I have dealt with this company off and on for several years. Every time I swear I will not deal with them again,but after a while a good buy comes up and I try them again. This year I ordered a personalized item on November 13th for Christmas, giving them plenty of time. As of today, December 14th it still shows the item in production and when I call or go to the support desk I am told the item is completed and just waiting to ship. I have asked for a manager and I am told they will call back and don't. From now on even if they are giving away an item I will not purchase from them.

I placed an order November 15th. it is now December 12th and I do not have a tracking number on my item and I can't get any help from customer service
on November 15th I purchased 2 custom blankets, that according to their website would take 5 days to produce. when I checked the status of the blankets 5 days later it said they were halfway through. I called the customer service department and was told it is in its last stages of production and would be shipped shortly. I waited a few days and still never received a shipping number. I called again and got the same exact response. after calling and chatting online with the customer service department someone finally tells me they had to reproduce the blankets. at this time, I was already at 9 days or so. I have literally talked to this company via email, phone, direct message and on chat and every single time I talk to them they tell me they are going to escalate the matter it is in its final stages of production we will get it to you asap and rush the shipping. it has almost been a month and I can not get a straight answer on what the issue is. they are literally reading me a script that they tell every customer that has an issue. I do not believe anyone is really looking into my purchase and I can never talk to anyone over the supervisor. the whole customer service department is in India but the company is in the United States and I can never speak to anyone that has even seen or touched my product or has any real knowledge of what is going on or can actually fix my issue.

Desired Outcome

i want my product that i paid for ASAP. i want a tracking number and the fastest delivery possible. i want to talk to someone in charge that is not in a whole other country that actually knows what is going on with my order.

I need my products along with a shipping refund.
I placed my order with Printerpix on November 24th and was charged $40 for shipping. The website stated that average shipping time would be 12 days. It's now December 12th and I cannot get an answer except that my product is in the last stage of production. I was given the exact same answer 9 days ago on December 3rd. I was told my order would be escalated for expedited help so that I could receive my products. I have called numerous times and cannot get anybody to pick up the phone or I sit on hold so long my phone dies. I have only been able to get a response on their live chat online. I really just want the products I paid for in a timely manner. Although, now I believe a refund of my shipping costs is in order as well. My order number is ***. I've also attached my latest chat conversation with their representative as well. I've been given the same exact response verbatim multiple times now. I'm highly unsatisfied.

Do NOT order from this company! Their website doesn't work, their customer service is awful and not helpful, and their deals are not deals at all as shipping is $30+ dollars. Save your money and time and shop elsewhere!

I have had the worst customer service experience of my life using Printerpix for a simple order of 4 photo books.

The order was placed 2 months ago, I ordered 4 of the exact same book for Christmas gifts, they were photos of a family trip. Each time I inquire with printerpix via phone, email or live-chat I am told, I am so sorry for the delay, we will expedite your request now and it will go out within the week. They have never been shipped. When I ordered early October they quoted a 10 business day turn around for gifts. Plenty of time for Christmas, now we are a few weeks out and I seriously doubt I will ever receive the books after the way they have treated me.

When I first would call, I would get the same spiel, Now when I call, I give my order number and they miraculously drop the call, I will call right back and the same thing, I provide my order # to the representative, they say "let me pull that up" and the call disconnects.

Now when I email, I get no response.. Live chat doesn't do anything as the representative says they will expedite and end the chat.

This has been the most ridiculous experience I have had. If I ever get my books it will be a complete miracle.

I responded to Printerpix on 1/2/19 as they requested above.. As of today 1/15/19, still nothing back from them, not even an auto response. This company continues to have the worst customer service I have EVER Experienced. I wish I could just get a straight answer from someone or my money back!

I have placed two orders and I have yet to receive either. I reached out to customer service to have it escalated 3 times.
Order numbers *** and ***. Both were placed November15. I have escalated three times. I have even tried to contact corporate and no one will return my call.

