Dealing with Quadpay is like being in a bad dream over and over again. I have been trying to get a refund for months. They have been giving me the run around and also stop replying to my email. Plus I told them the company I ordered from might be a scam. I have been dealing with both companies with getting excuse after excuse. And I told them a have proof the company said the would release a refund.
Hi, On October , 2019. I went into Zara and returned a dress. its been a month and emails after emails requesting my refund from QuadPay and all my attempts to get this resolved with the proof of credit invoice from the vendor have not been successful. All their customer service told me was they haven't received the refund from the vendor. I spoke to Zara customer service and the confirm that all credits where process on October ,2019. It does not take over a month to get the credit reflected on the account. It is unbelievable how they ignore my email and not resolved this matter and literally stilling money from customers.

I purchased something through *** (in store) using Quadpay and 3 days later I returned the product because it wasn't what I hoped it would be. I walked into the *** store and returned it successfully. I have both the original receipt and the return receipt but Quadpay is still charging me for the item. The first payment you have to make at the time of purchase but the second payment is two weeks after date of purchase, so I thought that Quadpay would stop charging me for the second payment installment and return my money for the first payment. It has been 3 weeks and they have done nothing. I have sent various emails at this point and all they do is send an automated email. It is beyond frustrating because *** did indeed process the return. I have no idea what to do at this point.

I have reached out the them many many MANY times after they sent me confirmation of my return but I still havent recieved anything. They have stopped responding to my emails and this is the only form of communication this company offers. Even though they say they processed my return, this is a lie because I am still being charged for the item I returned a long time ago.

Don’t bother spending your time trying their service. Their “approval process” for a no credit check company is shrouded in mystery. At least with banks you are provided with a reason unlike quadpay where a rep will automatically send a standard boiler plate response to those who inquired as to how you did not meet their approval criteria. I don’t see how this company would not let me try their service when amex (very stringent) deems me a good customer. I even sent them a screenshot of my annual income and a screenshot how much I can spend in amex at that given time. So be aware and not fall into their novel idea and give them your info.

Thank you for reaching out. My review was warranted as my bad experience with QuadPay particularly your approval process. There will be no failed purchase as I have not been approved by your system which the criteria is shrouded in mystery and according to Mia M of QuadPay who reached out via CS inquiry form, you will not provide a qualitative reason as to why I have not been approved to use your app. Anyway I’m done with QuadPay. My only regret is giving you my info when I applied.
I selected QuadPay for my order with the Clare paint company. My first payment went through with no problem. My second payment has been declined for my card, which I used for my first payment. I've also been charged late fees when it's been an apparent system failure or error on QuadPay's end.
I tried to add another credit card, to no avail. I've tried to reach out to QuadPay to see if there was a system failure but I have been met with nothing but automated responses. I've offered to pay the entire balance outright some kind of way to the original merchant, who has been great in this whole process, but I'm being redirected back to QuadPay.
The merchant was able to contact QuadPay with what they thought was a resolved issue on QuadPay's end, but I still cannot make a payment. And now the third payment has gone through and declined as well. I don't know what to do at this point.
I would like to just pay out my full balance and leave this whole mess behind. My cards have more than enough money, I just want to pay what I owe and get on with my life. I have no time for this.

Although I didn’t receive a formal response to complaint ID, and they business has finally offered a resolution that is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. This only happened through customer service from the merchant I purchased the paint from, not originally from QuadPay.

