Placed an order three weeks ago and it hasn't even shipped yet. Nobody at PrinterPix will help.
I placed an order for three 8x6 slate photo prints on July 24, 2018 (Order Number ***). The website clearly states in its shipping FAQ that for the U.S., the time for processing is 5 business days followed by 4-8 business days for shipping. I'm not mathematician but that comes to a max of 13 business days for that item to make its way to my designated shipping address. I live chatted with PrinterPix 2 weeks ago just to ask when I might receive my order since I saw it hadn't been shipped after the 5th business day. I was told I would have my item in hand no later than "14 business days." I emailed last week after I saw it still hadn't shipped by the 13th business day and nobody ever responded so I called and I was told there was an issue with the image resolution and that the matter would be escalated. I called back the next day to see if the issue were resolved and to find out why nobody reached out to me in two weeks if there truly were an imaging issue. I was hung up on. I waited one more day and called back to find out that the matter was not resolved but it was escalated again and someone would call me back "immediately" and my item would definitely be shipped by Monday. Nobody called me back and the item is still not marked as shipped so, I called again. Was told again that the matter was escalated and someone would call me back. To date, I have no items, no call backs, and I am out $32.00.

Desired Outcome

Either GUARANTEED delivery by August 23 with tracking information or a full refund of $31.99 ($12.00 nonrefundable *** fee + $19.00 Shipping).

I needed hands on help to figure out the website in order to get started on a project. I got hands on help and step by step tutoring to get me comfortable. The customer service was great. He had lots of patience with this old, non-techs grandma. Today I am half way done with creating my book.

I was looking forward to my order from Printerpix. I received a *** as a gift for Pinterpix. I received my order the other day and the prints were beautiful! Only one problem- one of them had a black mark on the entire right side of the canvas. I contacted the company through their live chat function and George S answered. He asked me to send an email to customer service and then provide him the request number so he could expedite my request. He updated me frequently while he worked on having my canvas replaced. I appreciated his customer service - he was respectful, attentive, apologetic for the inconvenience, and helpful. He provided a replacement number and told me I would have a new print within 15 days. He did mention that he will request the production team to complete and ship it soon. Fingers crossed I get it early! Thank you, George, for your helpful customer service.

Vincent was very helpful on fixing an issue. I had an order that was supposed to have 2 of same item but it only showed 1. Issue will soon be settled. Vincent gets a 5 star.

Aamir was prompt in helping me track my order because link in email wasn't working. Should be arriving today. Good customer service experience.

I have placed 3 orders with this company for metal prints of my daughter's senior pics! I love them! Great service and product. I am now waiting on my 40 free prints and can't wait to get them! One order of metal prints was damaged by delivery agency. I chatted online with George S and he was able to get me new prints shipped out with no problems. Definitely recommend!

This company the only complain I have is while o was doing my photo books ( I was buying 10 units to give as presents in my family) the company decide to change the format of everything and by the time I finish the details in each book I couldn't make the purchase.... when I call the center they told me that I have to start all over cause they WITHOUT NOTICE change the format!! To me was incredible because it's sooo time consuming doing an album and when I did it again it was not as pretty as the anterior.. it was very desapointed.... this with the company

In other hand The customer service it's excellent and Sharon ( who attended me) was very helpful and kind and understand my need perfectly, thanks to her I hope every personnel is like her!!

The Printerpix program is not very user friendly. It would only let me upload one photo at a time from my android phone while making a photo book which took forever. I then had additional charges which I could not figure out.
When I called customer support, Sharon, was very helpful and resolved the issue. The books have not arrived yet but I am hopeful they will be nice.

Quick resolution of my problem. I will be happy to have the project in hand.