Using *** we ordered two 20" X1 16" metallic prints.
I wanted two identical prints. I paid the shipping for the 2 prints. We received only one
We ordered the prints in mid October 23. The package was on Oct. 27, 2018. It contained only one print. I emailed the support line in early Nov. and got anonymous support until Nov.5, I got George S who said he would send it if I paid the postage. I agreed and he was supposed to send me a link. Somehow when I tried to reach him for the link, I could not. The next support came from Ana. She said place the order and recreate the project, notify her and she would take care of it. I did so. Wrote three times to tell her it was done
And her link disappeared. I have copies of our emails,the voucher and the order and shipping rates. I can mail them to you. My name is*** my email is ***
Wilbur is my husband and he ordered the prints and asked me to handle the matter.

We paid for two prints and for postage on two prints. The first print was excellent. We would like you to print and send the second print to us. It was obvious by the postage charged that you were aware that we should have been sent two prints. Please send it before Christmas, it is a gift.

We have checked your order and can confirm you had inadvertently ordered one print instead of two prints. With voucher for more than one item / quantity, the onus is on our customers to order the quantity they require at the time. The quantity is displayed in the Shopping Basket and at Checkout. The same is also stated under our Terms and Conditions

However, we can see that the second print was replaced for free, dispatched on the 1/10/19 and delivered on the 1/17/19.

Printerpix does produce quality work, but are very hard to communicate with. After two months of communication someone did come through and we did get the second item that we ordered. I believe that the Revdex.com helped a great deal in obtaining our purchase. Thank you for your service. You do a great job for American consumers.

Still in Production 31 days later
I used *** for a personalized blanket for 19.99(using my personal debit card). I redeem the code, after finalizing the blanket I then get charged another 19.99(using my personal debit card) for shipping. I received my confirmation(11/10/18 11:10:09am) that the order(#***) has been placed. I would check my email regularly for a product sent email but never received one. Finally on Dec 1st 2018, I started calling customer service on a regular basis to find out why the email says that the blanket is still in production. I would get the same response that the Customer Service Agent and their Supervisor would get on the production team and expedite the blanket and also give me next day air for my inconvenience. Well I have waited until 12/11/18 to finally cancel my order. Then to be told I will not receive my 19.99 back because it has been past a certain date and that I would actually have to pay a cancellation fee but since I paid the 19.99 for shipping that they would take that off the $30 cancellation fee. I demanded to talk to a supervisor and was put on hold for over 10mins. When the Customer Service Agent got back on the phone he said his supervisor is busy and that he looked over my complaint and that he would refund the 19.99 for the shipping. But not to expect it for 7-10 business days. The gentleman that help me was Sam D.

I would love to see my product shipped to me for no cost after 31 day of waiting to be even produced.

I appreciate their response, now only if they would have followed through with it all.
It says in the response I would receive my refund of 19.99 in 2 to 3 business days from 12/15/18. I did not receive my refund until 12/21/18.
Then when I received my blanket the quality of materiel is not as advertised and the writing on the bottom of the blanket was spelled backwards (like they wrote it in a mirror)

Never fot any replacement order! I received part of my order late Dec, then had to complain for the other part delivered last week. And it arrived broken. Terrible business. Will never use again.

I purchased 4 mugs. One arrived broken and customer service will not resolve.
I purchased for mugs for $60 including shipping. One arrived broken. I have contacted the vendor through email, phone and live chat. They keep referring me to open a ticket, yet they don't resolve. I have spent over 3 hours trying to contact. The csr center is in India and although polite, they don't resolve.

A replacement of my broken product by Christmas or a refund.

Ordered a blanket and never received
Ordered a custom blanket for my daughter as a Christmas gift on November 18th. Was told it would ship within 7-15 days. Here it is a month later and nothing. I have called several times saying that it looks like my item is done and it is preparing to ship, also have tried the Live Chat and been told that it was being sent to the supervisor to make sure my item is sent out right away. Still on their website it says that my product is only 50% complete and no shipping date set. It's almost Christmas and the item that I bought for my daughter to go to college with is no where to be found. I want what I ordered, I can not afford to go and get something else. Thank you very much! I did receive my package after Christmas and my daughter was very pleased, was not the size I was expecting from the picture but looking back at the description that was my fault for not reading the fine print.

