I can't tell you enough about the unbelievable experience I had with Revathi! She handled my issue with so much care and patience. She looked at my project and made recommendations to improve it. When I would apologize about how long I was taking, she kept telling me it was ok, calming me down. Truly I could not have completed this effort where it not for her. false advertising. huge shipping costs
I received an email about pictures on canvas on sale. One of the bundles was $37.95 for 3 16x20 pictures. When you order the cost of shipping shows its free but after you order the coupon the price jumps up to $50 for each set.I asked for a refund and am told that it will take an addition 15 business days to give me a refund. This company uses fraudulent practices. If I was told that the shipping was so high I wouldnt have ordered the coupon to get the pictures.
I want a full refund as well as someone to look into the fraudulent practices of this company

What you've purchased is an online voucher that was dispatched to your email account for free within 30 min of the purchase and that can be redeemed anytime up to 3 months. We are sorry for any misunderstanding that this may have caused you, but we always make it clear that the voucher are being dispatched for free but that the shipping and handling fee is not included in the cost.

I never received the product that I paid for. They give untruthful info on shipping costs.
On 7/22/18 I purchased two *** for 10 printed magic mugs (each) from PrinterPix. The fine print does say you will have to pay for shipping - but you won't know how much that is until you purchase the ***, that's not the first time that has happened to me on ***. When I was prompted to go to the PrinterPix site, they gave me THREE shipping options. I picked a middle one because I was ordering them two months before I needed them, I was in no rush. I received ONE mug from each of the two orders. I questioned them. It would take a week to get a response from them. This went on for two months. All they would tell me was if I sent them $50 more dollars per 9 mugs, then they'd send the rest of my order. I requested a refund (since I needed them for an event on 9/7/18 and now I wasn't going to have them) they declined. Their only offer was "send us the $100 for the 18 mugs and we'll send them". I was chatting with a rep at one point and called them a "scam" since they had my money and I had no product, and he closed the chat on me! It is now October (ordered in July) and no resolution. They didn't even respond to my last message. When I placed my order nothing said "this shipping choice is for only ONE mug" if that was the case, which they said it was, it should've said that. I paid $26 to ship ONE mug. I thought I was shipping two orders of TEN at $26 each. They want $50 for each remaining set of 9 mugs. I already paid $26 for each ***, and *** can't give me a refund because their contract is with PrinterPix and they have to give the refund, but they told me I had to go to ***. In a nutshell, they took my money and only sent me a "proof" of my order, they held on to my actual order and asked for more money to ship them. If the shipping info on the purchase page was clear, this would've never been an issue, and I'd have all my mugs right now. The site said shipping ONE mug was $8.95 - so why are they saying I paid $27.98 for ONE mug?
I want a refund of the shipping money I paid to PrinterPix and the money I paid for their ***. $26x2 (***) + $27.98x2 (shipping to PrinterPix). I would for them to be more clear to their customers BEFORE they make a purchase through them and not so deceiving. I won't be the only one to deal with this.

We have checked your orders and can confirm you had inadvertently ordered one mug instead of 10 on each of your orders. With vouchers for more than one item / quantity, the onus is on our customers to order the quantity they require at the time. The quantity is displayed in the Shopping Basket and at Checkout. The same is also stated under our Terms and Conditions. Any unused value of the voucher can be redeemed later by getting in touch with our Customer Care Team. The orders were shipped within one day and delivered as requested.
We try to be as transparent as possible on all our deals with our Partners. The terms on*** clearly state that the Shipping & Handling costs are payable separately on redemption. Here is the deal page for your products:

