in full therefore I should have received a full refund.

I tried to process a refund on Quadpay app, kept getting an error message. Emailed customer support and received one automated message. I responded back to the message with proof that the store had processed my return for the item I purchased. Quadpay never responded. I have sent them a total of 6 emails regarding being refunded and have yet to receive a response. Quadpay is fraudulent. This company does not issue refunds. I've used a similar company called Afterpay with no problems! I advise anyone to not use Quadpay. I will never use them again. I returned my item almost a month ago , still have received NO REFUND or RESPONSE from Quadpay!

I am a new quad pay user and I was denied approval to purchase my items. I meet the criteria for the app and I have enough money for it as well? Come on! How do u expect customers to use this if u pick and choose who you accept and deny??

I used Quadpay to order some items from ***’s on 11//2019. I cancelled the order and reordered the items on 11//2019, but I am still being charged for the first order on 11//2019. ***’s sent me an email stating that the first ordered had been cancelled and I would receive a refund. I have contacted Quadpay to check the status of the account being updated. I am still paying on the cancelled order and they keep telling me to check with the merchant. The order has been cancelled on ***’s side, and I had ***’s forward them the email. I also sent them the email. I don’t understand why the Quadpay system has not been updated, or why their system doesn’t register that that order has been cancelled. The Quadpay system is not updating and many orders are still in progress. I would like my refund for the first two payments that I have made and I would like for the system to update that first order has cancelled.

In late October I started receiving emails from QuadPay, indicating a payment was made. I never signed up for QuadPay. I was startled that my emails indicated I was making a Visa installment for a purchase at a grocery store in a state I do not reside; the VISA card is not my VISA card, if it's a real VISA at all. I contacted QuadPay customer service about Fraudulent Use of Email. They replied with a templated response to send credit card statements. I sent PDFs of emails received and requested they explain how this happened, when I never once even received a legitimate email indicating I opened an account with QuadPay. They ignore my Customer Service requests (multiple). There is no phone contact; strictly email. I was able to access the online account with my email and the information about me was close, but incorrect. Furthermore, I went to change the email and was not allowed. I tried to delete the account. No can do. Please, I want the account in my email and name (one that I did not create), deleted and QuadPay to not share any information with third party vendors. I appreciate this outlet and your efforts on my behalf. Thank you.

I emailed customer support about 3 days ago and still haven’t heard back from them about my problem! I’m very disappointed and should’ve listened to all the bad reviews they had in the first place.

This place is such a poor designed website.... I will never use again.... They for one can't answer your questions.... They have this "in progress" thing that I've still not seen change on something I bought for two days ago now.... I submit a question and get this robo answer..... Why buy something and not even get any status updates to keep your customer in the loop since we are spending our money! And why does this process take so long.....

I downloaded the app and put in my phone number then my name address and date of birth. Then I get a message saying my profile doesnt meet criteria and we would notify you if something happens! Im not sure why when I never used them before and there is no credit check. So I contact support mind you there is no phone number to contact them you have to email and wait a day or 2 just for a response. They never explained why they couldn't offer me quadpay they just said try another time. So I asked them to delete my profile since I was denied there is no need to keep my private information. Well my information is still not deleted a week later and there is absolutely no way for you to delete your account yourself . That's ridiculous holding on to people information for no reason. But anyway I have afterpay with no issues at all. Quadpay needs to do better.

I have been trying to use QuadPay for a purchase and each time I put the information in the system tell me that I was not approved. I can't seem to figure out what the approval criteria is for Quadpay. I called the (***) number and it was a waste.

WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I never received an order from a merchant.. merchant won't respond to me, so I reached out to Quadpay since I used them for the purchase.
They stated they would refund me on November 12th. Today, December 5th, they stated they are not refunding me. I have now reported fraud and will never use them again.
Stick with ***. *** actually helps you when you have an issue, and doesn't lie. If I could give zero stars I would.
Now, if you don't have any issues with the company you're ordering from, then its fine to use them. But if there could possibly be any issue, save yourself the time and money.