I had an issue arise with shipping and handling charges. I was led to believe that these charges were included with my purchase, however, upon placing my order, I was being charged for the shipping and handling anyways. I called customer service, and spoke with Aishwarya. Let me just say, she was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!!! She was very polite, patient, and informative!!! She consulted with her colleague, Nani, to figure out how to satisfy my issue, and to ensure that I received free shipping!!! The company typically does not offer free shipping for the voucher I had purchased, but because there were several misleading things that happened throughout my ordering process, they wanted to make things right, and award me the free shipping!!! During our call, Aishwarya put me on hold, and somehow or another, our call was disconnected, but she personally called me back within a couple of minutes to continue helping me with my issue. I thought that was WONDERFUL because I have dealt with other companies before that when a call was lost, I had to call back in to them and start the WHOLE process over again. Another thing that I thought was "EXCEPTIONAL" customer service shown by Aishwarya was the fact that she kept me on the line with her while SHE went ahead and placed my order to be sure that I received the free shipping!!! Aishwarya also made sure to ease my concerns, and give me my order number while I was awaiting the confirmation email!!! She also guaranteed me that my order will arrive in time for Christmas!!! I can't say enough about the PERFECT customer service that I received from Aishwarya, and the added help from her colleague, Nani!!! Without them, I would still be frustrated ... but now I am a "HAPPY & SATISFIED" customer that will continue to use the PrinterPix website!!!!!!!! I will also be sure to recommend PrinterPix to everyone I know!!!!!!!

I still have not received my order. Three different reps have sent me the same exact message. Showing a photo it being complete and ready to ship.
I placed an order 11/19. I have tracked my order numerous times since and it shows 50% completion. I reached out to 3 different reps and have received the same response. They have sent photos of my order status being complete and ready for shipmemt. Assured me within a week it would ship. Yet when I log in and track it's still at 50%. How do they show me an image different than the one I see?

My product was finally delivered.

Bought Voucher for photobooks. Website not working. Lost 2 of my projects; days of work. They left chat mid-conversation. Phone rings then hangs up.
Purchased coupon voucher for 10 40 page 8.5"x11" photobooks. I have spent several days putting these books together, which has to be done on their website. The website continually fails to load, causing hours of delays. I have created 6 books so far. The list of My Projects on their website only shows 5, and one of them is entirely blank, so I have lost 2 40 page books that I spent several days creating. Now I can't even open any projects to continue working or start over on the ones I lost. I have attached screenshots of the online chat, which was entirely useless. The person kept leaving the chat and put me back in the queue. Then they left altogether and ended the chat unresolved. I asked if they would pay for expedited shipping since their system is causing a major delay in the timing of my project, which is intended for Christmas and they said "sure, but you will be charged for the expedited shipping." ??? I tried calling the customer service phone number and it just rang and rang, then disconnected.

Desired Outcome

I want my 2 lost projects recovered and expedited shipping paid for. I am not asking for all shipping charges to be paid. Only the difference between the $29.99 they charge to ship 10 books "normal delivery" and the cost to deliver them by Christmas.

To begin with, my problem hasn't solely been with customer service, although that has been atrocious. My reason for needing customer service in the first place is because the website is inoperable. After losing first 2, now 3 projects that each took several days to complete, I sought assistance and got none. I have since periodically checked the status of the website, up to and including today, and it has not changed. One example is, in trying to recreate one of my projects, I need to upload a picture, and the website goes through the motions, allowing me to follow all the steps to upload a picture, then the "uploading circle" just spins and spins, then stops and there's no picture.
In response to your claim of having sent me an email but received no response, what a joke! You just sent it today!! It is just a reminder that I have items in my cart and projects in My Projects. No kidding! That's because I can't get any further with your stupid website! If I could, they wouldn't be sitting in My Cart and My Projects. They would be ordered. Then I would be joining the hundreds of others waiting for months to receive their projects. As a reminder, I started this project in November as an intended Christmas present. At this point, I cannot accept an offer of 50% off shipping and let the case close until I know that I am going to be able to get the product that I paid a lot of money for. This will not be resolved until your website is operational.

