This has to be on the most inept, incompetent company I have ever come upon. You attempt to sign up for a basic account, that never comes to completion! It's been like two weeks and my account has not been approved yet. I am flabbergasted at how incompetent this company is! Finally, I had enough, after getting the run-around, with excuse after excuse. I told them, using harsh words to delete my account. Instead of them being empathetic about my frustration, they deleted my account, then blocked my number for no reason! How pathetic, shady, petty, and unprofessional is that?! Affirm financing is much more known, then Quadpay, and they approved me instantly. This company will never go far treating well-intentioned new customers like this! Never!!!

I have researched this complaint and have also reached out directly to the customer. Unfortunately, we are not able to approve every customer yet, but we are working on it. I provided her with copies of some of the 10 support tickets she submitted, all of which had been responded to by my team. As she requested, we have deleted her account.

First of all, it's he, not she. Pay attention. Furthermore, if you company was so "above board", why did your company (Quadpay) block my number for no reason?!
The reason I finally demanded that you all delete my account is because you all took forever (during the approval stage), and gave me excuse after excuse.

Hello ***,I researched your Revdex.com complaint and while I understand your frustration, I see 10 support tickets from you with some saying approve, some saying delete etc. As you requested, we deleted your account. We do not disclose our exact account approval requirements but I can tell you that your credit score is lower than required to use the app. We do not do a credit check but use information provided to us by Experian. I am sure they would provide you with a report confirming the same. First of all, why are you leaving this message on Martin Luther King Jr. Day? Your company does not observe this holiday?
Secondly, you all did block my number. Granted, you all deleted my account, but, if I wanted to, shouldn't I be able to apply again?
Why is it when I enter my number on your app, its states, "error". If my number was not block, then how is it that I can't proceed no further
on your app. When I enter my number (the same number used to apply the first time), it states, "error". I can't even enter my number to get an
verification code! So, if my number was not block, and completed deleted from your app's database, then why can't I go further in your app, to proceed.
Even if I requested a deletion on my profile, shouldn't I have to right to apply again; fresh start? See attachment, that proves the message I get on you app.

I made a purchase on *** for a total of $224.68. The payment was made through QuadPay, which allows installments. When I received the product, I did not like the items/could not fit the items so I RETURNED both pair of boots back to the merchant on 12//20. Although I made 3 payments of $56.17 (which totals $168.51), I have only been refunded $63.66.

I have reached out to UGG several times, who claims they have refunded my money to QuadPay and states "there's nothing they can do". I have reached out to QuadPay several times, who claim they have refunded my full refund, which is a lie. I have proof and receipts of what I have paid and what I have been refunded.

I have researched this complaint and it is not accurate. I have checked our records and her refund has already been processed. It seems as though she was expecting a full refund however she had not fully paid off her order. My team had responded to her via chat to explain how the refund was processed and I also provided her with screenshots of our payment system showing her the refunds had already been processed.

I have researched your Revdex.com complaint and have gone through the transcripts. I have also checked the system and your refund has been correctly processed. I know this was a complicated return because you had not paid off the full order. The installments that you paid were refunded and the installment you had not paid was cancelled. I attached a screenshot from our payment system showing the refunds have already been processed.

Love Love Love this app!! Easy to use! It’s so organized, accurate and well put together. It’s makes the whole experience a great one! I’ve used the service before and never had an issue. I honestly have no complaints and nothing but good things to say!

I really like how easy it is to use. The app is really nice that you can just search the webpage you want to use the QuadPay on. Very simple to sign up and use.

I thought the app was very easy to use and very helpful.

On 1-*-2019, I paid off 3 or 4 orders with quadpay.. I made one new order and then after that I had $345 left. I tried to make another order and now it says hold tight account on hold. I reached out through quadpay support multiple times been told it will be forwarded to the internal team. 1-*-2019 I contacted them all day again getting the same response. Its like you're talking to an automatic system or something. From Gracie, Ryan,Melodie I can go on with the different robots I chatted with. Was told 2xs that my account had been pushed through. Told on 1-*-2019 to give the system 24hrs to refresh and I would be able to use my account again. Here we are on 1-*-2019 and my account is still on hold. So I messaged them again and as told before we will be forwarding this to our internal team. Was never given a reason why my account is on hold.All my orders are paid up except one and not behind on any payments. Quadpay can still manage to take payments out of my account but I cant purchase anything.

I have researched this complaint and reached out to our customer. She had 2 accounts and this was causing some confusion in the system. She also has reached her spending limit. This issue will be resolved once the open installments are paid off. Once her installments are paid, I will be able to close her duplicate account.

