The QuadPay app is so easy and helpful to use! Download the app, choose the store you want to purchase from and enter the total amount. QuadPay will divide your purchase into 4 payments and show you your payment schedule. Love it!

So far so good. I seen everyone on here has had some issues. I did have a similar issue with one of my cards it kept say “ hang tight “ etc. I than got smart and tried a different card and it’s been working fine for us. Idk what the deal is but my wife didn’t get approved we don’t know why. Has anyone got an update on why they didn’t get approved?

Simple and very Convenient has many stores and helps disburse substantial amount purchases into easy payable payments instead of a big lump some defiantly recommending to family and friends

I have used it twice for purchases on ***. I have had no problems using it, *** got the order and I have already received some of the merchandise purchased. It was very easy. I will definitely be using again.

QuadPay has been very useful and forthcoming. I get weary about new apps and programs but QuadPay seems legit to me. I like the ease of use and the stores they have partnered up with. Helps in a pinch. I saw they aren’t Revdex.com verified yet. Verify Them! They get an A in my book.

When I think life couldn’t get any better, here’s something (QuadPay) that comes by
And makes it even better. What makes this App so much better, cause it’s not only clothing Or accessories you need, they also have branches like,” ***, *** even *** on the site” and Just with four easy payments makes life so much easier and convenient.
I had got me the,” *** from *** & *** boots for my fiancé” & all came out to over $450, but since I did my business with QuadPay I only had to put down a lil over $100 to receive both pairs.
I will be using QuadPay to do a lot of my shopping.
PS; this app is very delightful, ty???????????????????????????? ????????????

November ,2019 I placed an order at the NIKE online. I used QUADPAY as a payment method, when I got all the clothing some of them I need to return because I didnt like the material so I went to the NIKE STORE here in my area. Dec ,2019 I got the refund of $134.26 and I got it back in my bank account I reported REFUND on the QUADPAY APP in my account it didnt refunded anything I contacted QUADPAY thru email they said they havent been notified by the merchant okay so I contacted the NIKE online they said I need to contact the NIKE store where I returned the clothings at so I contacted the store they said it should be notified already since I got my refund back. I emailed the QUADPAY a lot of times regarding this issue they told me to wait 10 days for it to be processed but its been 10 days still not updated my REFUND on my QUADPAY ACCOUNT has’nt show up and my 3rd installment is coming up this DEC ,2019 I dont want them to deduct money in my bank account and make me pay more than the amount that it should be. Just contacting them is a nightmare there service is so bad they making me go back and forth I just need an update in my QUADPAY ACCOUNT so I can finish paying my installment !
Total I spent is $448.68
1st installment $112.50 - PAID
2nd installment $112.50 - PAID
My total remaining was $223.68 but since I got refunded of $134.26 I should be paying on my THIRD AND LAST INSTALLMENT OF $89.42 but since its not upated yet they still want me to pay another $112.50 and $111.18 this is not right they need to give me my refund and update my QUADPAY ACCOUNT SO I WONT BE PAYING THIS MUCH MONEY !

I researched your complaint and it looks like you were refunded on your debit card, not your quadpay account. In that case, the full payment is due to quadpay since we've already paid the merchant the full amount. If the refund had been posted to us, we would have refunded or paused your payments. I ordered some boots from Ugg and used Quadpay to make payments. The first which was December,*,2019 the first payment of 34$ was paid. Now Iam scheduled to pay every 2 weeks after that. Today which is December *** 2019 My second payment was suppose to come out of my account which is 32$. Quadpay charged 32$ 3 times in oneday, also a 34$ payment was taken out of my account.. total 130$.. I want my refund. I work too hard for anyone to just take anything from me!! I tried contacting them but they seem to no communicate with me.

I noticed that this may be fraud. Someone got hold if my account info with wuad pay and is charging Items using my card card

I ordered an item online from *** and ***. I reserve the item online through Quad Pay, to do an Instore pickup. I used the credit card number that was given to me through Quad Pay which was in the amount of $280. I received a confirmation code from Quad Pay stating my order was approved and I received a confirmation from *** and *** saying it was read for pick-up. So I went to the store to get my item and management told me the cost and I told them it was already paid for. I checked my available credit with Quad pay and the $280 had been deducted. Here I am today with no merchandise, My second payment is coming due, and I have reach out to Quad Pay on numerous occasions begging for a resolution. They will not email me back. I sent screenshots of confirmations and still nothing. I have been working on this issue for a week. I waited some time to see if the balance will adjust and nothing has happened. Please assist

I do not show anything other than an authorization, but not charge for BB&B. This actually has been a great app for me, especially around the holidays. It’s a convenient way to assure I get the multiple items I need for Christmas an in 4 payments which is great! They take 25% of ur full total u end up purchasing from ur account. So say I spend $100, they will go ahead and loan u that $100 for the payment and all u pay is 4 payments. It’s GREAT! Thanks so much! I even qualified for $200 if I wanted to spend that. Thanks so much!!! I will he using this in the future as well.

I love QuadPay!!! Easy to setup and very convenient when I need to grab some things yet low on cash at the moment. It definitely came in handy for Christmas.

Quad pay is a very good app. I like how easy it is to make transactions. Best part is you can make payments overtime. Cuts down on the use of a credit card which is great because you’re avoiding interest.
Never had to return anything so I don’t know how that works.

Great app very convenient when making purchases. The app gives you a preview of how much funds you are approved for making purchases. I have had the opportunity of using it at a few of my favorite retailers such as *** &

First of all, this isn't my first order with Quadpay but this is the first time this has happened. I placed an order through Quadpay for Adidas. Per Adidas they never received my order however, I was charged the first installment+fee from Quadpay. They do not have a contact number and the phone number listed on Revdex.com is disconnected. The email responses are automatic no way to a real solution. Yet they still are receiving customers money.

I made a purchase from Hoka one one for a pair of shoes there was an issue and the corporate office refunded my money. Quadpay has yet to make good on that refund. This has been ongoing since November *** I have contacted them by email repeatedly but only get an automated response to my email telling me to check with the merchant of which I have done and the merchant verifies that they have processed the refund and that they did so on November *** Why does this company not have a legitimate phone number. And why is it so difficult to get my money from them?

I made an order on quadpay, and my order did not successfully go through. I emailed about my order and was never responded. Luckily I was able to stop the order in time with my bank. I have emailed quadpay a total of 8 times starting December ,2019 requesting for my account to be removed. To today's date I have yet to be contacted and my account is still active. I would like for Quadpay to remove my account information from their site, as I believe they are a fraudulent company. I have reached out on social media and no one has bothered to answer.

Quadpay is stating I had two accounts with them when it was never verified with me what email address was associated with said account. They responded and immediately assumed that the email I was emailing from was the email address tied to my account. This individuals claims they emailed me several times and I responded to every nasty rude email of theirs. Her first suggestion was to delete the app if I do not want to use their service. I made them aware I will not delete the app until my Information was completely deleted. What is the purpose of providing a delete option if takes to contact the Revdex.com to get an account deleted. This same individual sent me a screen shot at first contact of an order from 2018, I made her aware this is my first account ever with quadpay. She responded she can’t prevent me from opening up new accounts when I made it clear I’ve only had one account. Yes my information was just deleted yesterday after about 2 or 3 weeks of attempting to contact them.