I made a purchase using QuadPay (QuadPay order ***) for one of the merchants *** a.k.a. *** (*** order number 2199 / user number ***) on 10//19. The amount of the purchase after taxes, shipping, and applied discount was $216.14. QuadPay is charging me a total of $306.14. They have debited 2 payments form my checking account/debit card in the amount of $76.53, one on 10//19 and the second on 11/*/19. I have sent numerous emails to QuadPay requesting that they correct the total amount of the purchase. I've searched endlessly on the internet looking for a contact number to speak with a QuadPay representative to clear up the issue but have been unsuccessful. I sent the first email on 11/*/19 explaining the problem. In the email I sent a copy of the invoice from the merchant. I received an email from a QuadPay representation on 11/*/19 which pretty much informed me how their installment payments worked and that "most orders will update the order in 5 business days, but in some instances, it may take uo to 10 business days for the order to adjust, If the order does not adjust after 10 business days, please let us know and we can investigate further." As of today, it's been 20 business days and there has been no change to reflect the correct amount nor has anyone contacted me to inform me that they have started an investigation. Since the initial email, I have sent approximately 12 other emails (all of which I still have) and they are either not responded to or the representative recites the same information they sent in the initial response. Today, QuadPay has attempted to debit my account again in the amount of $76.54 and has threated to start charging me late fees if not paid by midnight tonight. A fourth and final debit in the amount of $76.54 is scheduled on 12//19. Based on the correct total amount of my purchase, &216.16, I only owe QuadPay $63.08 which I am eager to pay to end this business relationship. I refuse to pay them any additional monies until this matter is attended to.
Let me also state that have used other Online Purchasing companies, namely AfterPay, and have NEVER had an issue. I pay my bills in full and on time. I'm not certain why QuadPay is trying to rip me off by charging me in excess of $90.00. I am a hard worker and do not deserve to be handled in such a fraudulent manner.
Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

In this case, we reached out to the merchant and found that the packing slip quote and the purchase price were different. The merchant has supplied the consumer with a copy of her bill.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID. Has the amount been adjusted so that I can make final payment in the amount of what is owed to QuadPay ($63.08)? I checked my QuadPay app and it still reflects an incorrect amount. I have attached a copy of the invoice received with my order from the merchant. Also, if possible, I would like to mail a check or money order to satisfy my balance as there is now a lack of trust when it comes to dealing with this company. I prefer not to share my credit card information with them.

On Oct *** I placed an order with Zara through Quad pay , Quad pay #*** on 10/*** Zara issued a refund for said order. I have proof that I have reached out to Quad pay 13 times with no response as to when they will issue me the refund that zara has issued. With each attempted contact with this company I have attached proof that was provided from Zara that a refund has been issued. there is no customer service number that I can use to actually speak with someone. I am on the verge of reaching out to an attorney to advise of this fraud .

I placed an order through Quadpay on 11//19. The order number is ***. The order total is around $73. Quadpay has taken the money out of my account but never sent me my order. I have reached out to them several times and they have not responded.

I have been making purchases with Quad pay since last year. I had a 500.00 dollar limit and kne day it disappeared. I have made a few purchases all paid on time and a return. I reached out to customer service and they stated it was an IT issue and they would get back to me. Now they have completed stopped responding it has been months. My husband account has done the same. They stated his was elevated risk after. 300.00 approval he never got to use. They stated wait 24 hrs and try again. Still same error. They know something is wrong with their system by the complaints I see here. Why not just send out and notice to their customers that they’re systems are down and they will let us know when they are back up. This will be better than ignoring us. Also, saving us wasted time shopping only to get to check out and see errors.

The company sent me an email stating they couldn’t approve my purchase because of late payments. That’s inaccurate it was from a return and I was still being charged. Anyway, even after they stated I wouldn’t be approved I actually was able to make a purchase and I’m satisfied.

Quadpay took money from me and refuses to talk to me about what happened. They will not refund my money, despite the fact that I've never bought anything through them. I've never purchased anything, and was denied service, yet the company continues to keep my money as if I had purchased an item. This is ridiculous.

