The company has been NON RESPONSIVE to my many efforts in trying to correct an order. In turn I paid and exorbitant amount for an incorrect product.
On November 22 and 23, I bought 2 *** to order o 2 sets MAGIC MUGS from Printerpix on ***, one order of 5 for $15.00 another for 10 for $35.00. A TOTAL of 15 at 50.00. I redeemed them at the Printerpix website on December 11, 2018. My order numbers ar***. I paid for $55.36 for shipping. for 2 separate shipments as it was 2 separate ***s.

When I received the receipt for the order, I realized it stated I had only order 1 MUG for each order. I sought to immediately correct the problem by contacting Printerpix. I made multiple attempts since that time via telephone as well as email, and online chat (which appeared not to be functional), to resolve this issue. The next correspondence I received from them indicated they were shipping my order. There is no representative as no one has ever responded to my call. I remain on hold at this time. Eventually the phone just hangs up.

I feel this company lacks service, and integrity. I feel they have stolen from me. I have paid over $100, for essentially 2 coffee mugs. They do not pick up the phone, they do not respond to attempts to resolve issues.

Photo blanket ordered in plenty of time for Christmas. Blanket has been sitting in warehouse for almost a week. Payed $20 for shipping!
I ordered a photo blanket on Dec. 9. I was told it would take 5-7 days to create order and then it would be shipped. I hadn't heard from them as of December 19, which would've been at the 7 day mark. Which at this point is acceptable. However, I called on the 19th to check on the order. I was told that the order was complete and ready to be shipped. I was also told I would receive an email letting me know it had shipped. As of Friday, Dec. 21 I still hadn't received an email confirming shipping....so I called back. I was told the item had not shipped, but was in the process of getting ready to be shipped. I explained to the customer service rep that my order had been sitting in their facility for a full work week ready, but no effort to be shipped in time to receive it by Christmas. I also asked why I had to pay $19.99 for shipping if there was no apparent rush to my order. Which brings up my second complaint...my husband works for FedEx and there is no way a blanket cost that much to send if it's not expedited shipping no matter what carrier you use. So not only am I not getting my blanket on time, this company is making a profit off my shipping cost. I asked to speak to a manager, and was told that he would just tell me it was shipping soon just like the rep had said. Extremely rude and poor business to tell me that a manager can't fix the problem or at least talk to me.

ordered item (Magic Mug) 11/30/2018 and item was supposed to be shipped within 15 workdays and item is still listed at 50%.
I purchased a voucher for 5 Magic Mugs from *** for about $5 each and then paid this company an additional $25 for shipping and here it is almost a month later and the product is still at 50%--the same percentage it's been since the day I ordered them. item ordered never shipped and customer service is in India and can't receive any supervisor or staff in US. This company is ridiculous. I want this company to either ship my item or provide me a refund.

Shortly after being informed by Revdex.com that the business had not responded to the Revdex.com complaint, I submitted an email rather than communication by phone to the business at the advise of a friend who had experienced similar frustration with communicating with the business and I found that the company was more responsive with their communication via email as opposed to phone communication. I have since received my order. I find that my attempt to communicate via phone was not as positive as via email because I believe it is that the reps are in India or outside the United States whereas emails are handled within the United States.

No price transparency with *** deals. There is also no indication to when the orders will ship or arrive. I placed my order December 3rd, called on December 20th, talked to the terrible customer support and they said it has not shipped and will be here by Christmas. I ordered it on December 3rd because I needed it before Christmas.. The time frame they give is completely wrong.

The business fails to provide product on time. provides false information regarding delivery and denies date of when the product ships. Runaround Scam
Order placed through groupon fr 20.00 dollars 11/27. On the website when checking out they added an additional 25 dollars for shipping. Informed the product will arrive in 15th business days. Product has not been shipped. Called the second time and told it needed to be reprinted and I should be receiving a shipping order and the product should arrive on the 21st no later than the 22nd. Four days later,no shipping number. I checked the status and its still in production. I called,waited 30min for an answer, and was told it has not been shipped, "still in production",told I should receive it on the 24th. I asked for a refund and was told I'll receive my refund in 10 business days. Kept my order and asked for a shipping number or an expedite: was told I should receive it in 24hrs-48hrs. No accuracy.

