They charged me the first installment for my Ugg’s and I have not received a tracking number or order number. I am pretty sure ugg has not received my order

Hello -

I have reached out to our customer to let her know there is a typo in how she entered her email address (***) and that would explain why she didn't get a confirmation. She was assisted via live chat to resolve this issue. I have also reached out to the merchant to confirm the order and will work directly with her if there are any other issues relating to the email issue.

I have made numerous attempts to contact this company, QuadPay, and the initial seller of the product which I Purchased. That company is dose of roses. Neither does of roses, nor QuadPay has returned my multiple emails of which I have documented and log. QuadPay has not answered any communication with me, but continues to charge me for a product that I have made clear to dose of roses and QuadPay that I am no longer interested in. My change in interest of the product was due to lack of communication from those of roses. It has been three weeks if not more since my initial purchase, and I have received absolutely no response from anybody. I have a note for my *** driver to return the package and not deliver it to my houseShould that package actually arrive on December *** which was the date given by the tracking number that was generated from dose of roses on the very same day within a couple of hours of me mentioning the possibility of legal action if my refund is not run through. More or less, I do not want a bad credit report from a fraudulent company that refuses to communicate with me while simultaneously being willing to charge me for a product that I have not received, was not ever going to receive on time despite the advertisements of a specific time frame to process shipments in orders.
I am even ok with no refund of my initial 1st payment.

I just want to ensure my credit is in tact, as I have been consistent and open in my communication with both companies.

Hello-

I have researched this complaint. We do not sell any products but provide financing for purchases made with merchants. Our customer made a purchase with a merchant who was not able to fulfill their orders. We have reached out to them and have confirmation that they ran into some delivery issues due to the large volume. They have promised all orders will be filled by the end of the week, unless the item is no longer available in which case a refund from the merchant will be issued.

Our customer first reached out to us on 12/30/19 and my team has responded to his questions with the information we were provided with by the merchant. Even though we are not the merchant we have continued to work with Doses of Roses to ensure our mutual customers orders are filled.

4 quad pay payments of $9.36 I believe.
I canceled with dose of roses, and with your company. I have sent numerous emails to BOTH companies. I have sent complaints to the Revdex.com. *** has been informed that if a package comes, I will refuse it.
I have complained on Facebook to Dose of Roses, and now, after my 3rd late notice from your company with STILL no response, I am happy to at least get a Facebook response.
Let me be clear. You can keep the $10 already charged. It ain’t worth my time. But I want to ensure that nothing goes to collections to hurt my credit on this ordeal. I would rather avoid court if possible. But I will do what is necessary to protect my credit.

First and foremost I would like to say this would be my first and my last time using Quadpay. It was a terrible experience and extremely inconvenient. I ordered boots on ugg.com, and paid through Quadpay. For whatever reason QUADPAY never released my money over to Ugg, which is causing me to not have any updates on my order! No confirmation email/updates or anything. Although I received a confirmation from Quadpay I did not from Ugg. I cannot get anywhere with Ugg because they don’t have any information for my order because apparently it never went through because of Quadpay. When I called Ugg they said that Quadpay cancelled my order but why?! My order went through and Quadpay took the money out of my account. And I still don’t have any money back or pending in my account if it really is cancelled. Ive emailed Quadpay about 5 times, and called Ugg 3 times and I’m over it. The next step is that I will be disputing with my bank and contacting corporate someway somehow. Not to mention I had expedited shipping! Just an inconvenience all around.

I used quad pay to pay for something in four payments. After the first payment I returned my merchandise back to the merchant. The merchant submitted my return to quadpay and quadpay still continued to take the rest of the payments out of my checking account. I have waited over one month with no refund and no response from quadpay to where my refund is. I have tried contacting quadpay numerous times through email with no response. Their is no contact phone number and their customer support contact is a joke. This company has no problem taking your money and I would like what is owed back to me. They are very unprofessional!!

The app is very simple to use and I love how it can be used practically for any store/website. However, sometimes the app acts up. When errors occur or refunds need to be given, it can be difficult to reach customer service.

I ordered boots from *** was trying to use quadpay thought I was approved when I received my bill from *** saw they had taken full payment didn't receive anything from quadpay to say I was not approved I'm very disappointed in quadpay because they never gave me the choice of not accepting to go ahead with my purchase they just took all my money out of my account I will never use or refer quadpay to anyone. Very very disappointed.

I am being charged for a product that I returned.

Your website is a complete scam ! I placed an order with your site for *** you guys took the payment but *** never received the order. I called *** and they keep telling me to contact you guys. Convenient how you guys have no customer service number and my emails never get answered. I want my money back and hope you don’t plan on taking another payment from me since an order was never received by ***.

I used Quadpay to pay for an order at Torrid. On November *** I returned those items and was refunded my money. However I have not received any of my money back from Quadpay. It has nearly been a month and the $140.01 I am owed has still not been put back into my account. Customer service is horrendous, not responding to my emails and when they do they just ask repetitive or unrelated questions, never once actually helping me and seeming to not even read or comprehend my emails.

