I have reached out to QuadPay via Instagram and their support email address and they refuse to assist me with cancelling an order. I have taken all available steps to get the order cancelled because their service advertised that they were accepted everywhere and they are not. Yet and still they’re trying to profit off of me anyway.

Order 11//2019 to ugg merchant and fee came out my account never received shoes. Spoke decker USA (ugg) and order never went threw. Quad pay never pay them but continue to take money out my account. Quad pay will not respond to multiple emails or phone calls.

We have researched this complaint and found that these charges were disputed. We have not funds to refund due to the dispute. The bank will have to resolve this issue via the dispute process.

On October , 2019, I've placed an order at *** and used Quadpay to pay for the items. When I got to ***, they had none of the items I've requested in stock. *** canceled my order and sent the refund back to Quadpay. Quadpay is still charging me for this order and threating to send me to collections and have it reflected on my credit. I have reached out to Quadpay customer service numerous times and they just give me a general response. ***. Each time I write them, they tell me refunds can take up to 30 days. Then Eric sent me an email saying they cannot help me because it went to collections. This was a lie, it never went to collections.

In researching this complaint we have determined that this complaint is not valid. The charges were never placed for this order. Additionally, we have other orders that are in arrears.

I used Quadpay once for an order with Ugg. I successfully made all payments on time. I then tried to place a second order for nearly the same amount and was denied. I have tried several times to order to no avail. When I reached out to customer service, I was told they have no control over how the system approves or denies. What type of practice is that? A customer is initially approved, makes all payments as agreed, and then denied to use again forever. Absolutely baffling......

On August , 2019 I made a purchase for Fashion Nova but paid using Quadpay. The total purchase amount was $49.71. This purchase total was to be split into 4 installments. The installment dates were 8//19, 9//19, 9//19, and 10//19 for the amount of $13.43. I successfully made all of the installments except the installment due on 10//19. When I was informed that the installment for $13.43 did not go through on 10//19, I immediately tried to correct the issue and make the payment. However, the order would not appear and therefore would not allow me to make the payment. I reached out to customer service regarding this issue numerous times. Customer service waived the late fee and informed me that the final installment should populate in the Quadpay dashboard. This never happened! Subsequently, I was charged a late fee again and told to make a payment of $20.71 (final installment plus new late fee) as soon as possible. Once again I reached out to customer support online and tried to resolve this issue. None of the support agents have been helpful in getting a payment processed, directing me on how to view the order so I can pay it, or even locating the final installment. In December 2019 I was informed the account was now 60 days past due and would go to collections. AGAIN I reached out to customer support with no avail. I was told by customer support that the installment did not show but they were unable to prevent the account from going into collections. This is crazy!!!!! I have literally been reaching out to customer support for 4 months and still have not had the issued resolved. My sister, Leah also attempted to reach out regarding this matter via my email and was unsuccessful. Since this incident, I have been able to place other orders using Quadpay and pay them off successfully. Due to being able to get orders after this fiasco , it allows me to think that the order from Aug , 2019 has been closed successfully because with Quadpay you can only have one order open at a time!

In researching this complaint we determined that our customer has 5 accounts open and none of them match the scenario she describes. Furthermore, each customer should have 1 account.

So I made a purchase with quadpay about a month ago. It was through ***.
There was an error message displayed from *** saying my payment didn't go through.
its been nearly 2 weeks and I'm getting very sick of this.
I shop often online and this app made it very simple.
I was Christmas shopping, (late if I may add) but I ended up using QuadPay for two purchases, one from *** and one from ***. They have literally every store! (Or so it seems.) The app it’s self is pretty easy to navigate and in my option, better than Afterpay. I will definitely be using it instead. Would definitely recommend to anyone honestly! My only worry now, is my own self control.

I love this app! Bought all my Christmas gifts online using it at Target so I didn’t have to deplete my bank account and split up the purchase over 4 payments. I’ll definitely be using it again.

I received a email on 11/*** advising I would receive a full refund from order# ***. The following day, 2 deposits were made into my bank account of $22.25 and $7.03 totaling $29.28. The refund was suppose to be $73.61 as stated on the app as a refund. I am still owed a balance of $44.33. I have reached out to customer service several times since and keep get a generic email advising to contact the merchant. I am just asking for the balance I am owed.

Hi AmberThanks for contacting QuadPay. Let me give a breakdown of the how the refund was applied.The requested amount was $89.00 and the total credit/refund was for $73.78. (This includes a $0.17 adjustment to match the actual order amount)$89.00 - $73.78 = $15.22 that still needed to be paid on this order.You made 2 installment payments of $22.25 totaling $44.50. So that was an over payment of $29.28. And that was the amount that was refunded to you in two refunds.You can view the refunds and payment history in the Customer Portal.Thanks,QuadPay Support

Hi it’s 13 days after purchase was initiated but never completed, HBX said payment method was invalid and never provided a invoice or order number. Quadpay said sometimes this happens, try again, so I did and got a duplicate order for the same amount but no product invoice or confirmation email. So now we’re at the point that someone needs to stop in and address the issue because it’s 3 days past the 10 and payment #2 of the original and the duplicate will be taken from my bank account as the other first payment and duplicate payment have cleared and posted on my bank. So now quad owes me $66, tomorrow $132.

On December *, 2019 I placed an order *** with *** through Quadpay. The order was canceled in less than an hour through the Merchant. I was assured that my 1st initial payment was on hold and it would not be processed as the merchant canceled the order immediately. December , 2019 I spoke with my Bank and in fact the payment was processed and the monies have left my account. After numerous emails to Quadpay on 12/*, 12/*, 12/and 12/*** I keep getting the run around about my refund with a automated response. Finally, someone told me to call *** and I did and they are just as clueless because having worked in retail once the merchant hits cancel the customer should not be charged. Quadpay has no representative you can talk to and 99% of emails are automatic responses. After reading through other reviews and seeing so many people with the same issue you would think they would do better but it is apparent they can care less. I want to be assured of my refund and that no more monies will leave my account. The have charged me once already and another payment is scheduled because in Quadpay system the order has yet to be canceled.

The charge for this has already been reversed and a confirmation has been sent to our customer.
I’ve reached out as they have double charged me For one order and for the wrong amount. The first response was a few days later saying that they are going to go to their engineers and find out why. It’s been nearly a week and I’ve received non responses or no credit. I reached out a second time with no avail.
My account for this company mysteriously ended up erased every time I try to log in it shows no orders meaning I can not see what is needing to be paid or change payment I contacted customer service nothing has been done now they are starting to charge me late fees and the only response I get is the IT department is aware
Company Is impossible to get ahold of. No one seems to return emails.
I attempted to use this business services on November , 2019 to make a purchase through *** in the amount of $306.31. The order was never processed with the merchant, however, Quadpay has been charging me for the order. I made numerous attempts to contact the company about the issue through email between then and now. I attempted to reach out via social media and did get a reply email stating that they were going to attempt to process the refund, however that has not happened. I had to cancel my bank debit card to prevent further charges from being collected toward an order that had never been created. The company collected $76.57 on Novemeber , 2019 and $76.58 on December , 2019.

I was using QuadPay for merchant Walmart on 12//19 and Walmart took the full payment of items 96.69 and Quadpay took the first payment. I have emailed several times with no understand why the merchant took full payment when I was using Quadpay. I do not want to be over charged....
