I am having an issue getting any of payments to go through on QuadPay. I made a purchase this morning and the merchant could not "authorize" the card. I e-mailed customer service asking them to refund my money and have not have any success yet. I have a balance of $200 on QuadPay and was looking to spend $80. The fact that there is no live agent to speak with is horrible customer service.
Thanks for scamming me out of the first payment and ruining Christmas for my niece and nephew.

I purchased something from *** and cancelled the purchase 1 hour later. It’s been over 10 days and I have not been refunded my intital payment. The second payment is due tomorrow and I received a reminder email saying they are going to charge my card tomorrow. I will be cancelling my card as I will not be paying for something I never received. *** doesn’t charge until the item is shipped so I know quadpay has had the money since I made the purchase. They also do not have real customer service. Just an email which replies with a generic response. Worst company.

I have used Quadpay a lot and all of a sudden they blocked my account and said I am an elevated risk. I have never missed a payment and I always pay on time.

I have been using quadpay for a few months, paying everything on time (sometimes early) and already paying off some of the purchases and all of the sudden, I'm blocked from using it. After 4 days of submitting a message directly to quadpay, I get a non-helpful response saying that my account was flagged for risk because "We are currently aware of an issue where duplicate accounts are inadvertently being created." and that they will look into it. So, because of some general error ocurring to who knows who, I'm being rejected service from quadpay? Makes no sense and seems unfair when I've been doing all I'm supposed to do using quadpay.

I tried to sign up for Quadpay and they said "my profile doesn't meet our approval criteria and we are not able to grant you access to Quadpay" I don't understand this because the requirements are to live in the US, be atleast 18 years old, have a valid and verified phone number, and use a credit card to make the purchase. I meet all of those criteria, but I'm not able to use it apparently. So one star because I can't use this service even if I wanted to.

Was so excited to use quadpay, then I went to make my first purchase with *** entered my info then went to pay, realized I was logged into my husbands account trying to use my card linked to my quadpay account and it flagged both of our accounts. A elevated risk error message popped up. I’ve been emailing support for days with no response. My account needs manual review with the error fixed. However there’s no customer service at all. Really sucks as I can pay in full but the 4 payments seemed attractive since I’m also Christmas shopping. Would of helped. Oh well ??

I have been using this app for a long time when I was suddenly flagged as an elevated risk, I keep trying to submit a request for support but they have not answered my question, I have always paid on time.

Hi! I usually use Quadpay and it works great. I loved it until a recent return issue.
I ordered an item with the Quadpay card and then returned it in store. I waited the usual 10 business days and the refund never posted to my Quadpay card. I have emailed their support several times and they give a standard answer and then never get back to me. I have provided the refund receipt from the merchant and bank reference # for the return and they still won't get in touch with me or process my refund. I have sent 10+ emails and it has been close to a month now. Instead of reaching out to me, they keep charging me the installments (which would be fine if the item hadn't been returned on 10/30/19.)
I love the idea of Quadpay, and usually it works great. However this has been the worst customer service I have ever had and it seems that they do not care about returning people their money.

My name is *** I have been trying to find out why I am an elevated risk. No answer, nothing.
Why would they lose good customers because they are scared we will jip them.
I am really fed up. But being who I am I will pay every dime and stick to my other companies. I bragged so much about this company. I am so dissapointed.

I also have a *** refund that I am waiting on.
I have other accounts but I liked that there was a bigger choice of stores. I was faithful. Why can't they just return the courtesy of me paying them by leaving my credit in place. It has bee months and months ive been with them. Paid them out and continued to buy and pay.

I’ve been trying to reach them through email due to me getting an elevated risk message when trying to make a purchase. All my payments have been on time or before the payment was due.I don’t understand why the block was placed on my account.

I made a payment toward an order I placed with Quadpay. It was my last payment. Each time I processed the payment it stated error, therefore I tried again. On the fourth attempt the payment went thru. When I checked my bank account I seen that the payment went thru 4 times. I attempted to call their customer service phone number and each time it said the line was busy to call back. I emailed them 3 times already and no response except their generic response. I called my bank to file a dispute and now have to wait. I have other bills coming out of my account and this error will now have me incur negative fees. Please help.

QuadPay order number ***.

I requested a spend amount of $354 on 11/*/2019 per the app’s suggestion (to cover fees, taxes, etc). My order total on *** 11/*/2019 was $299 (*** order number ***). QuadPay’s own website states that users will only be charged for the final order amount, and any excess will be refunded before the second installment is due. My second installment was processed on 11//2019 based on the original $354 amount. I have not been refunded the difference and I contacted the company three times (twice via their support portal and once via social media) with no response. I will be disputing these charges with my credit card company.

I have an account with QuadPay. Last Thursday my account was frozen due to high risk activity. I emailed QuadPay customer service and asked them why my account was frozen. No response. I have sent 4 different emails to QuadPay customer service: No response.
Extremely unprofessional. I want a response as to why my account is frozen.

I have repeatedly tried to get ahold of customer service regarding error messages I receive constantly. No matter what I do I get a risk message on my orders. Ive sent well over 7 messages to customer service and they do not respond.

I ordered something from Target using QuadPay on Nov ***. My order was immediately cancelled. QuadPay had already charged me the initial down payment. I called Target in reference to the issue to see if they knew why it was cancelled and they did not understand why. I was told to contact QuadPay. QuadPay when I search isn't showing a physical number to contact so I had to send an email. From Nov *** til now I have sent QuadPay an email in reference to this issue at least 6 times and have gotten the same answer....my money will be refunded within 10 business days. I have contacted Target at least 4 times and today I was told they never even got a chance to charge me for the merchandise before it was cancelled. I honestly just want my money back and they will not have to worry about me using their company ever again. It's ridiculous to have to hunt my OWN money down.

I’ve about had it with QuadPay. My payments were being charged way before the due date which I didn’t understand. If that’s the case why have a payment date set

I just got an elevated risk message about 3 weeks ago all my payments have also been on time and ahead of time and still they refuse to answer my emails. In my opinion this is Horrible customer service !
