Hello-

We have responded multiple times to ***. If his card was deactivated it would be up to his bank to reject a charge. The overdraft fee should be discussed with the bank. We have reversed our late fee and sent detailed instructions on how *** can bring his account up to date.

I ordered a product off a clothing website, and this was my first time using Quadpay. I had no problem with my credit card going through with the first payment. I even downloaded the app to see my payments, payment status, and just to keep track, however none of that showed up. Online, only a history of my purchase, and my credit card wasn't even charged which was definitely alerting. I use things like after pay and klarna so I know how this stuff works, and I have never had a late payment. But since, they didn't charge me, I now have a late payment even though my funds were ready. I emailed their contact team TWICE and both times sent screenshots and an explanation that all I wanted to do was to PAY FOR MY PURCHASE! On time. Yet, both times, they stopped responding and has just asked for more detail. I never thought I would have to file a complaint because a company didn't charge me.

I selected QuadPay to pay for my amazon order, however the order was charged to my main card saved on Amazon and not the QuadPay card. This didn’t matter to QuadPay ad they proceeded to charge me installment payments like I used their services. I contacted Amazon excellent customer service and they confirmed they never charged QuadPay for my order. It has been more than a month since that happened. I have emailed the non existent customer support of QuadPay more than 20 times. Their answers are automated and have nothing to do with the issue. They charged me a total of 91 dollars and I am still waiting for a refund. This company does not want to resolved any issue, I have contact them via email, their app, even Instagram. I need my money back.

I purchased with a merchant through QuadPay. The payment was successful with QuadPay, but not with the merchant. I took a screenshot of the error I received with the merchant showing QuadPay that it didn’t go through and asked for a refund. QuadPay said I would have to contact the merchant for a refund totally disregarding the screenshot of the error of processing payment I sent. I have been trying to contact them for days now, but receive limited communication on this.

I placed an order with *** using QuadPay for payment, although my order was immediately cancelled by the merchant. I received an email by adidas stating, “YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELLED

We’re experiencing some issues and had to cancel your order. You won’t be charged for this, and we apologize for any inconvenience. Feel free to create another order at ***/us.
If you have any questions, we’re here to help.

I contacted *** several times, as QuadPay fails to recognize that the order was immediately cancelled. Adidas stated that they only charge for items once they are shipped, and that initially they only place a temporary hold on funds for 3-5 days that automatically drops off if the order is cancelled/ item not shipped. They also stated in my case the temporary hold was immediately released because they immediately cancelled the order and they even provided me the banking reference number showing the release of the temporary hold. I have screenshots of correspondence with adidas, as well as emails from *** with their customer service agents names and numbers, proving all of the above (item was never charged for, order immediately cancelled, reference number provided by banking institution of immediate release of funds.)

I have contacted QuadPay several times, and have provided all of the information proving that the item was never charged for by merchant, as well as the reference number of release of funds and emails from customer service with names and numbers proving all of this information.

QuadPay continues to ignore any information that I have provided to them, only continuing to send automated emails stating that they will continue to charge me until they are contacted by the merchant with a refund. There was no refund, because the item was never charged for by the merchant / never shipped/ and immediately released temporary hold of funds with banking reference number showing this. QuadPay still continues to ignore this information, only stating that they will continue to charge me. Adidas has stated there is nothing else they can do on there end, as they never charged for the item, and they have never dealt with a financial institution before that fails to recognize this.

I’m beyond frustrated at this point! Please help!!

I have ordered a item at Fashion Nova for 182.00 dollars. I've paid the first two payments but stopped making payments. I never received my package from the company so they sent the 182.00 back to quad pay. Quad pay then snatched the money and paid the other installments including late charges. I stated to them the package was never received and I would like a full refund. they told me that they never received anything from fashion nova and that I should contact them. once again I called fashion nova they then sent me over a conformation email with the authorization code for me to receive my funds and quad pay still refuses to give me my money or even provide good customer service. there is something fishy about this company they don't even have a telephone number to get in contact with them this issue needs to be resolved immediately or I will have my lawyer involved and we will sue for my money on top of emotional distress . I even sent over screenshots from my bank and fashion nova and they still refuse to help I will never use this 3rd party again and I do not recommend this service to no one!

I have been waiting for over a month for a refund, the last time they told me five business days and a month went past and now they are telling me ten business days. This is unacceptable and my Bank account has went into the negative by this.

After making an in store return for an HM purchase made through the app Quadpay, customer service refused to issue my refund. They stated the merchant had not authorized or reported a return and I would need to wait for that confirmation. I provided my in store return receipt and somehow that was not proof enough for Quadpay that my return was received. I have now been charged two late fees for a product I no longer have. Customer service was very dismissive and unhelpful. They did not care about my concern or showed any willingness to be of assistance.

Discrimination at its finest. I downloaded the app and entered the information requested and attached my card information as requested. Then when I try to use the app it says I do not meet their approval criteria yet I have no clue what that is. I have successfully used ***, ***, and *** multiple times with issue. I even used QuadPay at *** online, no problems. When I read their terms of service it does state that they can and will check credit reporting agencies to confirm your information. If they are doing this and they are basing any of their approval criteria on credit scores then under the fair credit reporting act by law they must inform users why they are being denied use of the service. I’m not sure how they are checking the credit reporting agencies without social security information but something about this whole app smells rotten. Their customer service is probably automated and absolutely no help. I recommend reporting them to the attorney general. You can file a consumer complaint by just searching attorney general consumer complaints. This company I’m quite sure is violating laws and needs to be stopped and held accountable.

