I purchased an add on voucher to an order I placed a while back. When I went to use it there were some technical issues not allowing me to place my order. I contacted the customer service chat center and was connected with Randy. He very quickly resolved the first tech issue (was an issue with an outdated browser on my end) however my voucher then was not properly being applied. Randy followed up with me through chat and I explained the new issue which he then fixed as quickly as he did the first issue. Wow! Good customer service is so hard to find especially when its not face to face. I'm very impressed and will do business with this company in the future whenever I can. Although this review is about the excellent customer service Randy provided. I would also like to mention the quality of the product I received from my first order also exceeded my expectations. Thank you.

I ordered product from printerpix and never received it in the mail after being promised it was shipped and it has been since the end of may
On may 14,2018 I purchased from printerpix 3 sets of 3 picture puzzles off of *** for this coming Christmas. I received two sets of the 3 in a timely manner but never received the 3rd set. I contacted them via email on May 28th. I was speaking to a gentleman named Vince S. It took days for response back and forth but on June 4th he emailed back a response saying that it had been found and that it was going to be shipped right away. I have not received my photo puzzles from them yet. The purchasing order number was ***.
I would like my photo puzzles that I have not received yet, and a refund of the 6.00 purchase price with *** and 12.00 shipping price with printerpix, for the aggravation with this company and not getting my product in a timely manner

aamir was so helpful in fixing an error made quickly for me great service
I just ordered from printerpix for the first time. I am a professional photographer, so quality is extremely important to me. When my metal prints arrived, I was absolutely thrilled. Packaging was superior, resolution of the images and the gloss of the finish we all fantastic. However, there was a printing flaw that I discovered upon closer inspection. I know that can happen from time to time, so contacted customer service. Online chat was a very convenient way to address the problem. Victor was extremely helpful, made sure he understood the issue, and worked with me to resolve. I am very happy and will certainly use this company again.

I ordered 3 magic mugs through a *** but only received one mug in the mail.
I ordered 3 magic mugs and only got one. I called the company and was told I would receive a link to fix this and get my other 2 mugs but only got a link for review. I can't hive a good review as I haven't gotten what I ordered yet only part of the order.
Send my other 2 magic mugs as I've already paid for them and it is what I ordered.

They sent my other 2 mugs but I had to pay $14 more for shipping! I had already paid $9 shipping the first time $23 for shipping 3 mugs is ridiculous.

I contacted support to get an estimate on my order production completion. They cannot guarantee delivery dates, but can give you a general idea of 7-14 days. I spoke with Randy and told her that it would be helpful if they can expedite my order so I can receive it before I leave out of state for two weeks. She said that she will add a note on my order regarding a small rush request. But because she could not guarantee that the order will be delivered before I left, I asked if I can change the order shipping address and she was happy to do that for me. So I just did that in case order is delayed for some reason so I can still receive it while i'm away. Overall it was a good customer service experience today!
