We Signed our company up with Quadpay and I must say this is by far the worst company anyone can deal with. I have contacted them severally regarding not receiving our payout and these people are so cold to ignore their customers. At this point, I just want to cancel our account peacefully and have our money paid to us. We did not read reviews before signing up with them and now we see why they have such bad reviews and WOULD never recommend any merchant or serious business owner to use this service on their website or company because they will absolutely regret it.

We have processed a refund for the payments our customer made towards this purchase and his additional installment payments were cancelled. There is confusion as the customer was not charged the full purchase price for the item so there won't be a full refund. If the customer had paid 100% of the cost upfront they'd be correct to expect a full refund. We have also written directly to our customer to ensure his satisfaction.

I have paid almost all my orders off over the last two weeks and continue to get an elevated risk message. I have sent over TEN support emails over the course of the two weeks with no response. All my payments are paid, have been paid and are on autopay so there are no issues. I am getting tired of chasing them for help!

I used quad pay to purchase air pod pros. Quadpay said my transaction did not go through but it also took 75 dollars and made my balance on quadpay go from $300 to $75. I went to Apple and cancelled the order. Quadpay has yet to show that it's cancelling my transaction. Still charged me $75 for the first payment of a cancelled transaction. And my balance is still as if I bought the items. I have already waited 10 days as their policy says it would take to show up back on my quadpay account and bank account and I have also emailed them and got a response that pretty much said to wait the 10 days which I already have.

I currently have 2 open accounts I am trying to pay off using Quadpay. I recently had to cancel my debit card, the primary payment method I was using to make the payments because of fraud. So when I logged in my account to change the payment method with my new card no active orders appeared in my account making it impossible for me to add my card and make then payment. I have not changed my phone number and email which are used to log in. I now owe a late fee because I have not been allowed to pay. The next payment I need to make is tomorrow and I have not been able to add my card meaning I will now owe more late fees. I have emailed customer service and they have been no help. I also direct messaged on Instagram and I have not been helped. I have been trying to fix this since Tuesday November *** 2019.

I made a purchase using Quadpay with the company Apple I ended up purchasing two items on Oct *** 2019 for a total of 250.70. On October , 2019 I returned the items to Apple for a full refund. On October *** 2019 my account was credited a refund of 32.79. To date I am still owed 217.91. In the meantime Quadpay has continued to charge me installments on a product that I no longer own. I have been in contact with their customer service over the past month and they have done nothing to remedy the issue. I would like a full refund on my order. I requested money from quadpay to purchase to amazon. I made changes to the order, then the order showed up canceled, and quadpay wouldnt release payment. So instead, I used my personal credit card (not quadpay) to pay for the purchases. Then quadpay takes the money out of my account anyways and never gives it back even though the purchase was never used with quadpay. have contacted quadpay multiple times about a refund to the charge I already paid for using a different card. They keep telling me it will resolve on it's own. It has not been resolved. 3rd charge is coming out tomorrow and it still has not been resolved. THEY ARE STEALING FROM ME! customer service sucks, they dont fix anything. last person to contact me said give it up to 10 business days to reverse- ITS BEEN 4 WEEKS and I dont think they have any intention of refunding the money they keep taking from me.

The company has fully refunded the amount to my bank account and reset my quadpay balance. They have informed me they are updating their payment system and this was a flaw in the system.

I HAD QUADPAY FOR A COUPLE MONTHS & I LOVE IT BUT OUT THE BLUE I CAN’T USE IT ANYMORE. I NEVER EVER HAD A LATE PAYMENT & PAY OFF MY STUFF EARLY A LOT OF TIMES. I TRIED TO USE IT TO ORDER SOMETHING AND IT SEND SOMETHING RISKY ON THE ACCOUNT. ITS BEEN 2 WEEKS GOING ON THREE AND IM EMAILING THEM. THEY KEEP SENDING ME THE SAME REPLAY EMAIL THAT IT TAKES 48 HOURS TO PROCESS ON WHAT’S GOING ON. ITS GOING ON THREE WEEKS & THEY STILL HAVEN’T EMAILED ME BACK SAYING ANYTHING. MY LAST EMAIL I SENT THEM THEY NEVER EVEN ANSWERED. ALL I WANT IS THEM TO FIX WHAT THE PROBLEM IS SO I CAN USE MY ACCOUNT AGAIN.

