I have contact support several times about refunds for three specific purchases and each time they’ve either ignored my request or have ended the chat. I checked my bank account and I’ve been charged three times for a purchase that didn’t go through on their end. In addition, they are charging me for another purchase that didn’t go through from another merchant.

I have researched this complaint and sent a note to our customer showing her the copies of the refunds in our system, along with the last 4 digits of her cards that were used.

Its a scam, the are not accredited by the Revdex.com, they used my information to purchase my items, so *** charged me and Quadpay charged me, they said *** has to contact them to verify cancellation but there is no way for *** to contact them, also *** sent me an email stating they dont do business with them. They took 44.50 out my account a d said they will PAUSE my account for 15 days to give *** a chance to contact them, but by then they would take a second payment out. I contact Quad daily to let them know im not playing about my money and to the Quad pay representative answering back to these BAD reviews, dont bother, im not trying to hear another lie. I have a 3hr screenshot of me questioning Quadpay and they couldn't answering none of my questions but instead kept saying im sorry give it 10business days, thats horse ***. Give me my money.
Great app with a wide range of stores to choose from. I love it that I can afford to buy the things I like becoz I don’t have to pay the whole price at once! Thank you ! Love it!

Tried Quadpay for the first time online and so far so good. It was very easy to use. Thank you.
A solid, honest, and reputable startup. The concept is simple enough and the app is user-friendly and, not to mention, convenient. I’ve made two purchases so far and love the simplicity of this one over its competitors. There is no need to stick to certain retailers/merchants. You have limitless possibilities, even for in-store purchases, so long as they take ApplePay. There is no interest, only an upfront $1 convenience fee. The approval process is simple and there are no ID cards to upload or breaches to your privacy. They send you enough reminders (over text AND email) a few days before they charge you. After only one use, they increased my credit line and I didn’t even have to request it!
I purchased an item through Mayvenne Hair, they had quad pay as a option 4 payments. The dates did not work for me so I contacted Mayvenne to cancel my order. All of this was done January , 2020. They stated that I would have to talk to someone on Monday to see if my order was cancelled. I checked on Monday through Mayvenne Hair and my order had been cancelled. They explained to me Quad Pay on there site they do not deal with , they are the ones who take out your payments. I been trying to email them to get my refund for my 45.38 payment for the first payment on January *** . This morning they have tried to deduct the second payment of 45.38 twice this morning. They have sent text messages for payment but I have not gotten any back for cancellation of my order. They are a rip off and I would like something done about this company because I don't want them to keep going into my account today.

The app was very confusing. The first time I used it, I didn't understand that I had to "copy" the card information and paste it as a new card. So my first order didn't go through QuadPay and I paid full price and couldn't cancel. I went back through the instructions the 2nd time and it worked fine. *** is a lot less confusing, but I intend to keep using it.
The app was super easy to use! I love having the option of spreading out payments over time. It really helps as a mother of 3! Thank you for this option!
I used QuadPay as third party payment method when making a purchase with one of the merchants they work with. QuadPay allows you to break down your purchase order total into 4 credit card installments. The merchant refused to assist me when I contacted their customer service team to cancel my order. So I decided to reach out to QuadPay to stop the payments on my card. They said they would look into it for me and to provide them screenshots of my emails with the merchant. I sent the emails and was told that only the merchant can help me, but I had already expressed that the merchant refused to be of service. When QuadPay said they would would continue to charge my card I called my bank to unauthorize QuadPay. The bank said that QuadPay maybe still be able to charge my card. I reached out to them again to make sure that they would not charge me any further payments. The reply I received was enough to raise my blood pressure since they said there was nothing they could do since according to the merchant my order was delivered and they attached a tracking number. This is where I wanted to scream because the tracking number sent was not even for my order. It was for someone else completely different. They then followed up this incorrect information with that this between me and the merchant and that I should reach out to them even though I already have several times and I even filed a complaint about the merchant as well.

I have researched this complaint and have reached out to the merchant for confirmation. Once a customer agrees to their terms and conditions, we do not have the authority to override their policy. As such, an agreement was made and the merchant is holding to the agreement. Our customer has since threatened to stop payment on her credit card which we will defend if needed as we have already paid in full for the order. We have sent an explanation to our customer and the merchant has confirmed that the package is enroute to be delivered today. I apologize for the stress and frustration expressed but the policy is beyond our control. I have attached a copy of the note that was sent regarding this matter.

I am attaching my original compliment to this email because your customer support rep Lauren is sending me nonsense about an order that isn't even mine. I didn't order a black puffer jacket. My order was two dresses and two skirts. The tracking number provided was for December of 2019 and not even placed by me or sent to an address that is not mine. My order number is ***. So if you reach out the merchant can you actually reach out about my order and not someone else's? I am also attaching a pdf of the constant emails I have sent to the merchant. You would think QuadPay would have some integrity especially since this is a merchant they chose to work with, but I guess not. This is exhausting. I want you to stop charging my card. This is no longer between me and the merchant. It is between QuadPay and Chase bank. So do the right thing and give my back my $19.48 and stop the further payments. I already contacted Revdex.com about Fashion Nova and after this email is sent I am filing a complaint with them about QuadPay.