SCAMMERS! They make their money by not issuing you credits that are given back to you by the merchants. I am out over $50. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NONE, ZERO, ZIP. They email you articles "to help" if you try to contact them via email. I have learned the hard way they will keep your money. They are fraudulent, lying ***. Anyone who works for them should be jailed.

I have good reason to believe that this business uses discriminatory practices when determining who is approved access to the platform and who is denied. I applied today, all they ask is your name, age, address and e-mail. Based off this information I was denied, and told that I did not meet the customer criteria. A criteria to which they will not disclose, I did not offer any financial information whatsoever. So how does the algorithm make its determination? Any of the information I gave can be used in a discriminatory way. When I contacted customer service all they offered was a generic response repeatedly and refused to address my concern on a personal or professional level. This is wildly disappointing as the service could be of good use as they partner with all of my favorite retail stores. I have no idea why they are operating this way but it appears unlawful and should be probed further.

Please advise what pieces of information the algorithm uses, and what are the customer assessment guidelines. If the business is unwilling to disclose this information I have every reason to believe this is discriminatory. This is the equivalent of walking into a store and being unable to purchase an item without being given any reason, considering that all the information that have on me is superficial one can only deduce that it is being used in a discriminatory way. Further, if it was truly a matter of being unable to confirm a user's identity they could simply ask me to provide additional documentation to which they did not.

I used quad pay to make a purchase to the merchant *** on the online store site ***. I have since returned some of the items from my purchase. *** has issued the refund to quad pay, however quad pay has yet to recognize the refund and adjust my account. Furthermore quad pay has not responded to any of my inquires about why the refund is not being adjusted against my account.

I ordered something from fashion nova and was paying monthly. I downloaded the app and used to pay from there then one day the app kicked me out . When I logged back in it said that I have 0 installments and orders . I had 3 of my payments paid but had one more left . When it automatically charged me I had insufficient funds in my account so it couldn’t go through . I keep getting emails saying I have a overdue payment that I need to log in and pay for but every time I log in it doesn’t show any of my orders or due payments . I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone for months but I just keep getting the same response. Since it won’t let me pay through my end why doesn’t quadpay automatically charge my card again . It shows all my information like my email , number and card information but not my orders or anything.

I attempted to make a purchase utilizing quad pay, how the order was unsuccessful and did not go through. I contacted fashion nova and they informed me the this was not a purchase and the authorization would fall off. The authorization did not fall instead I was charged. I contacted fashion nova who then advised I would need to contact quad pay, as they are the ones who are billing me. I contacted quad pay via email at least 5 times. I sent screenshots showing the authorization went throught, I advised the order was paid in full due to the error and they are still placing me in collections. They do not have a customer service number and I have explored all possible options, this is fraudulent to double charge someone and not listen to their complaint and proof of payment

My identity has been used without my consent with their app. I have been trying to get in contact with the company to get it to stop and have been completely unsuccessful. I have no way to stop the purchases being made through their service in my name. I have no idea what banking/charge account is being used nor how to get it to stop. There is no customer service and every phone number I have found in my online searched has been a dead number. Even the one listed here on this site. There is no way to address this situation.

I bought some stuff through quadpay on amazon. When I returned one of the items, amazon told me they would refund me. However they have to refund through quadpay.

Quadpay then only refunded me less than half of the amount that amazon refunded me.
My order was paid in full, therefore my refund should have been a full amount.

I’ve been emailing back and forth with quadpay for almost 2 months to resolve this issue. They continuously tell me to reach out to amazon for my refund status. My refund status shows complete through amazon. Amazon cannot do anything for me because quadpay was my payment method.

Quadpay applies part of my refund to another order, and then refunded me $15.

My full refund amount was for almost $60.
I think it’s super shady for a business to keep more than half of my money. All contact with quadpay support has been unhelpful.

I cancelled a order from *** and the charged me anyway. They provide you with this visa cc and tell you to place the order with any retailer of your choice. I gave the total from *** but it declined on *** and I just cancelled the order., but it did not cancel with this company and the order did not go through and they still deducted money from my bank. I had to dispute this fraudulent charge and my bank closed that card, and they still trying to get installment from me when I cancelled. Emailed them over and over with same response. This company should not be allowed to provide service of any kind. They don't even have a customer service number.

I have been trying to talk to someone from their customer service and they keep not understanding and keep repeating the same useless information to me.
I made a purchase through ***, the items were being shipped in 2 different shipments totaling to around $160. I had to cancel one of the shipments so the total for the order I received was only $13. QuadPay still says I have to pay them the full amount of $160. I explained to them and they told me to reach out to *** directly for payment questions. *** informed me the cancelled order was never charged to the card and the only thing I was charged for was the item I received. I told this to QuadPay and they keep telling me I have to talk to *** not them. Basically they are looking for me to pay the full amount for an order I never received. The customer service is HORRIBLE and no one is giving me a straight answer. I refuse to pay for items I never received.
