SUPER easy to use. Definitely love how user friendly it is. I especially love that you can use it at any store you want. Not just the websites that offer it.

The app was great I had no problems I purchased my items off *** and it was no problems I really liked the app and I will be using it again.

QuadPay has been a very good experience. Having used *** and ***, by far QuadPay has provided the most flexibility with vendors and payment terms. Very very good and I intend to keep using it for the foreseeable future.

This is a great app it came in handy during this holiday season!

Love it. Love how it lets you use it at any store. I used it at *** and ***. Like that it offers a in store option haven’t tried but glad it’s an option.

Quad pay was an awesome experience...it’s sipmple and very very easy to use..I loved the experience..great for people who can’t afford to pay full price at once...it’s great for families that just don’t have all the money to pay at once..I thank you quad pay for the experience and for trusting in me to give me the opportunity to pay now or later in the four payments that you set up..I will pay..it’s just great...

I think that this is an awesome creation that is very useful for those people who live responsible and work hard but love pay check to pay check!!!!

I wrote them and still no response about why my account on hold then say read the article that does nothing for me and what’s funny is they will respond on here quickly then they emails I feel quad pay just not a good place for services

I have been dealing with QuadPay for weeks now trying to get a refund applied to my account. I contacted the merchant that issued the refund and they confirmed that the money has been released and is in QuadPay’s care. I’ve sent several emails and only 1 of them was actually answered by a real person. Usually, emails are answered with some automated response that pulls flagged words and then there’s never any follow up with an actual human being. The lack of customer service is ridiculous and their excuse of “extreme popularity” is laughable at best.

I typed how much it cost to buy it and was off by a dollar. So it declined, sent me a message and still charged me. I can’t get a hole of anyone. I’ve emailed them multiple times and get the same *** email saying “someone will call you shortly.” It’s close to the holidays and I ordered this for my daughter because I honestly couldn’t afford to pay all of it upfront. If I would have known there is no number to call (who has a so called business with no phone number?!) I wouldn’t have risked this. Thank you for streaking my money and taking away from my children.

Used QuadPay for the first time and it went smoothly I was able to make my purchase and paid it off on time. It came in handy.

Super easy to use. The terms are very upfront and fair. This is a great way to budget better.

I attempted to place an order with a merchant but the order did not go through because the address on the card quadpay was using to make the purchase through the merchant did not match and the order was denied. However, quadpay charged me for the order that did not go through. I have a attempted several times to contact customer service but it seems they do not answer emails and there is no phone number to speak to someone. There has been no communication from them and funds have since cleared my account and I am receiving notifications of the next payment coming up.

We have researched the issue and found that the refund has already been processed. There was a delay, but we've paused the rest of our customer installments to avoid any additional funds from being withdrawn for her order. We have also sent her a detailed explanation.

Quadpay is a service that is suppose to be a middle man for online merchants. They break your final bill down into 4 equal payments. I ordered something from an online merchant and am a first time user of this service. My credit card actually got charged for the full service and not the 11.44 which would have been the 4 payments. They also tacked on an extra 6$ fee and are still charging my card the 4 payment plans. This is absurd because it would be like I am paying for the items I purchased twice! One through the original merchant full price and full price again to quadpay. I have tried TWICE to contact customer support to no help or avail.

I was purchasing an order from Vionic Shoes and was approved through Quadpay. During the purchase, $72.52 was taken from my checking account and the purchase was nearing completion then Vionic's system says there was a problem with Quadpay and the transaction was not completed. However, Order# *** was listed through the QuadPay system but in Vionic's system there was no order number or an email to confirm the order was complete and shoes would be shipped. Therefore, I contact Quadpay several times on 11/*** and 12/requesting a refund but there was no response. On 12/*, I purchased the shoes with my checkcard/credit card. On 12/*, I received a response stating I needed help with my purchase and providing a Question & Answer link to assist in resolving my issue. Another payment for $72.52 is due to be taken out of my account on 12/*** and I sent another email on 12/*** to refund my money and to stop the automatic withdrawal. No response as of today 12/

My complaint relates to trying to sign up for quadpay. After signing up for the first time it says that I was not qualified at this time. After trying to contact customer service I was told that I had more than one account open, thats why it wasnt allowing me to use the app. BUT! How could I have more than one account open if in order to sign in, you have to use your phone number and I only have 1 phone number so I shouldnt have more than one account open. After going back and forth with customer service for months I was told that they would close all of my account that was I could signup again. It has been about a month now and my account have not been closed and customer service didnt follow through like they said they would.

In June, 2019 I placed an order using QuadPay services. I paid all 4 of my payments ON TIME, with no issues. I tried to use the services again a short while later, but got a messege stating my account with QuadPay was not approved? Based on WHAT? They aren't to do credit checks as why they don't have my social security number? I have submitted several SUPPORT tickets (you have to email them, they dont have a listed phone number) asking why I am denied when I paid my order off, ON TIME, just to be told just to check back. Now, as of November, 2019 I have asked that my account be deleted completely as you cant delete it yourself! I do not have the same phone number and can not use their services anyways as my account is denied for unknown reasons. If someone with a phone company is given my OLD number all they have to do is download the app and sign in using my old phone number! The sign on process is that simple. Once they put the phone number in, it will send them a code they put in to that number I dont have, and they are signed in! My personal information is on that account such as my Name, address, email address (that is linked to my banking), order status' paid with my card, banking info at risk! Each ticket I send in, I get the reply that it will be deleted shortly...shortly...shortly. Its been over a month!

This is my second Revdex.com customer review I have I had a QuadPay for a month now have yet to been able to use it successfully have been embarrassed twice going into a store I’ve been qualified and approved for $400 in credit but have yet to been able to use it I want to delete the account but have not been able to it’s ridiculous the way this thing works I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone they approve me to use it one time but then refunded it back to me customer service is a joke I have emailed them multiple times and have yet to get a response

Upon trying to make a purchase, I went to use Quadpay for the first time because I had it recommended to me however they denied me right away with no explanation as to why. And when reading the FAQ's they make it seem that they will not disclose the reason being. This is very unprofessional! The least you can do is tell someone why they've been denied and of course this happens to interfere with my Christmas shopping! Would not recommend especially during the holiday season!
