The app is easy to use and it’s super convenient to be able to split a purchase in to 4 payments.
I absolutely love QuadPay and QuadPay app!!! I used the app for an in store purchase and it was great! I used Quad pay online as well with no problem! This helps people to afford nice things! I love it! Thanks QuadPay! Love it!

QuadPay was great for a person like myself, the payments have made getting what I want easier without breaking the bank.
Best app if you wanna have the benefits of a credit card like spending and paying later. Initially $500 spend limit and split into equal payments.
Quadpay is charging me for an order purchase on UGG website that never went through. They are taking payments from my account and I tried multiple times reaching out to tell them that the order never went through and I never received my item but I haven’t got an response. They also refused for me to put in an request for my refund on the website.

I was able to reach out to our merchant partner to confirm that the order did not go through. We have processed a full refund and cancelled her future installments. I have also written to our customer to apologize for the delay and frustration.

I’ve actually tried a couple of different sites but this one is the easiest it went very smoothly
A few days before Christmas of 2019 I signed up for quad pay. I was given an $200 limit. I tried to make a purchase but when it totaled at the end of an online transaction I ended up being $4.00 over my spending limit. Initially it was approved through the purchaser (Amazon) with a few minutes it was canceled from the purchaser (Amazon) and through (Quadpay). I searched for a phone number for Quadpay, assuming it would be an easy fix. I ended up texting their customer service team. Let them know I had requested a cancellation via quadpay for the transaction hoping it would reset. I was charged $51.00 on December . It was approved. They said it would be at the most 10 days before it cancels it self out and I’m refunded the $51.00. I now have a $50 pending payment for a total amount of $200 from quadpay. I did not use any of Quadpay money.

I have researched this complaint and Amazon has advised that a portion of the order shipped and was billed. A refund was provided towards the initial installment that was charged in addition to us canceling the rest of his installments. I have written the same to our customer and have not gotten a response.

Hi ***Thank you for contacting QuadPay. I researched your Revdex.com complaint and it looks like Amazon charged only for a few items on QuadPay and declined the rest. They only returned $167 and the rest says it was a shipped purchase. I attempted to use their service on 11//19, but I received an error while trying to process my order, so the order did not go through with the merchant. I was still charged with QuadPay though. I have been trying, unsuccessfully, to be reimbursed since the order wasn’t completed. As of today, the company has taken 3 of the 4 payments out of my account, with the 4th one scheduled for tomorrow. I have emailed them several times regarding this, and they keep asking for screen shots showing the order did not go through. I’ve explained to them that since the order didn’t go through there was only an internet error page so therefore I do not have any screen shots. I’ve sent them transcripts from the merchant trying to help complete the order, but they still have not reimbursed me.

I was able to reach out to our merchant partner and confirm the order was never processed. The order was voided and any money paid will be refunded. I have sent a copy to our customer along with an apology for the frustration this situation has caused.

Doesn’t prove explanations as to why you aren’t approved after using it in the past. A waste of time.
I placed an order with Bath & Body Works through QuadPay on 10//19, and the same day, the merchant refunded the order of $22.94. I sent an email to QuadPay on 11/*/19 about processing the refund, sending QuadPay the merchant email receipt of a refund, and QuadPay has yet to process it. I had to completely pay for an order that was refunded to me. No one has gotten back with me since someone requested a screen shot of the merchant email.

On December ***, 2019 I ordered 6 items o*** and purchased them through QuadPay. I payed 2 installments on the order for a total of $44.30. On December *** 2019 I got the first notification that my items were on the way and in that email it said one of the items were unable to be fulfilled . I didn’t notice this until later though. Then, on December *** 2019 they sent another email that my order had been sent but this time 2 of the items were unable to be fulfilled. This doesn’t quite make sense because if the order had already been shipped I don’t see how Fashion Nova was able to remove yet another item from my order. On that same day I received another email from Fashion Nova apologizing for the missing items and explaining that they were going to refund me and send me gift card codes for the 2 missing items. Then on that same day I received ANOTHER email from Fashion Nova confirming that my order had been delivered. I checked my mailbox the very next day and there was no package . I asked my parents if they had seen a package and they said yes but it was not from Fashion Nova. No packages from Fashion Nova were delivered after that. On Decmember ***, I received a notification from Fashion Nova that an amount of $29.46 was supposedly refunded to me. I checked my bank account and there was nothing . I emailed them on December *** 2019 and asked them about the refund amount and when I would receive it . I got an automated response as expected and it said they would get back to me within 48 hours. They never responded . I emailed them again on December *** 2019 asking once again why my refund amount did not match the 2 installments I payed through QuadPay and when I would receive any refund at all. A representative responded with QuadPays partial refund policy and it wasn’t until then that I realized Fashion Nova planned on sending me the 4/6 items they WERE able to fulfill. Since I never received a package on the *** I had assumed the sent the delivery confirmation by mistake. I have tried to reach out to QuadPay and Fashion Nova since and have only received automated responses from both. Neither of them provide Customer Service phone numbers which makes the process even slower.

