QuadPay

Customer service is a joke! I’ve been reaching out for days about being charged a first installment on an *** purchase. I put in the wrong total amount so *** didn’t use quadpay but instead used my *** card. So basically I am being charged twice now and quadpay will not respond back to fix the issue. Now somehow my debit card is hacked and idk how they’ll ever refund me. So mad!

I tried to make a purchase on *** website and use Quad pay. Everything seemed to go fine. Quad immediately took the first payment out of my *** account and I thought I was all set. Then *** sent me a message saying they couldn’t verify my payment details and that I needed to put different card information in to receive my order. When I checked chase the payment was returned and my order was canceled with ***. Quad is still showing that the payments are due even though everything was canceled. Don’t know what to do. Very confusing and causing much frustration.

Used it twice so far without any problems it’s great when ur low on cash and need to buy something

I placed an order and sent screen shots ... I Was approved for $200 with Saks Fifth aven.. they took out the intial payment of $51.00. Never received order number from Saks, and my quad pay still reflecting processing.. I emailed them twice, still no answer.. This is a christmas gifts for my son, and wanted to verify if the order went through correctly? do I need to cancel order and start all over? . Thanks.

Easy to use, simple set up. I will use again.

QuadPay has been great I have used them 3 times now and they let me buy what I want on any web site. They draft my bank on the exact day they are supposed to. They are great.

This is a great way to teach people to save.. it lets me spend but not over spend

I used the QuadPay app for two purchases in the last week..it took me a minute to figure out how to maneuver through the app, but once I figured it out, I had no problem. I have also used QuadPay from another website and have had no issues whatsoever. I did not have to use customer assistance, so I cannot comment on that.

I love this app! Super convenient! 2 weeks before my wedding I found a wedding dress that I liked after already purchasing one. I couldn’t afford to have two dresses but the website offered QuadPay! Literally saved my big day. So grateful for this company

QUADPAY is a great app and very easy to navigate and there’s really no charge. I used QUADPAY to purchase at ***.com and at ***. QUADPAY IS GREAT!!!!

Quad pay advertises that they will charge you *4equal payments, so that you can purchase same day. QuadPay double charged me for one of the payments. For example, I have already paid FOUR (so ALL) payments have been paid- and on the website, another payment is scheduled to be withdrawn in two weeks. They will not refund me for my double payment and, I have to cancel my card with my bank so that they cannot charge me again in two weeks. I have emailed over seven times in 3 weeks, reached out to their social media AND reached out to the vendor. No one will return my calls or email. I cannot believe a company could be so shady- I have to cancel my card to stop transactions.

I made an order with a Merchant on Oct *** 2019 with a VISA credit card number issued by QUADPAY. The Merchant was unable to process the order with the VISA card issued by Quadpay. The order was cancelled and refunded on Nov *. I notified Quadpay of the issue several times. They went ahead and charged me the full amount of $330 on my CHASE debit card. I attached the merchants emails and cancellation notification to Quadpay multiple times. I was sent a detailed copy of the refund information which I forwarded to Quadpay. Yet they have failed to refund me.

Apparently I was one of the early adopters of Quad Pay and I am glad that a friend told me about it. What is not to love. You can stretch out your purchase over 4 payments with no interest. Where is the down side??? (As long as you are spending responsibly and can make the payments that is)

There is no red tape, no hassles, just tell Quad Pay how much you are going to spend, they give you the credit card number to use and you pay 4 payments. It just works and I am a more than satisfied customer!

Give Quad Pay a chance, you won’t regret it.

I have only been using QuadPay for about 6months and I haven’t had any issues. The transactions are smooth and my merchandise arrive on time. I will continue to use them for purchases and I encourage all the reviewers who gave them a negative review to give them another chance. Please consider that this is a newer business and they are trying to work out any kinks or issues on the app. I am a highly satisfied customer and will spread positive experience to my family and friends. QuadPay is TERRIFIC! The flexibility of being able to pay in 4 biweekly payments is awesome. I have used them at *** and *** so far. I am extremely satisfied to say the least.