I find this response to be hostile. You are telling me that I can't use your service again if I continue to dispute this which okay fine I don't plan on it, but to say that you are going to send me to collections if I don't pay for something I requested to not be sent to me is terrible customer service. You chose to work with a sketchy merchant that makes millions of dollars and you want to send a young girl to collections over $74? Please get your money back from the merchant if you want it so bad.

Unfortunately the merchant is not willing to refund this order, they have offered to process an exchange OR provide a store credit. The agreement is strictly between the merchant and ***. We feel badly for her frustration. Her installment plan is intact.

I have been waiting on a refund of approx. $473 since November and I have not gotten it. I want my money. No response when you emai them, they have no number to call.

I have researched this complaint and our records do not match the account provided. We have responded to all questions sent in by our customer. 2 of 4 installment payments were made towards this purchase. When the merchant advised us of a refund, we processed a refund on the 2 installments and cancelled the remaining installments that were overdue. Before this process could be completed, our customer disputed the charges with his bank as fraudulent. At this point the bank is in control of the funds that we refunded. The timeline is at the discretion of the bank as they most likely opened a new account number based on the claim of fraud. We have advised our customer to check with his bank and settle the dispute with them so they will release the funds. I remain available to assist once the dispute is settled with his bank. I have also sent our customer screenshots of our payment system showing the disputes.

I am researching your Revdex.com complaint and I have a few insights for you. Your partial refund has been processed by us. In the middle of waiting for your refund, the bank was informed that this was a fraudulent charge and the amounts were disputed. When this happens the bank is in control of the funds. I assume, when you reported this as fraud, you got a new card number. Typically, your bank will transfer any pending or outstanding amounts to the new account. At this point, the funds are not with us. We have also been charged for the disputes by your bank ($30). Obtaining your refund will need to be worked out with your bank. I am providing you with some screenshots showing what is in our payment system. Disputes and claims of fraud slow the entire process down and the timeline will be determined by your bank.
As convenient as this service is, quadpay itself is terrible. On 01/06/2020 I was going to use the quadpay to make a purchase but I ended up not making a purchase. I checked my bank account and I showed a charge for this ALMOST purchase as pending, I though no big deal it will fall off in a few days. I checked my account again a couple of days later and I now showed the payment was cleared. I live chatted with quadpay customer service and then told me not worry it is being refunded and will be back in my bank account in 5 business days. 5 business days went by and still no refund. I live chatted again with customer service and they reassured me it was being refunded but it takes 10 days. I waited 5 more days, still no refund. I live chatted again and they said the show my order was returned and is being processed still, I explained that I did not make a purchase, I have no order for this purchase in my app or a confirmation email for this order because I did not order anything, they told me it be refunded in definite on 02/05/2020. I checked my account this morning and still no refund. I live chatted AGAIN today and they told me they didn't show a refund but the rep stated she manually processed my refund and NOW it will take 5-10 days to show back in my account.
This has been sure a mess of an experience and taken a month to get resolved to get MY money back for an order I never placed. Quadpay is a joke of a company and in my opinion a SCAM!
They charge stolen credit card numbers and will do nothing about it. Emailed customer service with no response.
I purchased UGG boots on four (4) payments. I made 3 payments to date and was trying to make the 4th payment. I have been trying for almost 2 weeks to make the 4th payment - to no avail. I have used multiple Visa Debit cards and none work - keep getting error messages that the payment failed - eventhough money is available. I reached out to Quadpay, via Live Chat, and was told to call my bank (which I did and the bank said my cards are fine - the issue is with Quadpay). I contacted Quadpay Live Chat again and was told to use different cards (used 5 to 6 cards), try laptop, computer, different browsers - absolutely ridiculous. Since last week they told me they were going to have their IT department look into the issue and send me an email - still waiting for the email. I tried again today - same problems and again told I will get an email after they look into it again. I am feed up with Quadpay. I have noticed other complaints about the same issue. I do not want to get any late fees and nothing negative on my credit report because of their mistakes.

I researched this complaint with our engineering team. When our customer added a card into his payment plan that did not match his name it tripped our system and left him in a payment loop. I have written directly to him to let him know what happened and we have cleared out the wrong card info from his profile. In this case, our system worked properly as a measure of fraud/risk prevention. There are no late fees on his account.
I was having issues using quadpay for a purchase through Target website on 1//2020. I ended up paying for it in full through my debit card. After the struggle to figure out how to use quadpay, I was charged the first installment. I reported for a refund and for a cancelation, but have yet to receive a resolution. I emailed quadpay, sent a screenshot stating that my order was already paid in full, I do not want to duplicate payments and I need to be refunded for my first installment. The first installment from quadpay is still showing deducted from my bank account and I have yet to hear from a quadpay representative.

I have researched this complaint and also written to our customer. I provided her with information relating to her refund as well as a screenshot from our system. The refund was processed in the system as expected. Her future installment payments are also cancelled. I have included a portion of the correspondence with our customer below.

I made a purchase from Amazon on 1//20. I returned the item on 1//20. My Amazon account reflects a refund issued to Quadpay on 1//20 yet Quadpay has not applied the refund to my account and is still charging me for the returned item.

I have researched this complaint. Our customer sent us a screenshot showing the merchant refunded her between the *** and *** of January although her complaint mentions a different date. Our system takes UP TO 10 BUSINESS days once the merchant sends the refund. This complaint was filed before that time had elapsed. We have also answered all of the emails and chats with our customer. The refund has been processed.