I don't agree about the spending limit. I have not reached my limit and I only owe $154 on the ***. The *** have no money on it. I don't owe anything and haven't used that account since maybe almost a year. That will be all. Thanks

I purchased some Uggs from the website and used Quad pay as my form of payment method. When I returned these Uggs Quad pay sent me a refund confirmation. Then I contacted them to say the card their trying to refund my amount of $120 is not in service because I closed that account sometime in May. So I asked was it possible that my refund could be sent to my current debit card and they replied this is not possible and told me to contact my bank. So I contacted the bank that I had the debit card with which is *** bank. They told me on their end it's not possible for money to be refunded to a closed account they said the funds would reverse back to sender and to let Quad pay know this. So when I reached back out to Quad pay with the information my bank gave me they were still stating to me their is nothing they can do. And I asked them for a check since their not able to transfer the funds to the other card and they were uncooperative. They seem to have no issue with me not receiving my money and have not been helpful through out this process.

I have researched this complaint and attempted to assist our customer however this is a banking issue separate from anything we've done. I have provided her with charge and refund information which was all completed on our end. I have encouraged her to go to the branch to assistance, which she did and they did not assist her. We no longer have funds in house for this transaction, they were released to the bank. The bank did not reject the payment so they've got the funds.

Hi *** - I researched your Revdex.com complaint and we seem going in a circle. We have released the funds to your bank. We no longer have any means to recall those funds, nor has your bank sent us a rejection so they've got the money. There should be a way the branch can issue a bank check or transfer the funds to your new account number. I understand your frustration but this really is a banking matter that I can't fix for you. Here are some reference numbers from our payment system that the bank should be able to access to further assist.

I went to my bank this morning *** is the name. And I printed out the email which provided the reference numbers and payment information. They sent the information to their corporate office and corporate determined the funds were never sent and the reference numbers were invalid. And they (***) has offered to speak to Quadpay on my behalf but we didn't have a telephone number for them. So at this point it would be a tremendous help if Quadpay could speak with *** about the issue. So we can figure out what information is being lost in translation and where the money is.

No the bank has not been able to locate the funds and it seems at this point I will not receive my money. Is it possible to get a quadpay store credit or something so I don't lose out totally?

Hello -

I have provided the information needed to locate the refunds via the banking reference system. I can't provide additional refunds as the funds are no longer in house. I have attached last correspondence below. While I understand our customers frustration, issuing another refund would be out of pocket and is not possible at this time.

They allowed me to receive my item with 1/4 of the payment. I made the second payment early. I also changed payment card and made the last 2 payments early with my new card with ease. Made my holiday shopping easier on my wallet. Would definitely use them again if they allow me. Their website won’t allow me to purchase again. Don’t know why. Overall great experience.

Simple and easy to use. Approved right away. I love the fact that they send me email reminders of next payment 2 or 3 days ahead.

I like the app. It was very easy to use. I actually like QuadPay better than ***.

Very easy to use, I use it so much I’ve gotten a limit increase. So far I haven’t had any issues and I’ve been able to use it at any merchant I’ve wanted so far.

My first time using the app. It’s cool so far. Only issue is that the virtual card number popped up on my screen and then went away so I had to reach out to Customer Service via chat which I was able to get assistance very quickly. This came in handy considering my daughter‘s birthday is right after Christmas. Little kinks were worked out. Thanks!

My account was charged but my purchase was cancelled. Customer service was no help. They don’t have the option for phone customer service... It’s 2020 what company doesn’t have a customer service phone line available?? Currently chalking this up as loss and an expensive lesson learned.

I’ve contacted the camp any several times about a refund, I was charged for a item but never ended up going to pick the item up so the store canceled said item. I have a photo of the cancellation and sent it to them but no one has refunded me. It has been a since October that I ordered this item. I have all e mails from company also.

I have researched this complaint and I have not found the order in question. I sent our customer a copy of all orders in our system and none match. It seems like this may have been a temporary auth or purchased directly with her credit card. I gave her my assurance that I will work with her to resolve the issue if she finds the order information.

I have used Quadpay for many retailers this year while Christmas shopping online. It was fast, and easy to use. I like the advantage of paying little by little to afford many items that would take me months to save for otherwise. I have purchased ***, ***, and *** just to name a few of retailers that were used with Quadpay. One of my recent orders merchandise was not available , and quickly received a refund for the partial payment that was sent when item was ordered. This is so much better than getting into credit card debt.
