After purchasing a *** code for a "2 for $25" deal with Printerpix.com.. I placed my order with them using the ***. I was charged correctly but the order showed on my emailed receipt as only 1 pc ordered.

I called Printerpix and couldnt get them to see that I should have gotten 2 with my order according to the *** deal & charge.. This is where Jesse with Printerpix customer service really helped.

Jesse was on the phone with me.. caught in the middle because his company was saying it was already processed and I made a mistake when ordering. My Fault.

Jesse kept going back to his supervisor with my concerns and after a 20 min back and fourth.. Jesse was able to correct the order and satisfy my request of correcting this mistake without charging more, which is what would have happened IF.. we both weren't persistent.

Printerpix and Jesse are good to have on your side.

My order showed "invalid shipping address & hence cancelled on the website when there was no issue.
However the customer service executive Aaamir was promt via the online Chat feature on the website and informed me that the website had issues and they were dealing with technical maintenance issues. He confirmed that my order is placed successfully.
I am pleased with the overall experience dealing with the order and promt resolution of my queries.
Well I havent received the order yet, so cant coment on the quality of the product and shipping service as of now.

I received my photo book that I did on our trip to Normandy. As this was such a meaningful and unforgettable memory, this book needed to be as perfect as the crosses that stand perfectly straight and in line in the American Cemetery. While the quality of the book was very nice, a corner of the book was damaged in shipping. I was so pleased with the service I received from Clinton. My book will be replaced.
