Vincent from Printerpix provided me with excellent customer service . I was first being assisted by George and told me that he had no records of my placed orders. That scared me to say the least!! These are bday gifts I am counting on.
After Vincent took over my online chat, he not only provided me with the much needed information but also provided me with websites for all of my 3 orders to track them on.

This was my second time purchasing a custom photo blankets. The first one loved so I decided to order another set .Since I using a *** voucher I needed assistance ordering an identical set. That's when I called and spoke with Clinton. One one describes his attitude Rude. Just listen to our recorded conversation. You tell what you think and if this is how you want your company to be represented. I called back a second time which sounded like the same person .idk. he was also rude however he did assist me in resolving my problem.
Deceptive practices on ordering - Printerpix leads you to believe shipping is free for the product. Shipping is only free for the voucher/coupon.
I responded to a promotional email from Printerpix for two blankets. The order page (attached) made me believe shipping for the blankets was free. After I had made the $59.99 purchase, I went to their site to fulfill my order. I spent more than an hour creating my photo blankets and was then asked to pay an additional $31.98 in shipping. I emailed customer support two times and never received a response. On 7/24/18, I called them. They told me the free shipping was for the voucher...the coupon that was emailed to me was what the free shipping applied to. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and the supervisor, Sharat M., told me that it is the default practice to display the free shipping options above the product being sold with no reference to the free shipping pertaining to the voucher and not the product itself. I find this to be extremely deceptive. I was left with either wasting my time and the $59.99 I had already spent, or going through with the purchase at another $31.98. He offered me no other solution. I believe they do this intentionally knowing that most people will just go ahead and grudgingly pay the extra shipping. I feel I should be refunded the $31.98 in shipping.

No. The issue with this case (#***) has not been resolved. I actually had two issues on this order.
1. The deceptive advertising where Printerpix charged me $31.98 for shipping, even after stating shipping was free. See attached, turns out the "free shipping" was for the coupon delivered to my inbox. I was left with either losing the $59.99 I had already paid for the two blankets or coughing up another $31.98 for shipping. I opted to pay the $31.98 shipping, and that is what I'd like to have refunded.
2. The second issue was that one of the blankets was printed incorrectly. Printerpix did agree to reprint the blanket, but I had to pay another $15.99 for shipping.
Overall, I paid a total of $107.96 when I expected to pay $59.99.

I paid for 10 mugs. Paid shipping for $30 and got 1 mug. Company website, when working would not let me add any more mugs thought 10 of same mug.
Request number with printerpix customer service ***. Purchase date July 11th. Printerpix refused to acknowledge paid price or quantity ordered and said I only paid for 1 when it clearly says 10
9 more mugs of the exact same design. Project is still saved. On website.

We ordered a metal print from printerpix. When it was received it didn't look like the photo we submitted. Trying to receive reprint or refund
Metal print was ordered on June 19 (order ***) and when received the background was metal and not white as it was in the uploaded photo. We contacted the company on July 2 and received an email back several days later on July 13 stating they would reprocess our order and we were given a new order number (***).
Today we contacted the company bc we have not heard anything else. We were told that the order had been cancelled bc the way it printed would not be different. They stated they would not process a refund but we could upload a different photo. We stated we would prefer a refund bc we were in need of the photo we originally ordered. We were basically told it wasn't possible.
We would like a refund of our cost and shipping since the image isn't correct and they can't offer a proper resolution.

I called Printerpix to see what I could do with an expired *** for their metal prints. I was thrilled that their agent Eugene was able to make the entries in their system that allowed me to capture the full value of the ***. I was very happy that he took the effort to do this. I can't wait to see how my metal prints turn out.
I tried to contact the company twice to resolve a complaint but have received no customer service.
I used the web site to design and purchase a photo blanket. The photo resolution and blanket quality are great but the photos are not printed straight. I have tried twice to contact customer service according to the web site's instructions but only get an auto reply and then no further service. I did get a survey to ask me how the response to my complaint went, but no resolution.
I would like the business to redo the blanket with the photos printed correctly.

I have created several gift projects for my friends and family using Printer Pix. I love this company. The response my friends and family has had when receiving a photo book or blanket I've made has been heartwarming! They love these gifts and it was wonderful to give the gift of memories.
Printer Pix has a huge selection of photobooks, gifts which include blankets, mugs, coasters etc. ,home décor, cards, calendars, prints and pets which can be customized.
It is very easy to create a unique project. The Printer Pix software platform has hundreds of options to add photos, borders, colors, and text to customize any chosen product. You can create online by simply logging in to their website.
Customer service has been more than terrific. I've contacted customer service in the past because I needed a little help with my first project. Any contact with a customer service representative has been excellent. I have contacted the company though email and chat and both work great! They respond quickly and I feel they truly care about helping their customers. Recently I worked with Aamir. He is a gem! He helped me resolve a problem patiently and professionally! I will continue to do business with Printer Pix and I highly recommend them if you are looking for a company that provides awesome products and takes care of their customers!
Purchased a voucher that expired, I used the online chat service to see if I could get a refund. Aamir was able to assist and they extended the voucher so I may use it for the value that I purchased. Hopeful that the canvas I ordered will be as nice as the one I ordered previously.
I have been a Printerpix customer for probably 5 years or more (and estimate I've ordered about 40 to 50 books with family memories for myself and family members. (I've also created and ordered a dozen or two from competitors). I've experienced various challenges with most of the photobook companies through the years. Recently I experienced some isssues with Printerpix regarding a discount voucher purchased and finalizing order due to some discrepancies and delays in getting it resolved (of which my stress level increased as the company had just emailed indicating the software was being revised and there was a very short window to complete and order photobooks started or completed in current version). A couple calls - thankfully were answered quite promptly, included a rep actually calling me back to follow up, however still some concerning delays in resolving (especially due to the pending cancelation of current software platform). A following call today caused me more concern as I was informed of other new issues that were going to be roadblocks from getting a resolution. I called back after an hour or two and THANKFULLY they were able to work with me to FULL RESOLUTION of the various issues. I have since received confirmation that indeed my order was processing!!! So I am once again a happy customer. (I have always felt that they offer some of the best deals for photobooks, and the product is good.)