I ordered an item with a guarantee of 15 business days. The company cannot locate the item and will not issue a refund.
On Nov. 6th I ordered 2 items. I received one item 17 business days after I ordered it. to this day I still do not have the other item I ordered. It has been 30 days. Each time I contact the company I am told something different. I have left messages for a Supervisor to contact me but no one ever calls back. The company has not only exceeded their processing time but their shipping time as well. The fact that they will not offer a refund for an item that is missing makes no sense.

I would like the item I ordered along with a refund. The item I ordered was a gift. I have never waited more than 30 days for an item. The fact that no one at the company knows whats going on and can't provide a resolution is horrible customer service and business practices. If you order an item you should receive that item.

Refusing to offer refund on order not shipped.
Groupon order placed 11/28 for "755x7 cards". Order placed with Printerpix 11/29 for 1-box. Called 12/5 to see about status (waited 25 minutes for someone to answer) and was told that they processed but didn't print for 1-card only. They offered to print the other 74 but that I'd have to pay additional shipping (for a previous order that wasn't shipped). They finally agreed waive the unnecessary additional shipping and that I'd have to call back once I prepare the order all over again. They confirmed it would take an additional 7 business days plus however many days it would take to actually ship. They flat out refused to process the order faster or move it forward in the queue despite having my original order over a week. They refused to ship the order expedite without me paying for the expedite fees. They then flat out refused to refund me for the original shipping with claims that there was no way in their system they could do that. I have this in voice confirmation as well. At the end of the call, no order processed, no order shipped; customer refused to refund me for services not rendered; customer refused to make good on their mistake to process my order in a timely manner or ship in a timely manner. Had I gone through with this process all over again, I would have received my order after Christmas, rendering the order useless.

Desired Outcome

Refund of $9.99 for the non-shipping of order *** (same PO number).

I originally placed my order on October 15, 2018. Order number ***. Order shipped quickly and was supposed to be delivered on 10/26. Order showed delivered on 10/24, wasn't there. Called *** and [shipping company]***, they said I had to give it a few days to arrive. I called back, *** said they have no liability since it was shipped [shipping company]***. Called Printerpix multiple times. Was told I needed to file a claim with *** and get a claim number. [shipping company]*** stated no insurance was selected so they would do nothing but would open a claim. I called back with my claim number to have my order re-shipped. They said they would re-ship it. They gave me a new confirmation number of ***. I called for status a week later, they said it could take up to 21 days. I have called and emailed numerous times and I get no resolution. I have no information. It's been 50 days. They took my money and charged $30 for this awful shipping and I cannot get my order. I just want my order re-shipped. I was last told to be patient by the representative. I think I've been more than patient. I need help resolving this issue.

Desired Outcome

I want my order resent to me and upgrade shipping to overnight. No, more [shipping company]*** shipping that no one wants to take responsibility for. This business is awful and only wants to take money but offer no help. Everyone they have you speak with is in India and barely speaks English. I cannot even speak to someone in the US. I've asked to speak to managers and they tell me there isn't one available. It is unbelievable.

Extremely late order with no option to cancel
I placed an order for a medium blanket with photos printed on it on 11/18/18 using a ***. In the details the company stated to "Allow for up to 12 business days for delivery." As of 12/6 (14 business days later) the order still says "processing" and has not shipped. I called customer service and waited 30 minutes on hold. I spoke to a gentleman named Eugene who said my order was still processing and would not ship for at least another week (at least 19 business days from the order date). I asked him to cancel my order and he stated that if I cancelled my order I would be charged a "large" cancellation fee and would not be refunded my purchase, even though the company was not able to meet their promised shipping timeline.

Desired Outcome

I wish to have the job completed in a timely manner, and have my shipping cost refunded to me since the company did not meet their promised deadline.

They have not attempted to reach out to me since submitting this complaint on 12/05/2018. I have not been contacted by a supervisor and the possibility of compensating me for my time and trouble has not even been discussed. The website was still having the same issue today and I will not receive my items by Christmas as I anticipated due to their failure to communicate. I would like free shipping on my next order, as I have purchased from this company on numerous occasions. I have had a poor experience on two occasions now and they continue to blame the website for my inconvenience. Very Poor business practice!
