My fiancee and I designed thank you notes and invitations on their website and received items printed incorrectly. The company would not fix the error
My fiancee and I used *** to order Thank you notes and Invitations to our wedding. We designed these online in August 2018 and the website allowed us to remove text from the back of the thank you cards. The preview on the screen showed a blank card. I clicked save, added them to the cart, and purchased. When we received them, they had text on the back. I called and the first customer service agent said I should have checked the preview better. The second customer service agent said the website wouldn't allow anyone to remove text. I told him the site did allow us to do this. He said that the fields would just repopulate when printing. I explained that this is not explained on the website. He said it didn't need to be. The order number is *** and it was placed on 8/8/18. One agent I spoke to said his name was Eugene.
I would like the business to replace the incorrectly printed items OR refund our money.

The company contacted us to discuss procedure for replacing the order. When I placed the order, the customer service representative said he could not view the proof of the item and could not verify that the design I placed in my online shopping cart is what would be printed. Nevertheless, we continued with the order. I received the replacement order today (9/7/18) and they were printed correctly. I am glad the situation was eventually corrected but would not use this company again due to very poor customer service.
Did not receive the photobook as ordered. Although the error has been identified after months of emails and calls, the replacement order was cancelled
After numerous emails that left my complaint unresolved, a phone call with Jason appeared to have resolved the issue and he ordered corrected replacement albums for me. I was asked for a positive review of Printerpix and when I declined to provide one, my replacement order was cancelled.
SEND CORRECTED ALBUMS AS FINALLY PROMISED BY JASON WHO ACKNOWLEDGED THE PRINTING ERROR AFTER MONTHS OF EMAILS FROM OTHER CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE DENYING THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE PRODUCT

I was promised a replacement once before but Printerpix then cancelled it for no reason without notifying me. I am afraid that is soon as I close this complaint they will do the same thing again. Therefore until I have the new order in my possession I am reluctant to say that I am satisfied.

No stars. I will never use this company again. I paid for 3 canvas they shipped one and made me pay shipment for the other 2. I just wanted my money back and they wouldn't do that either. So I had to pay for the shipping to get the rest of my order. I spoke to 4 people including a supervisor and they were all rude.

We would like to let you know that it clearly states on our "Partners" website that shipping is excluded of the voucher price. Please note that it is clearly explained that only one voucher can be redeemed at a time.

I never said that I didn't want to pay shipping I said that I paid for 3 pictures and only 1 was shipped. They made me pay for shipping on the additional 2 pictures when they should have been shipped together and it would have been 1 fee. Please reread before you respond and respond correctly.

Please note that the first order "***" was placed for only one product. If you had a voucher for three products, you should have kindly change the quantity to three and process the order.
However, what you had was 3 singles separate vouchers and that as said in our terms and conditions on our Partners website, only one voucher can be entered at a time and that shipping will be applied for each voucher.
As a commercial gesture, we've dispatched your second order together with the correct shipping and handling fee being applied to it.

Anto R Did an amazing job! He was polite and worked hard at answering my questions. He even helped get my expired group on code extended for 1 extra week so I can place my order. I ordered several cards from the company and got 4 instead of 125. Paid more money and got no products....spent hours with CS and never got refunded.
we purchased wedding thank you cards from printerpix. We ordered 125 and got 4. They stated we entered the wrong quantity (even though it auto changed the amount). We paid for more cards and a month later never received them. They promised to refund all money and only returned the last $5 and never sent or credited the remaining $15. Therefore we paid $15 for 4 cards.....CROOKS!!!! STAY AWAY
I would like a refund for the full amount of my purchases and shipping as I didn't get the product I wanted and had to go to a competitor who processed my order in less than a week.

although I didn't get all my money back this satisfies my complaint
Company told me orders weren't valid when they were. I have duplicate product based on this. Customer service response was 23 days.
I bought 2 *** for PrinterPix for photo canvases.
When I placed the first order, I was initially told that my order didn't go through because my shipping address was invalid. So, on my second order, I ordered a few of the same pictures. I agian got the invalid message. After about 20 min, I received emails saying both orders had gone through. I immediately reached out to Printerpix. I didn't want to be charged twice. I wanted to know why the site told me my orders were invalid & then the orders were processing. I asked to get credit back for 3 new canvases to replace the doubles.
It took them 23 days & 3 emails to get back to me. Their site says complaints are addressed in 1-2 business days. Now they say they can't help me because the orders were delivered. I don't think they understand the problem.
I would like the opportunity to replace the 3 canvases that are duplicate photos. I also don't expect to pay for shipping because the error is on them.

I am a photographer and have been using Printerpix for a few months and I am really happy about the product and customer service as well. I had a problem with one of my order that I received a week ago. Sent an email with the pictures to Printerpix and talk in chat with Anto R who was very helpful to resolve with me the problem. As a photographer, I will recommend anybody to use their service. I can understand that sometimes the product you received is not what you have expected but is it Printerpix fault. Well trust me not sure where come from all these complaints but for a fact, I had one problem and it has been solved quickly and in a professionalism way, thanks again to Anto R.

When I called Printerpix concerning a voucher Eugene was very helpful with my concerns. My voucher was expired and Eugene quickly provided me with an updated product code to use. I started with Printerpix back in 2012, after becoming frustrated with two other printer companies.
A third company, had good products but, their prices were TWO high.
My relationship with Printerpix has been great over the years. The main reason is the response I
get from my customers........"This is a BEAUTIFUL book". I have to agree. The standard pages are
good enough for my photos to POP & impress everyone, I don't have to pay extra for the special professional paper.
I value the worth of a company by the way they stand behind their products or the service they give. Some time ago, I had an issue with a book. They told me to take a picture & include it in an email, I did, they agreed & sent me a replacement.....Again, the customer was happy.
More recently, I had a situation that was resolved by Representative Savio (Thanks).
Another time I talked to Representative Aishwarya, who took care of something for me (Thanks). The last time I called, I talked to Representative Clinton, he took care of something for me, the same way the others did (Thanks). I have to say, the entire team at Printerpix have the same goal.......Customer Care, Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction.
There are a couple of things that I miss, (I wish they would bring them back).
1---I use to be able to place a big group shot across two pages, from the left edge to the right edge, not any more. the group shot has to all be on one page (doesn't display properly).
Please, please consider bringing back to us the ability to place a picture across two pages.
2---Photo editing tools. Brightness etc, etc, are all gone.....What happen? I miss those tools.

Vincent was so patient with me as I fumbled through trying to refer my friends. His advise kept me at it even when I thought it was hopeless. Ordered a couple 16 x 20 metal pictures of my father, who had recently passed and they came very quickly and are AWESOME!
Did not think at the time of ordering about how to hang them, went online today and used Chat to get the info I needed to order the hangers, Vincent was super helpful!

So I wanted to send out thank you cards to my friends and family, so one of my co workers suggested, I go on *** and purchase a printerpix coupon for 40 5x 7 flat cards, which worked out perfectly. I places my order through printerpix by following the instructions step by step but didn't realized, I ordered one thank you card instead of the 40 (my mistake), so I contacted printerpix through the chat room online and spoke to George S, who was great and very understanding. He was able to have my order done again the right way without charging me again. This was my first time using this company and I have to say, I will definitely recommend them and use them again in the future. thanks five stars in my book!!