To discontinue false advertisement. Stop making customer sign the terms and conditions by checking a box before completing the checkout. Crucial information like a canceling an order costing 71.00 dollars should be known before signing. Forcing customers to keep their orders to terrible service. lied on the *** stating product is only 20.00 when in total its 50-65.00

I will accept the terms. Although things were handled terribly. I suggest you enforced a stricter time flow and better call handle time. I received product. Thank you, for the nice job I recieved, may your service reflect it. Also do not make the terms and conditions as hyperlink. It's easy to bypass and makes your customer believe the entire buy is a scam.

I ordered on November 15, 2018, it's December 19, 2018 I haven't received product. No help from customer service.
I have dealt with 4 customer service reps on chat, the last one was Shamala, she gave me the standard answer that they would escalate the order and give to supervisor. I've emailed over and over with no response, I've tried calling and they don't answer. My order number is ***, ordered November 15, 2018. At first they said their system was down, now they just say they'll help me then disappear and drop the chat. I've informed them they are Christmas gifts I neede before December 20. But I looked at tracking and they are still in production.

PrinterPic advertised a delivery time window that was not honored. Customer service team is not informed to give accurate or honest answers.
On December 4, 2018 I used a *** coupon to order two large blankets for $34.99. In addition I paid $52.57 for two day shipping. I begin checking the status of my order by the following week and it was listed in production. I sent an email asking for an update on the 13th. I received confirmation that they received my request on the 14th. To this date I have not received an update from their service team via email. On the 15th I begin calling and activating live chats with the service teams. Their service model is poorly constructed, the wait times are extreme over the phone. In addition, the live chat, (not always available/working) often puts you in queque with close to 100 people behind you.I was told that my order would be shipped on the 18th or 19th at the latest. And I would still have it in time for Christmas. I have been engaging the service team via chat every morning and I am told something different each time. However they have all still continue to promise that I will have this before Christmas. This morning I was told it was still in production. I actually feel for the service team, they are obviously not informed enough to have the true status of the orders. They are obviously being instructed to provide patent answers to the consumer inquiries. I asked the service agent this morning for the main number so that I could speak to a manager or supervisor. After a long delay he finally responded the order will be shipped soon have a good day. I have been unable to locate a number that actually goes into the main headquarters.

I am also going to try and contact *** regarding this vendor. I have, since my order, seen many complaints and *** is often mentioned through no fault of their own. Had I known about these issues prior, I would not have purchased the *** and would never do business with this company.

Desired Outcome

I would like this order completed but in addition I would like my shipping refunded. Had I known that production was going to take well over two weeks I would not have purchased the blankets from PrinterPix. I paid what I consider to be an exuberant amount for shipping for extremely light weight blankets. I did this in good faith that they would be here in time for me to re-wrap and re-shipped to my family.

I was sent a broken mug by this company. It has been over a week since I filed a complaint and the issue has not been resolved.
I ordered a personalized glass mug on Printerpix.com on November 28. Over two weeks later, on December 14, I received a smashed mug. I called the company to request a refund, as I needed the gift on Friday, December 21, and based on their shipping timeline I knew I would not receive the gift in an adequate amount of time. After waiting on the phone for more than 30 minutes, I was told to email the company a picture of the damaged mug which I did immediately after getting off the phone. I then attempted to follow up on Monday, December 17, but could not get through on their phone lines. I subsequently sent an email requesting my refund once again and received an email two days later on Wednesday, December 19 from a man named Vince offering to send me a new mug. This is the first time anyone acknowledged my request, though they offered a replacement and not a refund. Again, I made it abundantly clear that I could not accept a replacement as I needed the gift on December 21 so I followed up for a third time requesting a refund instead of a replacement. When I sent a email response to Vince, I received a bounce back email saying the customer support email address' inbox is full. I attempted to follow up via email again today, December 20, and encountered the same problem. This company is giving me the obvious run around in an effort to not issue my refund. This is absolutely unacceptable. If you search *** you will see similar complaints. I will also be contacting the Attorney General's Office as I feel this company should not be allowed to operate in such deceitful ways and continue to lure in unwitting customers.

I am requesting a refund of $15.99 for a mug that was damaged in transit. I have been waiting for six days for any type of resolution and the company has operated in purposely deceitful ways to avoid fulfilling my request.

Appears to be a scam company.

I have ordered several photo blankets from this company. I still have 2 items which have not been printed or shipped and they have had my order well over 2 weeks. I contacted customer service and received nothing but an automated response as well as a 'mailbox full? alert.
This company has made no contact to correct their error.
The 2 blankets are a Christmas present ordered on November 28,2018 and it is now December 18, 2018 with no order printed, shipped or ANY CONTACT made by this company.