I placed an order with quadpay on 11//19 was told I didn’t have an account with them through email and needed to place another order. I then placed order on 12/*/19 and was told no order,no records of my order but have multiple charges on my credit card. I emailed the company but didn’t get a response. I called the original company which was Uggs and they stated no order was placed. The customer service is horrible and they don’t seem concerned on fixing the issue as if it doesn’t matter. The order is a Christmas present for my kids which is originally $290 with about $75 payments of four. I feel I need to report this issue for some answers and for future references. But I will definitely NOT recommend quadpay to anyway!!

The way this company handled the situation of a refund or waiting to talk to someone was very poor customer service. It is definitely not in there best interest to satisfy a paying customer. I was trying to shop for my kids for Christmas and was trying to get in a timely matter but this company took there time with reaching out and with refund. It didn’t take any time for you take my money but it took too long to give my refund. I would have still placed the prefer but after I seen you could care less about pleasing me and my kids I will never place another order nor will I recommend anyone!

I used QuadPay to make a purchase from a merchant, which I then returned. The merchant processed the refund and I have the receipts to show it. Quad Pay is supposed to refund the "loan" when the return is processed, but after two weeks was continuing to charge me for the returned item. I contacted QuadPay to request the refund and they responded that the merchant had not processed the return and that the fault was on the merchant's end. I contacted the merchant who told me that they HAD processed the refund (which I already knew because I had the receipt showing it). I contacted QuadPay again. And again. And again. They are continuing to charge me for something that was returned to the merchant over a month ago, and my last two emails to them have gone unanswered. This not only amounts to highway robbery (charging customers for returned items), the lack of communication and accountability is profoundly unprofessional. I will be filing a legal complain in addition to this one.

I made an order with Amazon using QuadPay. I cancelled the order immediately but was charged anyway by Quadpay. When I reached out to QuadPay they said it would take 10days to be refunded. It is now going on a month and not only have I not been refunded but I was charged a second payment. I have reached out numerous times and have been told someone will contact me about the refund and that has not happened. I have provided QuadPay with the cancellation confirmation from Amazon also. They have continued to ignore me.

I placed an order through Quadpay through Ugg. For some reason Ugg never received the order and it was ultimately cancelled. Quad pay has not only charged me once but has charged me again for the cancelled order and are refusing to process my refunds. I’ve attempted to email Customer Service several times; however they seem to only respond once a week and you can’t contact them by phone at all. I never received my items and the order was cancelled, therefore, I should get my refund back immediately.

I placed an order for *** via the quadpay app. When I entered the generated card number from quadpay to complete my checkout with Dillard’s, Dillard’s site would not accept the payment information. Quadpay immediately took the funds out of my account although Dillard’s didn’t not process the order. I have reached out to quadpay multiple times and have received no correspondence aside from the automated messages, which are no help. I would like to get this resolved so that no further payments will come out of my account seeing as how the order was never processed nor received.

I used quadpay to purchase about $222 worth of clothes from Zara and returned $129.68 worth of stuff back and it’s been over a month and I’ve still haven’t been refunded back my money from quadpay. They told me to resolve the refund issue with the merchant I purchased from but I called Zara customer service to make sure their refund was processed and it was processed through my original method of payment which was the quadpay visa that quadpay provided me with. So I contacted quadpay customer service again multiple times about the refund that they have yet to make on their end and they said they were going to manually process the refund days ago but I still haven’t heard back from them. I also read many reviews from the quadpay app and it seems that this is a reoccurring problem to mutiple people and they were never refunded back their money either.

I was charged for a purchase I never made through Quadpay. I contacted them more than 3-4 times in the span of 10 business days and have not received a response. I don't want to be charged another installment payment for something I never purchased through Quadpay.