Regarding the shipping options, please note that the following 3 options are always and only options available: standard shipping, 2-day shipping and next day shipping which are all are at a different cost (the fastest it is, the higher it is). Both of your orders were dispatched within a day of the order being generated because when finalising both orders, you've selected a 2-day shipping on both orders which the reason why you have paid $ 27.98 and not $ 8.95 as per the site.
Kindly note that the offer that you had on*** for one voucher was worth $ 35.00 for 10 mugs (excluding shipping at $ 49.99 for 10 mugs) with a total cost at $ 84.99 of 10 mugs (including shipping) per voucher. As you had two vouchers, the total cost was at $ 169.88 but only $ 125.96 was received by*** and ourselves. As a result, a remaining fee of 42.92 was pending for the remaining 18 mugs to be shipped which is what our representatives have tried to explain and resolve this issue swiftly.
However, the communication between us did not go as expected and that on behalf of Printerpix, we extend our sincerest apologies for the bad experience you had with our customer service team when you have tried to contact us in search of information. Please be assured that we have taken all the necessary measures so that this type of mistake never happens again.
As commercial gesture, for all the misunderstanding that you have been through, please be reassured that as requested, both of your shipping fees that were paid ($27.98x2) were refunded today on the 10/12/18 and the amount will be cleared in your account in the next 2 to 5 business days. Regarding the*** vouchers, please note that we've been in touch with them and a refund on the vouchers will be processed shortly.

Thank you. I do respectfully disagree with the statement that everything is "clear" on their site, because obviously it wasn't, or we wouldn't be here. Hopefully they fixed that as stated. I couldn't see spending $49.99 when I didn't need them for two months, so I chose the $27.98. I assumed $49.99 was two-day shipping. I thank them for their response after the mess of customer service messages. I appreciate it. Thank you.

I purchased a slate photo of my dead son back in June 13th 2018. There's always a problem. I have called & e-mailed them several times.No product yet!

I am always told the issue is fixed and they will be sending my product soon. I asked to speak to the owner & always I am turned down. I paid $40.94. Order number ***.Still nothing. I am at my wits end!
I would like my photo that I ordered & paid for, but looks like that's not happening. At least they can refund my money.

It was confusing on quantity of items (blankets) with each having different photos on for my 2 grandsons. The voucher was supposed to give me both blankets on the one voucher but somehouse it didn't work. I'm waiting to see the actual product. Eugene was very helpful, but I had a hard time understanding him with his strong accent.

Still Have Not Received My Order and Customer Service Keeps Giving Me Different Stories As To Why
I purchased a*** Voucher for PrinterPix for two 16 x 20 Metal Prints. I used the voucher on 9/2/18. I uploaded the photos that I want printed and paid for their service including upgrading to expedited shipping. My order number is*** The policy on their site states that production time in the US is 5 days with delivery set there after. This is 7 business days total. I tried multiple times checking the status of my order via the PrinterPix website and each time an error message was shown on their tracker however my order status was PAID. I called customer service multiple times to check on the status of my order. Each time there was a different story told including a conversation with a manager who stated two weeks ago that my order would be shipped that week and I would receive a refund on part of the shipping. I have been calling weekly to check the status there after and each time the customer service representative states that my item will be shipped by the end of said week and that my refund is processing. I am also told that because they gave me a refund on my shipping that I would be downgraded to standard shipping for something that is not my fault. I literally have to argue with the representative for providing false information and then for them to state that it will be shipped via 2 day delivery. I called again on 9/26/18 to which another customer service rep stated that my order was still in production and that I had to wait another week. The rep also tried again to downgrade my shipping. How is this company still in business? To date, I still have not received my refund or items.
I would like my products (two 16 x 20 Metal Prints with additional mounting equipment see invoice) that I purchased delivered ASAP with the quality represented on their site and a full refund of delivery. It is unacceptable for this much hassle and time commitment for a company that is supposed to be able to fulfill their service to the customer.

After PrinterPix did not ship the product I ordered I asked for a refund and after 10 days I still have not received refund
On August 28, I ordered a canvas print from Printerpix for $29.96. The order number is ***. After not receiving the product in 3 weeks, I called and they told me there was a problem with production and I will receive it in another "15 business days". I said that was unacceptable and wanted a refund. They tell me a refund was processed on Sep 20 and now 10 days later I still have not received my refund. I think they are a scam company and I want my refund of $29.96
I just want my refund of $29.96. It is that simple. They have my credit card number from which I placed the order. I just want a refund to that credit card