I used QuadPay to place two orders. I returned items from both orders. The merchant confirmed the return and sent me invoices. QuadPay did not return my money. I sent the invoices to them. Nothing. They simply sent automated responses in reply to my emails that did not address the situation or help at all

I went to order Uggs on November ***,2019 and I planned on using Quadpay. Well Uggs cancelled the order but Quadpay still took my first installment payment. I reached out to them via email and they said my money would be returned in 10 business days. I still have yet to receive my money back and then on top of that they are still taking payments out. So I keep emailing them to return my money and I keep getting the same answer but no results. From what I have read I am not the only person that has had this problem with them.

On November *** I attempted to make a purchase using my Quadpay card online. However the website (Fabletics) I attempted to make the purchase from timed out and the 1st order never processed. I talked to Fabletics and they agreed my purchase never completed. They suggested I try again, which I did and the second time was successful. After this I saw Quadpay now had two transactions for me for. I contacted them right away and they claimed that first purchase would just pend and never post to my checking account. Well it ended up posting, so once again I contacted them. This time they claimed the charge would eventually drop and be refunded to my account after ten business days. We are now past the ten buisness days and the second payment has once again posted to my account. I can't seem to get anyone to help me with this issue. This has been so frustrating no one seems to want to try and even help solve this mistake.

The company did refund the two payments they charged me and canceled the duplicate transaction and future payments. However they did not refund the two service fees charged for each transaction. This process was handled horribly by the company, there customer service department made things very stressful. So yes the duplicate transaction was corrected but the service fee attached to each transaction was not refunded. Even though each transaction was only a one dollar service fee, I still wanted to point out that this was their mistake and technically the fees should have also been refunded. At this point with all the back and forth and stress, I am just happy that the duplicate transaction was finally corrected.

I have been trying to reach them due to me all of a sudden getting a elevated risk message. All my payments have been on time and there was no reason to block my account. I have contacted them too many times to count with no response. This is horrible customer service

I purchased an Item on Amazon using Quadpay to pay for it. I received the item and had to return it due to it being the wrong item. According to Amazon the refund was sent back to Quadpay on Oct ***. I have screenshots and all to prove, which they ask to send them in the refund request. I keep getting the generic email in response stating below. It is now a month later and 5 tries later and still no refund please help Order# *** Hi ***?

As soon as we are notified of the return/refund from the merchant, any payments made to date will be refunded back to you and any future scheduled payments will be canceled.
Please contact the merchant and inform them to process the refund so our system will automatically apply it. When I look at order ***, there is no notification from the merchant to process the refund for this order (yet).
If you are expecting a refund, please note that the installments are still due until we have received notification of the return from the merchant. Once they process the return/refund, our system is notified automatically and processes everything.
Refunds may take several business days to process once they are received by our system. You can view the status of your orders in our Customer Portal - once the refund is received by our system it will be shown there.

Thank you for providing the information and the screen shots.There are some differences that make me think that this is a different Amazon order.The amount charged on your QuadPay account is $354.01The amount of the return in the screenshot is:$342.45The virtual QuadPay card used to place the order was: Visa ending in ***(This is the card number that the QuadPay App gave you to pay for the purchase)The card Amazon refunded this order to was: Visa ending in ***I think your QuadPay order and this order are different and Amazon refunded to a different card. We don't have this refund in our system.Does the Visa card ending in *** sound familiar to you. Is it one of your other cards? Please let me know if you have further info.