I still did not receive a proper refund! It feels like they are not even reading the messages I send. I have explained in EXTREME detail what the issue is and what solution I am looking for and it appears to be disregarded! Let me summarize the issue AGAIN and see if you understand what the actual problem is.
1. I never received ANY packages from Fashion Nova! I repeat, I the customer, did not get anything that I had ordered on December ***, 2019 from Fashion Nova. HOWEVER, I have been charged 3 times by Quad Pay for that same order. A partial refund would have absolutely been acceptable if I got my items but since I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY ITEMS I am simply asking for a refund for ALL of the charges that Quad Pay has made to my account.
ALSO, when I look at the transaction in my checking account there is nothing showing any deposits for a refund from Fashion Nova or Quad Pay.
I can provide screenshots of anything u need, from every email I have received regarding this order to the transactions that I have record of in my Checking Account.

We have checked again with the merchant and provided instructions to our customer on how to proceed. I have attached the correspondence between us and am not able to file the claim on behalf of our customer for her lost package. Once the paperwork is complete, we will assist if needed but this is really outside of our control.
I like the idea of getting clothes and other items and paying every two weeks but if you do a return trust me they won’t give you the full about of what you have already paid...if you paid $21.00 of it you only getting $12 from the refund...so it’s good until you need to do refunds...So be careful and pay attention to the refund amounts
I started using QuadPay with the *** website, and it was great. I made all 4 payments, then went on to make other purchases else where. After the 1st payment on the others sites, I tried to make my next payments and error kept popping up. It wouldn’t allow me to add a different form of payment, because an error message popped up there as well. I’ve emailed the company numerous times with no help and now late fees have been applied. I just really want to pay them off, and delete this app but it doesn’t seem possible. I don’t know what else to do. I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone!!!
I purchased an item using Quadpay and was issued a virtual Visa card to complete the purchase. When my order arrived it was not a great quality so I returned it to the store on November *** and was issued a refund (back to the card I purchased with). I was never refunded from Quadpay. I have emailed 7 times and only twice received an answer from a real person. The first response said they would look into it and manually refund me, which never happened. I have called every number I can find for them and either it is perpetually busy or it rings once and disconnects.

I used Quadpay to pay for an item online. The total cost $104. Quadpay took the initial installment pmt of $51. Unfortunately I never received the item I paid for nor a confirmation of pmt from the company. I went to the Quadpay app and selected "merchant cancelled order" as that was the only option available, at that time they issued a refund of $39.20 leaving a balance of 11.80 as I had paid $51. I sent numerous correspondence about the issue because the app was showing they plan on taking a second payment, I tried to remove my card but it wouldn't allow me to do that and I never heard from anyone to resolve the matter. I turned my cc off but this morning Quapay took $51.00 from my account. Please keep in mind I never received the product I ordered. I contacted Quadpay again sent an additional 2 emails, finally someone responded and the response I was given leads me to believe they have no intention of refunding my money, which is now $62.80

I wouldn’t leave this company 1 Star if I didn’t have to. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! You cannot get in touch with customer service even in email they will ignore you. I placed an order for shoes and quadpay took out the first installment. I called the shoe company to ask where my shoes were. The order never went through. I just received an email, however, that quadpay is taking out the second installment, even though I had not received the shoes. I’ve put a stop payment against Quadpay.... WILL NEVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN!
I have been attempting to resolve this issue since 10/*/19 to no avail. Some person (not me) used my email address on a purchase for a place called Fashion Nova via Quad Pay. Quad Pay has been attempting to collect on the order. Obviously, I can’t help them as it’s not me who made the purchase. I have at least 4 support tickets to Quad Pay open trying to explain that I’m not the person they are looking for and my email address was used in error. No resolution has been reached.

I bought something from Fashion Nova and used Quadpay. The first 2 payments to Quadpay were successful but when it was time to pay my 3rd one, an error message kept coming up every single time I tried to pay. I even tried 3 other cards and that message was still there. I have now been charged a $7 late fee and will continue to be charged this unless I am able to pay.

I have researched this complaint and there was an issue accepting payments on this order although our customer tried several times. The issue has been fixed and this order is paid in full. I have also provided a refund of $14.00 to cover the late fees and of course I have apologized for the frustration.
