I have ordered several products from this company over the past year and a half. They make money on the shipping, but that is business. I had a problem with their system rejecting my address because the City was entered twice, by me, no doubt in confusing their internet form. I chatted with Amir today and he fixed it. To be sure, the order a few days ago the same thing happened and Printerpix sent me an email asking to correct the address because as today, their system rejects it if it does not match the USPS address. They are working out the bugs. Amir understood and fixed my problem quickly. I did not feel like I was talking to a robot. Thanks.
I spoke with Eugene and he is a great asset to your customer service department. Very patient, kind and knowledgeable. 5 stars for him.
Randy was most helpful with getting a goof up fixed. I am a true believer in returning business to company's with great customer service and I appreciate his endevorz to resolve my issue. Aamir was very helpful today resolving an issue with an order received. He was patient and kind. I appreciate him taking time to listen and understand my frustrations. He spoke with his manager and supervisor on my behalf and was able to resolve the issue.

I bought a *** package and the directions to get what I wanted were not easy to find. I had to call. Then I got an email that the album was on the way but it has been 10 days and I still don't have it. Take caution with this company.
DO NOT USE. The post office returned my package despite it being addressed correctly now Printerpix wants additional shipping paid. Their customer service people are MNS and they lie. They said the package could not be delivered because the address contained the line "Happy Early Father's Day Gift". Escalation and requests for a manager are refused.
I am a bit technically challenged, so I really appreciated the help and patience of Jesse. I'm sorry to see so many complaints for this company. I have had several orders from Printerpix and had pretty positive experiences each time.

Product wasn't as described and pictured and quality was poor. Was supposed to be a black mug that when hot water is poured exposed pictures I selected. The mug was a light grey film that showed pictures already . When I complained they wanted me to pay for shipping cost again $25.99 . I pointed out it was their mistake and asked for refund which he refused . He also refused to send my full order unless I pay for shipping .
I want my fulll order sent no shipping cost or a complete refund

Thank you so much IVAN for helping me with my Printerpix stone slate order. I think so far, this is the best customer service I have experienced. I got a 3 stone slates voucher from ***. I thought it is automatic when I ordered that all 3 stone slates will be put in the cart when I put the *** voucher no. Received only 1 stone slate, so called Printerpix. Ivan explained everything in detail what I should have done but no problem, he told me to order 2 more with no shipping charges. Will definitely order from Printerpix again. The stone slate was beautiful! And the customer service was the best!
This company will allow you to begin an order, enter payment information and then will not process any orders of product, yet charge your card.
This company will allow you to begin an order, enter payment information and then will not process any orders of product, yet charge your card multiple times without your consent. Two charges were made by PrinterPix (checking account and credit card). Contacting customer service is useless as the company is fraudulent and claims that no order was processed and they are unable to do anything about charges made because the customer "has no proof" of an order placed. Thankfully, I have a dedicated fraud team with my bank which was able to reverse the charges and will be actively pursuing this company.
This business has non ethical practices and is basically robbing people without any resolution. Should someone not have a fraud department with their bank, they are basically feeding money to this company without any service or product in return and this company probably thrives on individuals like that. This company is also being sponsored though *** which is causing more havoc for others.

Despite the response from PrinterPix, my bank has been actively pursuing them for the refund and I have IN WRITING a letter received 7/7/18 stating that PrinterPix has refused to issue a refund and therefore my bank will have to dispute the charge as they 100% cover its members from fradulaent companies like PrinterPix, thankfully!
PrinterPix is fraudulent and lacks integrity when it comes to being a "business". I will never use, nor recommend PrinterPix to anyone I know and I HIGHLY suggest avoiding PrinterPix at all costs. It would be in the best interest of Revdex.com and all consumers to seriously warn other shoppers so that they are not victims to the fraud going on with PrinterPix.

I had issues with my order and Ivan the customer service rep was awesome in helping me resolve the issue. He even stayed on the phone with me to place my new order which he promised someone would complete at the other end. He was very professional too.
I received an outstanding service from Sam M. His service was exceptional, quick turnaround and cordial.
I always use Printerpix for items for my home and to create gifts. In the past I have had little interaction with customer service but today I needed assistance with an order. I used the online chat feature and found the service from Aamir to be above and beyond what I expected. The responses were quick and the issue was resolved in minutes. I cannot say enough positives about the products I have ordered and now the help from Aamir.
I was having issues at check out with Printerpix.com and through their online chat Randy helped me and in a few minutes I was able to complete my order. He was most helpful and responsive. Great customer service.
I had a very positive experience today with RANDY at the Printerpix Live Chat service. I had some spendy vouchers that had expired due to the emails going into my junk folder and Randy was the king of customer service today...going to his supervisor to see if I could get the expiration date extended on my vouchers. We were disconnected three times during the chat...probably on MY end but each time, Randy was able to pick up the chat again and continue with helping me. I want to be clear that TODAY was a good experience and RANDY was wonderful however, I have had some less than positive experiences with Printerpix in the past. But I will give my review based on today's experience...thanks to Randy!
My biggest complaint about Printerpix and their vouchers is even if you order multiple vouchers for the same thing, each one is shipped separately and thus carries an added extra shipping charge when you redeem. Last year we ordered 20 calendars thinking they would all come together but each one was separate with a separate $5.00 shipping charge.
Ivan was super helpful and courteous with helping me to get an extension for my new blankets.
