I took recently accepted a promotional discount offer from Printerpix, for 3 canvas prints. Uploading photos and placing the order was extremely easy. When I received the prints, I found that 2 were as ordered--and quite attractively mounted--but the third, owing to the fact that I had uploaded 4 instead of 3 prints, had produced a "double-exposure" of the two. I contacted customer service, who initially informed me that I would have to incur an expense to correct the order. However, after a separate conversation with their Mr. George S, he very graciously agreed to correct the error at no cost. I had some confusion in re-entering my order but George handled it all expeditiously. I have now received the correct print and I must say I am very pleased not only with the quality of the prints but of their customer service. Absolutely first class! I recommend their product and their personal attention.

I bought a groupon for 2 printerpix large blankets. When creating my order, none of my photos are usable.
When creating order, website claims that out of 200 photos, not one is quality enough to get a decent product.
I ordered with anticipation of using specific photos and now I cannot use even one. That's not fair and I feel robbed.
I have 6 kids and I don't have extra spending money to hand out to this company for nothing.
Especially $70 something and then to learn that shipping is not included and will cost another $29.99.

Desired Outcome

I either want a full refund or my shipping waived if I have to take new photos in order to create a decent photo blanket.

I was offered free shipping by the representative that contacted me, however I am unable to locate a code for free shipping and unable to complete order with free shipping.
I contacted customer service and they continue to claim that they cannot find my account using my email address. I have even sent screenshots of logging into my account using my email and I have given my password as well.
I agreed to update my review with a positive review, providing the rest of this order went smoothly, but so far that is not happening.

First, we would like to let you know that it is clearly displaying on *** that "Shipping" is not included in the voucher price. The shipping fee that you will need to pay is being displayed on the exact same page as well.

As soon as we've received this complaint, we've been in touch with you over the phone and we've explained you the reason why shipping will need to be paid. We've received confirmation that you've understood and had agreed to pay the fee.
However, as per our stupefaction, you replied to this complaint saying that we've offered you free shipping and that you were kindly waiting to receive a link which is clearly not, what we've explained to you over the phone and what you've agreed.

To confirm what was communicated the first time, we've contacted you a second time to make sure everything was understood properly. We've received again confirmation that you've agreed to pay the shipping fee and that you will process the order when you are free.

However, our phones conversations seem to be different from what you express online.

Bought the ***. Directions to say to purchase the photos separate and pay for shipping separate. Bought the first photo and shipping was $24. Went on to buy the second photo and it says my *** was not valid. I called printerpix and they are supposed to send me a link to pay an additional $19 to ship the addition two. Once I get the link I have to call them again to process the order. Still haven't gotten the link yet. I'm pretty disappointed in this process. It's ridiculous and seems like a scam to get more money.

I ordered a PrinterPix *** and had trouble using the coupon. I called customer service and George S helped me apply the *** and issued a credit to my credit card. Very helpful and patient person. My book arrived in time and I'm happy with it. I think it was a good deal.

I had an issue with a *** coupon code not being accepted. George helped me with no problem and I continued to check out with no problems. I have used Printerpix in the past and their work is beautiful. Fairly easy to use the website, too.

This is the 2nd blanket I have purchased from them. The first one was very nice. This one will be a Christmas present so I have plenty of time for it to come. I did have an issue because I put the wrong date on the blanket. Within 2 hours I had to call the company and ask they stop production. Eugene was great, even when I was slightly panicking. I had to pay another $19.99 to stop production and have the right date fixed. I was annoyed about the extra money when I know they hadn't started making it yet, however I understand it was my fault and am happy we reached an amicable solution. They are a company that I would and do recommend.

Company offered a 16X20 metal picture through***, I received an 8X10. Contacted company and was told they weren't willing to correct the error.
On June 14, 2018 I purchased a Personalized 16x20 Photo on Metal through***. On July 30, 2018 I followed the procedures given on*** to redeem the voucher for the metal photo. I uploaded the photo, checked out and paid an additional fee for shipping. It was Printerpix order #***. Somewhere in the process the order was switched to their product number ***, which is an 8X10. I contacted the company today, August 22, 2018 to request a remedy for the error, but was told they were not willing to do anything. I am out the original purchase price of $15 and the shipping cost of $13.95, which I suspected was correct for a 16X20 mailing. This is the second issue I've had with this company. I made a previous*** purchase and attempted to redeem the voucher. The website would not allow me to upload any photos at that time. The rep had me switch web browsers three times. I was able to resolve that issue after an aggravating time with their customer service. I made this purchase around the same and would not have done so after dealing with their customer service.

Desired Outcome

I wish to get a 16X20 of the original photo and willing to pay shipping.

Exceeded my expectations

Back in 2015 they over charged me for coffee mugs I never ordered. They would not give me my money back but a credit on my account which was over $315. I have spoken to over 5 people about getting my new order placed to use the credit I had coming and I keep getting the run around. I am told they will send a link to my email to just pay shipping and it never comes. It takes weeks if not months for them to respond to any communication I attempt. When they do respond back I am just repeating myself and not getting anywhere because it just goes right back to were I was in the beginning not getting my product.

When placing the order, you should have included two mugs in your basket, but you've only included one which is the reason why you've only been charged $ 5.99 on shipping and not $ 13.99. From what we understand is that at the end, you are missing 9 mugs and are meant to pay an additional $ 72.00 ($ 13.99-5.99 = $ 8.00 x 9.00 = $ 72.00 orders).

No, This is a credit that was due for PrinterPix over charging my card. So this credit is for anything I add to my cart even with a discount. This is money owed to me that I should of received a check for but instead you made it a credit which I was ok with at the time since I was going to order more items. I was never told this would turn into pulling teeth to get the order!

We would like to let you know from what we can see on our internal system, you've purchased a total of 9 vouchers on *** (Good on two Magic Mug each) with a total value of "$ 126.00" with shipping cost not being included ($ 13.99 per voucher as per the deal, for a total of $125.91).

If these orders were placed accordingly and correctly, you would have end up paying a total amount of "$ 251.91" as per the *** deal for 18 mugs including shipping.
However, as these orders were not placed correctly, you've ended up paying us an amount of $53.91 for shipping & handling, instead of $125.91 as per the *** deal (apart from the amount you paid *** for the vouchers)
The reason being that you've only selected one mug in the basket when you were required to change the quantity to two as instructed.
