Randy was great and fulfilled the other 9 of my 10 mugs *** order which I got confused on. To get the 10 you have to pay the large ground shipment and it offers a 2 day upgrade for half of the price and it's actually for a single mug and wasn't indicated that way. So if you *** with more than one mug pay the large ground shipping. Happy they fixed it and invoiced me the shipping difference.

My order was delivered to the wrong address. After speaking to couple of representatives at Printerpix I finally spoke with Sharath. He is the best customer service rep. I've spoken to at Printerpix. He was easy to understand and helped resolved my problem quickly without giving me the "go around" which I received earlier.
Overall I've had a great experience with Printerpix. Love the quality of their work.

I had Victor and as a rep he was very helpful to me. I am grateful for the time he took to talk to me. My view of the business as a whole improved throughout time because I had an issue with getting some of their products through*** but it couldn't accept more than one promo code per order. I just didn't feel like *** made this clear and the shipping and wall hanging kit was expensive with Printer pix. Although, they brought the cost down for me and I am grateful for how they handled it after all the trouble I went through.

I really really liked the products I ordered. The picture quality was great! There was some irregularity in the material of the product but once I spoke to the representative Jesse, he rectified the problem immediately. His professional customer service was awesome!! I will definitely be ordering from Printerpix again.

I would like my refund that I was told that I would be receiving because if the chipped picture mugs I ordered for birthdays back in March.
I have been told through several emails from printer pix that my money would be refunded because the mugs that ordered were defective and chipped at the top. I have been waiting since April to get this resolved. Each time I ask about it now they say my case has been forwarded to support staff. The last real email I got was from David with printerpix and he said the refund would be on my account in 7 to 14 working days backing April 19. So they are not doing what they said they were going to do.
My refund for the product and all that I spent on shipping. About $70

Excessive shipping charges, poor quality product, wont refund my money
I ordered 3 blankets using 2 ***. One for one blanket and another*** for 2. I was charged exorbitant shipping. When I received the first blanket, I found the quality to be extremely poor. I contacted the company by phone and told them to not ship the rmaining blankets and to give me an address to ship the blanket I received back. The refused. I received the other 2 blankets and they were aweful as well. I have been trying to get them to refund my money for the 3 blankets and the shipping for a month now to no avail.
I want to send the blankets back at my own cost for a refund of the cost of the blankets plus the cost of what they overcharged me for shipping.

Have used Printerpix in the past and always loved their products. Received a damaged metal print and within a half hour, George S via Chat, had a replacement ordered. He was courteous, thorough and I am a happy customer.
Printerpix is great at offering promotions through sites like ***. Life happens and sometimes we miss expiration dates for these promotions. Printerpix customer service was gracious enough to extend the promotion period. Very easy to deal with and very helpful!
I purchased a *** for printerpix in which I paid $125 for $1000 of merchandise. I wrote them 16 emails, called 10X as my *** did not work.
All of this was to no avail my *** expired the end of April 2018. I figured my $125 was down the drain. Yesterday, May 24, 2018, I received an unexpected call from Printerpix apologizing for the problem. I was told to place the order and call today and the code would be activated. I called today, spoke to someone from India, who refused to listen to the fact that Printerpix called me and I was just following as I was told. The gentleman hung up on me.
I no longer even care about the loss of money or time it took me to make $1000 worth of projects...I feel it is time for another Revdex.com complaint. When I went to check with your site I see that they have many issues.
All I really want is to be able to use my *** immediately and then never have to deal with the company again.

Company itself is a little shaky. Not sure how legit the printing process and shipping itself may be, as I've heard of a lot of mishaps, but Eugene was amazing with identifying the problem and issuing a re-order and for that I'm grateful.
We entered a very large order that was a good cost and would let us place the orders later. Most of the orders were done very well and one in particular turned out great. An order for Wood Puzzles had it's problems but we can use the product. The main item with problems was for a 10" by 10" Metal Print that was messed up when the order was placed and it was delivered wrong. I have had to make about 6+ phone calls & chats to get it resolved and finally today with the help of Sharon got it done. I did not feel I should have to pay the shipping cost but wanted to get it settled. Hopefully when the order is received it will be great and will look great on our wall. Will consider using them in the future but will be very careful when I order. It was difficult talking with Customer Service in India.
Items not delivered on time and no refund issued
Items were purchased march 2nd 2018. The delivery date was within 14 days ... 16-20 days passed and they hadn't been sent for delivery so I called. I was told they were still being processed and that they didn't know when it be sent out. I said when I purchased it said within 14 days. She said I don't know it can take longer. So I cancelled order and I was told I would get a refund in about 2 weeks .... ok 2 weeks went by and nothing... I called in April and nothing they said they were sorry they will resend it and 48-72 hrs I'd have it .... NOTHING ... I called in May and nothing yet they said they escalated it and would get it in 24 hrs and here we are 2 weeks later and still have no money .... I just got off from talking to them and they told me the same thing again ... I told them I've been told that so many times and I don't see a refund ... I told them at the beginning of the conversation exactly what I've been told everytime and it's the exact thing he told me he would do ..... I asked for my items to get Credit and no response

I don't know the last time I submitted a negative review anywhere but it is with some pleasure that I vent here. Printerpix is some of the worst software I have ever encountered. I use software virtually all day for work, some good, some bad, but this is some of the most frustrating there is. We've submitted well over $300 worth of projects through Printepix. After buying the *** again to place a reorder we come to find out that they only keep "projects" and "past orders" on their server for 30 days. So those hours it took to make the booklet in their horrible software is gone. If you want to reorder, you can build from scratch. The *** order isn't a good deal, they just charge unbelievable rates for slow shipping to make their money. Even bulk orders are charged the same. Isn't it fraud to charge probably 3x their cost on shipping and offer zero other options?
I bought the *** for some metal prints and I think the whole think is a scam . They took my money and now they don't want to refund me.
Ok so here is the deal.. : I bought *** for $36 and I should get 2 set of 3 prints 20X16 . When I went on the web site and tried to make my prints I noticed that there is no option for 20x16 prints..just 16x20 which is the same just 90 degree angle.. Well company claimed that I cant use the coupon on the prints I selected and I have to select 16x20 but they dont have option like that . So I think that this company is scaming people like that because when the *** is expired..only way to get money back is to use those $36 towards some product from their website..It looks like to me that they are forcing people to spend $36 on full price product.I think it is wrong and I would never order anything from that company for regular price since the regular price for the prints was $840. I really want my money back since its a fraud. Thank you for your help..

The company reached me and send me link where I can edit and purchase the product I bought...
the only problem is that they do not offer product that I have *** for...I keep telling them that it cant be finished because of that and they do not reply to my text at all.. I am not satisfied at all..
I still do not understand why it doesnt work.. I got 6 prints 20x16 and company offers 16x20 ( which is the same picture just rotated 90 degrees ) it is even for same price ..

This is not getting anywhere ... the link you provided is for single print photos..yes you can finally select the dimension that I got in my *** but my *** says 2 sets of 3 pictures (metal split) which original price was $840 and the pics on the link you provided would be just $280
I do not know if your company changed the way you print or the menu or somebody made the *** wrong
but important is my patience is over..I spend so much time on this its not even worth money I spent on that ***..
So please give me my money back and we will be over it
