Clinton provided excellent customer service. He was attentive, helpful, and was willing to do whatever it took to resolve my issue. Clinton effectively listened to my concerns and was very considerate in his approach.

Vincent from the customer support chat was very helpful. I was having a problem, and he helped me figure it out and resolve it.

Your company is fantastic. I had an issue with my last order and Clinton (who is fabulous) took care of my issue right away with no additional cost to me. It really is nice to see a company that stands by its product with a great customer service department. Thank you and Thank you too Clinton.

Good service

I used the PrinterPix company for some metal prints. I have been printing photos for 30 years. The quality of their metal print product is the worst. I submitted a complaint in email with photos showing the problems. After not hearing back from the company, I called the customer service line. Customer service is in India. I asked for a refund, but they refused to issue one. I asked for a supervisor, he said they could do nothing and I would not receive a refund.

I want to give my sincere thanks to Allen, a customer support representative of Printerpix USA that helped me on 7/6/18, in resolving my case that was pending since November 2017. I had emailed and called Printerpix customer support multiple times since November 2017 and my case was not resolved until ALLEN helped me and RESOLVED MY CASE IN ONE CALL. Thank you Allen for assisting me and resolving my pending case of 8 months old. Respectfully, Exie R.

I contacted customer service live chat to ask about a *** voucher that was set to expire. My service representative Vincent was able to extend the voucher code for another 40 days. A great experience.

Very helpful customer service

I just experienced a FANTASTIC encounter via Live Chat with Printerpix. I could not get anyone to respond to my bend metal picture delivered to our home. After over a week, I finally reached George S. He coached me through uploading my bent picture photo, then kept telling me to stay with him for minutes at a time while he researched how to take care of me, etc. I had never done a Live Chat, never uploaded a picture while on a Live Chat, and HE made me feel tended to. THANK YOU GEORGE!! Problem resolved and I am happy!!

although I was not 100% happy with the answer, Aamir was very helpful. My dissatisfaction is with the lack of tool options, not with Aamir's service.

I have to give CSR rep Clinton 5 stars because he was quick & efficient solving my latest issue with Printerpix. Don't get me wrong, they have a great quality product at a very fair price, however, I found them to be inconsistent at resolving some issues, including quality issues. Contacting customer service can be a problem if you don't happen to get a "good" representative. Clinton was that representative!

Printer pix is a very nice company

This place is fantastic. They have many *** deals and always come through. Recently, I had an issue with an order that George S helped me resolve. There were flaws and dings in my metal photos. He not only replaced them free of charge, he made sure everything was correct and that the photo was up to their specs. All these negative reviews do not reflect this company. Highly recommended!
