I had trouble accessing some of my cache of photos and using a ***. Anto was super patient and helpful, walking me through each step, explaining things well and helping me to complete my projects.

I ordered 2 16x20 metal Prints together with some metal easels which could be used to hang the prints on the wall. The Picture quality was spectacular - we were very happy with the quality of the prints.
Unfortunately, the adhesive on the easels were not sufficient to hold the pictures up and one of them came crashing down in the middle of the night and was damaged as a result.
I called and spoke to Ivan. He was very courteous and professional. Within a week, we had received a new Print and a refund for the metal easels.

I worked with George S to help track down a package for my cousin's birthday. He was very helpful. I am a repeat customer.

I purchased a PrinterPix deal on ***, and my deadline to use my voucher was upon me. I had started my project a couple weeks prior, but I did not save my project before one of my kiddoes closed it out. Then, I procrastinated some more and realized I could not find my camera to upload additional pictures! I finally found it on the expiration day, and knew I would not have enough time to finish 3 photo books in one day- not with 3 young boys! I contacted this business via LiveChat, and Anto responded immediately. I told him my situation (took full blame!) and he was very helpful. He asked me to send him a pdf of my voucher so he could best assist me. He did what he does best on his end of the line, and happily extended my deadline! He was very courteous, polite, and professional.

Very pleased with the service I received from Savio and Josh. They listened to my problem with the albums and were determined to have them corrected. My albums are being reprinted and I am anxiously awaiting their arrival. Great customer service! Will recommend Printerpix to my friends.

I received a beautiful metal picture in he maik, but noticed a scratch about an inch and a half long. I was disppoidisap, but contacted customer service (chat). A gentleman named George S helped me and was able to get a replacement sent out. I am looking forward to receiving a new product and appreciate George S's help in that process. With this type of customer service, I look forward to ordering more in the future! Thanks!

Customer service was excellent in getting me a remake on its way. Something happened in shipping I guess and there was a scratch and dent. But they were wonderful. The print itself was excellent other than the scratch and dent. I am suoer excited to get the repalcement.

I was having issues with the website freezing while making my photo book. I had purchased a *** and unfortunately was on the last day to use it. I contacted Printer Pix about extending my voucher and Aamir was extremely helpful in making this happen. Great customer service!

I was hesitant to try new software to make a photo album but was able to understand Printerpix and put a 40 pg book together quickly and easily. I have not received the final product yet but I can recommend the software.

I recently purchased a Printerpix *** for a custom photo teddy bear. I am deploying and wanted to get my kids a keepsake while I'm away. I came across a little glitch with my *** and had to contact their customer service department, via online chat. I was quickly helped by a gentleman named Vincent. He was able to fix my code and walked me through the steps to reapply the code and it worked like a charm. I also added on two pillow cases during checkout. I'm excited for my babies to get their teddies!

I had a great chat with Anto R. He was very helful and tried to find the best solution as soon as possible. He propose many solution and thanks to his manager too, they succeed to help me and resolve my problem.
A very good person for the Customer Service

My experience with PrinterPix was lousy. I ordered 6 prints on metal following purchasing 6 ***. It is my fault for not reading the fine print that only 1 coupon could be used per order, and I had to make 6 orders. I received 6 prints, but 1 was not my picture. I tried to resolve the issue via the chat function. This being 2018, I was surprised to be told to email the order numbers and copies of images. Alas, I did. When I'd not gotten any feedback after a few days, I called the customer service line, only to be told they'd not received an email from me. Despite me sending it via their website. And having gotten a message from the company with a time stamp 2 minutes later. So the representative on the call said he'd send an email, to which I should reply with the details of my issue (even though I'd given him the wrong order number and my order number). But I did reply. And when I didn't receive a response after a few more days, I called and spoke with Clinton. Clinton was great - he took complete ownership of the problem and set up the replacement. I should never have had to talk to Clinton, though. It took 4 attempts at resolution to find someone who a) acted like he gave a darn and b) actually did something.

I will never use this company and will happily share my negative experience to prevent anyone else from making the same mistake. I only wish I'd checked company reviews before buying the *** which sent me on this miserable journey.