ORDER #***. I placed an order for AirPods on Amazon on 11//19 and for some reason, Amazon declined the payment later that evening. When I contacted them, they cancelled the order and notified me that they immediately released the funds back to the original payment method because the item had not shipped. I emailed Quad pay, messaged them on Twitter, tweeted them, direct messaged them on Instagram AND Facebook, and every time I get a response, it’s clearly a generic message from someone who DID NOT read my email thoroughly. A few emails said that “all cancelled/returned orders are fully refunded when seller lets them know”. But I sent proof that the order was cancelled and each time, I get different answers. The first installment was taken out 11/*** and now, I got an email reminder that the second will come out Friday....for an order that was canceled!??? It has been over a business week and I still have not gotten reimbursed for the first installment and the remaining installments are still on my Quad Pay open orders account. I will have no choice but to contest the charges with my bank if this doesn’t work.

Super shady company! I would not recommend QuadPay to my worst enemy. They will double charge you for the first installment. You will basically need to pull teeth to get your money back. If you return a purchase, you will have to fight to get your money back also. I will not use them after this purchase. I started off great with this company and one day things changed? I always paid on time and everything went smoothly, until I asked for a refund. Now I can’t get anyone to answer me at QuadPay. The customer service is nonexistent!!! Everything was good until they messed up and wouldn’t give me, my money back. Now they have moved on to taking two installments at a time when you make a purchase. That’s not what the company is about or even advertises. I do believe lying to the public about a platform your company represents is called FRAUD! QuadPay is Super shady and lost my business forever. Class action lawsuit to come....wait for it!

I have been with them since 6/2019 I had just paid on majority of my orders 11/15 and tried to make another this app does not take cash apps debit card which I did not know I tried to use that as form of payment since my funds were there a couple times it didn’t work so I sent my funds to another regular debit card of mine to pay and my account was put on elevated risk. That was 11/15 it is now 11/24 almost ten days without any response to the emails I’ve sent. My sons 5 year old bday is next week and I wanted to use this app for Black Friday but still haven’t gotten any response and just emailed again. This is crushing me and my plans for my son. ;(
So I went on *** hair to make a purchase and chose QuadPay. Right away the money was taken from my account. I click on place order and it took me to choose stores. Download the app recieved a $200 credit and right away my 199.80 purchase was deducted from my credit. Money was pending on my bank account for three days then finally got posted and still *** did not receive their order. I should have trusted my instinct not to do business with a company with NO PHONE NUMBER! Please DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY WITH WITH NO PHONE NUMBER! If my order is still not received by *** and processed I will definitely dispute charges at my bank but it’s the principle of customer service and not getting what was paid for!!
I was supposed to receive a refund on November *** 2019 for $998. They only gave me half, didn't explain why they were splitting the refund, and told me to expect it in 5 working days. I emailed them on what would have been the fifth days because there was no refund issued. They didn't email me back. I emailed them again and told them if my money isn't refunded that I'm getting the Revdex.com involved and my bank and a lawyer. I told them they need to be put out of business because they're inept and scammers. They don't even have a customer phone number. I want my money back. That's it.
Hello - The customer has not made all 4 installments, she has only made 2 and was refunded for those. Additionally, we've cancelled her last 2 installments. We have emailed a detailed explanation to her as well. Regardless of the amount of the purchase, you will only be refunded the amount you have actually paid on your installments.

I have 3 installment plans with QuadPay that I have sent numerous emails and screenshots about concerning refunds they owe me. It’s almost $400. Purchases were refunded and I have proof from the companies. I want my money back.

Quadpay has not refunded me the money for a transaction that did not go throuhg for Sephora. The merchant did not accept the payment, I did not receive the product it has been 10 business days and Quadpay stated they would look into it and still haev not, I am still being charged installatment even though I have not purchased or received this material. I have emailed them every single day since November 10th and no response to get this resolved

The merchant Sephora has reversed the transaction for this order as it never shipped. We have issued a full refund on 11//2019 for $167. The amount paid to date which is $41.75 (not including our $1 convenience fee) will be refunded back to the card on file used to place the order within 5 - 10 business days. The rest of the installment payments on this order have been cancelled.