QuadPay is a Rip off. I ordered from *** on the 12-18-2019. I emailed QuadPay Several Times. They never responded. But they made sure they took my money. I contacted *** they never got my order.I will like my down deposit Back. And I will not be using their services again.

Quadpay Turned me down for quadpay services, but is trying to get money from my account anyway. I told them via email and on their site to delete my account (which I set up and tried to get quadpay for a Christmas purchase) I was turned down that my purchase did not qualify. Yet, the next day and every day after the denial quadpay attempts and authorization from my bank (four days in a row up to today) and I don't have any item I am trying to purchase. I have sent them five emails to cease and desist they actions and to delete my account. There is no way for you to delete your account once set up which is another sign to having nothing to do with quadpay.

Hello-

I responded to the original request to delete this account, which was done with a screenshot provided. There are no transactions and this account has been deleted. I've forwarded the original message along with the screenshot to her as well.

I love QuadPay! The App is extremely easy to use, they give you the option to buy online or in store. QuadPay has an option to also add your card to your ***. They entire process is simple and it helped me so much during Christmas shopping. I shopped at *** and *** so far, but they have soooooo many more stores to choose from.

Love the App!!! I never want to pay full price but when there is a chance to break my expensive taste up in 4 payments how can I refuse! You can pay off early if you want and the app is so easy to use works with any site! First time I used a app with no hiccups no calling customer service and everything went through and shipped quickly. I hope this app stays around forever!

Great service. Used it twice now. Really helps be more financially flexible.

Placed an order through a shoe company that accepts QuadPay. Was charged for the first installment and the order on the merchant side was never confirmed. There’s no one who responds to any messages and the reply is that they’re too busy to respond.

This is a serious issue and I want my money back given I never received the product. This business seems like a scam that just takes your money and keeps charging you when you don’t even get the products you order.

Hello - We have responded to multiple email requests from our customer. We have let him k now that he was already refunded as his order did not process correctly with the merchant. I've included a copy of the refud below. All further installments have been cancelled as well.

I made a purchase with Ann Taylor on September *** 2019 for $257.70. I returned part of the order and the merchant credit my account $194.74. I paid the first payment of $59.17 to QUAD on account #*** on September , 2019 which was deducted from my debit card. Quad is telling me I still have a balance on $115.60 on this same account. I do not have an outstanding balance. The items were returned to merchant and said merchant did issue a credit. I have emailed Quad numerous times about this matter and nothing has been resolved. I want my account cleared. I am not paying for something I don’t have.

I've written to our customer several times to explain how refunds work when you haven't made all of your installment payments. I also sent her a spreadsheet with all of her payments and refunnds to further clarify the refund. Yes, that is correct. I've pulled all of your payments/refunds and put them on to a spreadsheet for you. This should make it easier to see where you've been refunded or had payments cancelled. If you did not make all of the installments, you are only due a refund on the installment you've paid. You mention in one of your emails to us that we refunded the wrong order as well which I don't see. Please let me know if you have any further questions and I will be happy to help.

Hello -

I have responded to our customer with a spreadsheet of all of her orders and an explanation on how refunds work. If you have not paid off an order in full, there wont be a full refund. Shown below is a copy. Ms. Winfrey still thinks there is a discrepancy so out of a gesture of goodwill, I provided a small refund on a fee she incurred. There is nothing else pending on her account.

***OK, I think the confusion is that you will only be refunded the amount that you have paid towards the order. On this order, it does not appear that all 4 payments were made and you are likely looking for the lump sum of the refund. All payments are split and therefore refunds work that way as well. When you make a purchase, you pay 1/4 to us, and we pay 100% to the merchant. So if a full refund was processed and you had not made all of your installment payments you would not receive a full refund. We would get the full refund and you would get only what you paid towards the order.I remain here for any assistance and if you have screenshots showing you made 4 payments to this order I will submit it to the engineers to research further.

What I am understanding from your email is that if I make a purchase I pay the 1st payment of 4 payments. If I return the item to the merchant said merchant would credit my card. However, Quad will credit me for my 1st payment made. With the merchant crediting my card and Quad refunding me my 1st payment then there would be a zero balance. Why are you still trying to charge me for something that was returned and card credited. I believe I have been a good customer who didn’t have an issue making payments.

I loved the ease of ordering from the store I shopped at. I used it with *** website and the process was quick. I love the opportunity of shopping and having access to a spending limit to gradually pay back. Thank you Quad Pay!

So far I have had no issues with QuadPay. I’ve made several purchases with ease and the transaction process has been pretty good. I have noticed there are some error messages during purchase but it was nothing that stopped the purchasing process. There is large variety of quality merchants on the site. I would definitely recommend!

Love QuadPay...my experience has been great!!! I like how I cm buy something now and pay it back in payments. I would recommend to anyone who doesn’t want to pay everything up front and pay it in payments.