I placed an order on quadpay for apple airpods pro on 10//19. The order was cancelled on the same day. I contacted Quadpay through the support email and they said I would receive my credit within 10 days. I never received my credit. I contacted support again and the rep Ryan V said I have to pay off the product then I will receive my credit when their website policy clearly states
Total Refunds
In the case of a total refund, as soon as we are notified of the return, you are refunded the amount you've paid to-date and QuadPay cancels all future payments.
Remember, if you have only made one installment payment, we can only refund what you have paid, not the entire amount of the original purchase.
Example:
Jane makes a $200 purchase and has already paid her first $50 installment at the time of purchase. The merchant ships her item, but it is the wrong size. She returns the item to the merchant and is expecting a full refund.
After the merchant approves the return of the item, she receives a refund of $50. She does not receive $200 because she has only made one $50 installment payment. The remainder of her installment payments have been canceled.
My order was cancelled so I should receive a total refund. Ryan V said if I want a refund I have to pay off remaining installments and then they would issue me a refund when clearly that's not what their policy states. I asked for a supervisor and never got a response. I proceeded to contact support three more times with no response. I have tried to get a phone number from them with no response as well. I would just like my money back along with any late fees incurred wiped. It's terrible I have to contact the business 5+ times without even getting a response from a rep that is totally unacceptable. Completely bad business practices.

I have reached out to customer service several times on ORDER# *** purchased on 11/*/19. Total purchase amount was $88.83. Made the first quadpay payment of $23.25. I later got an email from the merchant, *** my order was delayed to not being in stock for one of the items. I went to the store and picked up 2 of the items and turned around and returned them on 11/*. That total was $7.43. Reached out to *** customer service on 11/to cancel remainder of order for the amount of $73.61. Was advised it would take 3-5 business days to see refund on the card used ending in ***. I still have not received a cancellation of this order through quadpay. Reached out to *** again on 11/*** and was sent a screenshot showing the refund of the remainder of my order $ 73.61 was completed successfully on 11/*. I made a purchase using QuadPay. I returned the order to the store on 10/. As of 11/, QuadPay continues to say they haven’t received the refund from the merchant and continues to require payments. I have reached out to the merchant and they have sent proof that the order was returned which I have sent on to QuadPay. I've now sent a total of 4 emails to the support email listed on the QuadPay website and have received no help.

I returned item on October *** and waited for refund from Quadpay. I contacted them and they told me they had not received item from the store I had purchased from and to contact them. So I contacted the company and they said they refunded October *** and I should have received refund by Nov *** I then contacted Quadpay customer service but they have failed to respond to any of my inquiries.

I used the QuadPay service on Nov *, 2019 to make a $228 purchase from Nordstrom. At this time I was charged $58 from QuadPay. On Nov , 2019, I was charged the full amount of $228 from Nordstrom. I contacted QuadPay customer service via email twice today as well as direct message via ***. I have not received any attention to this matter. I would like a full refund of $58. I do not feel this company is consumer friendly. They provide no customer service telephone number online of on their app or ***.

