Never received my order.
They shipped thru *** & said I needed to contact their shipper*** for a claim. Very shady company, doesn't help customer

Please note that Aishwarya was very helpful during my recent call to your customer service office.

I am anxiously waiting for the previously received photo books to be reprinted correctly without containing other clients' photographs. I also request that the three books be packaged properly in order to keep the corners from being damaged like the originally received books.

I will be happy to provide a higher star rating once I receive the three photo books printed correctly and without damages.

I have not received my product yet but if the product is have as good as the customer service I will be happy. Clinton was so very patient and helpful. He even suggest a background that just made the blanket look so much nicer. I can't wait for my gift to arrive. Thank again Clinton

Ordered canvas prints from printerpix through *** coupon on 8/26 and still have not received these.
I paid 46.00 for a *** coupon for printerpix that was changed to my credit card on 08/19. I ordered canvas prints from printer pix on 08/26/18. I have contacted printerpix twice already concerning my order # *** and have been told that this was in the final steps of being processed and that these canvas prints would be shipped very soon. In addition to the cost of the prints, I also paid $49.95 in shipping through my*** account ,Details Reference #: ***
Transaction Date: 08/26/18 . I am now unable to e-mail or contact this company by phone. The web site has been down for more than 3 weeks and I feel this company has taken my money.

Desired Outcome

I either want my prints delivered by 10/01 or I want my money returned. Both the money that I paid for the *** coupon and also for the shipping charges that have already been charged to my account.

Thank you for your response. I have finally received my canvas prints. They are of excellent quality but I will not likely order from your company again. The wait was entirely too long for this type of product and when I did try to reach out to your web site and track my order I was unable to get any information. In addition, I called your customer service center twice and was told this order was to be shipped the next day. This happened twice. Finally on my third attempt, I was unable to even reach customer service by phone, e-mail, or on-line chat. There are several companies available to order canvas prints from that do have excellent customer service and are responsive and timely.

I purchased a*** for Printerpix and their coupon did not state the amount of shipping. I want a refund or reduced shipping charges.

Redemption code ***, amount $14.99. I have been unable to u derstand customer service and get no assistance for my issue. I asked for a number in the US and was told there isn't one. This is a scam or fraud, whichever fits the crime. They tell me to contact *** and I have not Ben able to contact them opby phone or email.

Please help!

I ordered a slate photo frame from Printerpix after a month, I received 2 pieces of corrugated cardboard glued together.
In August I ordered a slate picture frame from Printerpix. After 3 weeks I contacted them by livechat & was told my issue would be escalated to a supervisor. A week later I contacted them by email & was told the same thing, I explained I had already been told that. The next day I was told by email, that my order would be shipped soon. I received an email with a tracking number which showed my order would be shipped by DHL & should be delivered by Sept 19. On Sept 18 I received 2 pieces of corrugated cardboard glued together. I have tried 4 times since I received the cardboard to contact printerpix with no luck. I am now filing this complaint.

Desired Outcome

I either want my money back or the product I ordered. Which is a photo of my in-laws, I ordered this picture for my mother in law for her birthday/anniversary.

I did receive my photo which I am satisfied with. It turned out nice, however the package was open, the box the photo was in was open on both ends. So Printerpix may want to reconsider their relationship with ***. Reading through previous complaints, it seems a lot of customers file complaints because of broken merchandise.

Customer service answered my questions and all is good.

I had a difficult time placing my order for 2 dog blankets on your website, purchased through ***, which is why I gave the rating only 4 stars. The process of personalization was easy, but I kept getting a confirmation for the wrong sizes, and charges I did not owe since I had already made the purchase through *** (other than shipping, which was expensive.). However, I called your customer service number and was assisted by Aishwarya, who was very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. She took me through the process step by step and I correctly placed my order. She was wonderful! I can't wait to receive the blankets, I hope they are as great as your customer service. Confusing purchase process and zero communication regarding approximate or specific arrival time product delivery.
On 8/31 and 9/1 my son and I placed 2 orders from 2 vouchers I received via email. I first purchased the voucher then it sent me to the company site to finish placing the order. I chose the product and applied the voucher code at the end of placing the order as told. It did not state when placing the order that there will be an additional charge for the product I was purchasing until I received a confirmation email and even then it was not specific with those details. They sent only 2 confirmation emails but charge my credit card 4 times. However on neither email did it have a tracking number or delivery date, not even an estimated delivery date. Well it has been 2 weeks so I called today 9/12 and the lady I spoke to said it will be 14 business days from the purchase date and she was very curt with me. I explained to her that we have not even received an update on the order. She said we haven't received an update because it was still in production. I said they should be sending an email stating that then. I would like to receive my products first of all without interruption. I am worried that if I complain that they will hold back my order even longer. This was supposed to be birthday presents for my son's girlfriend which passed 2 weeks ago.

Desired Outcome

I would like to be at least reimbursed for the shipping costs for both purchases. Which were $18.99 for each purchase.

The company updated it's website and I lose all the products I have been working on for over a month to order them.
The printerpix website allows customers to create projects (photobooks, blankets, mugs, etc) with pictures. Once you complete the project, you can add it to the shopping cart and order your items. I have been working on several projects for over a month and was going to order a variety of photo books. They did an update to their system 2 days ago and I can no longer access my projects. I can see them in my project list but every time I try to access them I get a search screen. When I contacted their customer service they provided a generic response stating that I should delete my cookies, which I did, and if my projects don't show then I should recreate them, which is months of work. This is the 2nd issue I had to contact their customer service with and they are absolutely useless, they provide generic answers without fully understanding the issue.

Desired Outcome

Look for the projects that I have put together in their system prior to the upgrade and give me access to them, so I can finish and order them.