I have been utilizing Quadpay's pay later service for some time with no issue. I think a year or slightly less. I have upheld my end of the customer contract by never being late on a payment and utilizing the service regularly. Everything went smoothly until I placed several orders at *** using Quadpay. I ordered a jacket which ended up not fitting. I returned the jacket to J.Crew and promptly ordered it again in the same size (J.Crew's return policy is such that you must repurchase the item in the correct color/size if you wish to acquire it, as they do not offer a combined return/exchange option). I used Quadpay to make both purchases, expecting that once J.Crew received and processed my return, they would notify Quadpay, and I would receive a refund for one of the two identical coats/purchases I made. In the meantime, I again used Quadpay to purchase another, different coat from J.Crew (they were having quite the sale). That coat cost a different amount than the two identical coats I had previously purchased. This is important to remember and pertinent to this complaint. I received an email notification from J.Crew announcing that they had received my return and processed my original payment method (which was Quadpay). A few days passed, and I received an email from Quadpay informing me they had processed the return and refunded my bank card. Since Quadpay is an installment service, and returns take a while for J.Crew to process, I had already made multiple payments on the two identical coats I had purchased despite returning one. Again, that's part of the process, and I was fine with it. However, after reading the email notification of a return from Quadpay, I noticed that the amount I was refunded did not match the amount I had already paid in installments for one of the two identical coats (since I kept one, I expected and had continued to make payments for that coat). I contacted Quadpay via email (the only way a consumer may contact them) and waited for a response. I was not sure what had happened at that point, I only knew they had refunded me the incorrect amount since I had already made two installment payments to Quadpay for the coat in question. They refunded me $136.36 (but actually only $34.09 because I had only made one installment payment on that particular order and so was only due that amount), while the coat in question had cost $160.21. That's how I knew something was amiss. They got back to me and were completely unhelpful. Not only that, they refused to actually acknowledge the particular issue I was having. Instead, they copy/pasted links to their help articles concerning how refunds work. I got the impression that they thought I was confused about the refund amount being smaller than the cost of the item, but of course it would be--it's an installment service. At any rate, we went back and forth with several emails (I am a full-time professor at a local college and am in the middle of my semester, so I am quite busy--this took way more of my time than it ought to have), with them continuing to insist the refund amount was correct and avoiding directly acknowledging my actual complaint. Finally, I did a little digging in my J.Crew account, and I discovered that Quadpay had indeed refunded me, but for a coat I had purchased after the two identical ones at a lower price than either of the two identical coats. In fact, I had only made the initial installment payment on this coat, and had not even received it from J.Crew yet. I emailed Quadpay to inform them what had happened, and they denied that was the case. Instead, they explained to me that the reason I did not receive a full refund is because they are an installment service, and I had only made one payment to date. I knew all of that, and kept trying to tell them I did, but it was like talking to a brick wall. All I got were canned responses with links to help articles. No one would actually acknowledge the issue I was having. It was a little Orwellian, truth be told. So I forwarded the email J.Crew sent me informing me they had received the return and refunded my payment method (for the same amount of one of the two identical coats purchased), which was Quadpay. No acknowledgement from Quadpay. Instead, they kept insisting they had processed the return. They did--just the wrong one, but getting anyone to even acknowledge that could be a possibility was impossible. I have email and screenshot evidence corroborating what happened. It's confusing, I know, and I think that is what Quadpay is counting on. Essentially, they refunded me for a coat I had not yet even received from the merchant at the time they refunded me. The two identical coat orders are still live in my account, and I am still paying for both of them, despite having returned one to J.Crew (again, I have hard evidence that return occurred and was received and processed by J.Crew). The coat I was refunded for is currently in my closet. I am not returning it. Nor is the order live in my Quadpay account. They processed a refund for the first installment and canceled the remaining installments.So essentially, I have gotten that coat for free (which is wrong, I want to pay for it, but I cannot because Quadpay refunded me and apparently, that is that), while I am paying for two of the exact same coats, one of which I returned. The two identical coats cost more than the coat they refunded me for, but that's not the point. The issue is that there is clearly a system problem at Quadpay regarding refunds/returns, and they flat out told me that they could do nothing about it even if they had refunded the wrong order (I wrangled this admission from one of the reps after considerable back and forth via email--all of which I have saved). That's absurd. And that is when I decided to file a complaint. I'll survive this issue, but there are many consumers who use Quadpay that may be put in real financial jeopardy if Quadpay "accidentally" processes a return/refund incorrectly. They told me they could do nothing further. So, they've actually stolen the difference in price between the two coats from me. That is reprehensible and should not be allowed to continue. How many consumers could be experiencing what I currently am with no voice or recourse? It's a confusing issue, and it took me a minute to figure out what had happened and piece it all together. Not everyone may be able to do that. Quadpay has a problem with their system, and their customer service experience is a nightmare. It was like trying to talk to a brick wall. I have the evidence. I have emails, screenshots from my account at J.Crew, screenshots of my Quadpay account, the return notification email from J.Crew, and the email notification regarding the incorrect refund from Quadpay. Should they be allowed to steal from consumers? Because that is what they have done.