I finally received one blanket on December 31, 2018 and the final blanket arrived January 9, 2018. The order was placed and paid for November 28, 2018. It was dissappointing to not be able to give these blankets as Christmas gifts as intended, but at least they showed up eventually. The real issue was the customer service. No responses at all to some email inquiries, untimely and poor responses to others, no updates, and poor assistance.
One blanket is sub-par and a photo is almost solid black, but it would take far too long to correct it.
I would like to Thank printerpix for responding to this Revdex.com complaint (over a month After it was submitted) and to accept a partial (50%) refund of the exorbitant shipping price ($29.99) of which I paid for items that arrived far past any reasonable time frame.
I wish I could say it has been a pleasure.

Items were not delivered by date promised. Hefty delivery charges for items as well.
I ordered from Printerpix on December 5th, 2018. I had two separate orders and the website specifically said to order by December 12th with standard delivery to ensure delivery by Christmas. I paid 29.99 and 25.99 for each orders delivery. Customer service has told me that they had up to 14 business days to process, make and ship order. Offered no refunds for delivery as the picture above on the website clearly says to order by December 12th for standard delivery. Shipping charges should be refunded, in my opinion.

I think I should be given the shipping costs back since they were so hefty and the company didn't hold up their end of things. They shouldn't state that an item will be delivered by a certain date if they can't hold up their end of the bargain.

You are correct, I received the order *** on 12/24/18. But the order *** was notcorrectly delivered which was for 2 blankets. I did receive two blankets. But the blanket I received on 1/2 was incorrect as it wasnt mine. The one I received on 1/4 was correct. I called 3 times on 1/4, I emailed pictures and was given a new order number for the blanket I did not receive. *** has not been received. I just received the email that my order has been shipped. I am still waiting on the refunded delivery charge of 25.99. It is 2/1/19 and the company stated I would receive this in 2 to 5 business days.

Product Quality is Poor and PrinterPix stopped responding. Now even their email is full.
I ordered BLANKETS for the ENTIRE family! Made out of Family Christmas Photos of us in our CRAZY GRINCH pajamas!

Yes..... You know the Grinch, Cute little Green Guy that takes over Who-Ville and steals their Christmas...... WELL........ PrinterPix MUST be related to him because they robbed me of Christmas Presents.

I am on a very tight budget and thought that Picture Throw Blankets would be PERFECT for my budget....... When I received them....... I think some of the ink must have run out because anywhere that there should have been bright green...... was FLAMING PINK FLAMINGO!

INCLUDING the GRINCH! And they can't blame it on MY "picture quality" because the rustic wood background is PINK also!

Tried to get them just to re-print them, through the chat they told me to e-mail, on the phone they told me I had to email..... So I emailed........

Today I tried again because it's been 5 days since I contacted them and my 2nd email was returned that their mailbox is FULL. Which leads me to HERE

I placed an order 3 weeks ago, I was told it would arrive in 14 days. I have reached out for an update multiple times and can't get anyone to help me.
I purchased a *** for 2 blankets, I ordered them on December 1st, one of them I paid an upgrade fee to get a larger blanket when I placed the order. Order #:***

The order status is at 50% and has been for 18 days now, I have reached out now about 7 times asking for a status update. On the 7th I was told that I would receive it within 9-14 days of the purchase date, I reached out again on the 14th and was told it was still in the final stages of production, I asked for an estimate on when it would ship, they disconnected my chat session. I started a new chat, and was told "your order should arrive within 9-14 days of the order"
I then sent an e-mail, I received an automated response saying that someone would contact me within 24 hours, I never received a response from that e-mail.
I then tried their chat again the next day, I asked for an update on when my order would ship out, they told me again that I should have it in 9-14 days of the order date, I explained that its been over 14 days and it hasn't shipped, they told me they would escalate my inquiry. I still have not heard back, and my order has not shipped out. I then sent another e-mail with no response and today I tried to call them, I waited on hold over an hour and no one ever picked up the line.

Desired Outcome

I would like someone to check on the status of my order, since 18 days is long beyond the expected time frame for my order to ship. I would also my order shipped out and valid tracking information sent to me.

Ordered to items from Printerpix via two vouchers from [third party website]***. Was lied to by customer service several times about status of items.
I purchased 2(two) vouchers through [third party website] *** for 2(two) blankets from Printerpix (order #'s: [third party website]***. They were ordered less than 15 minutes from each other and almost 4 weeks prior to Christmas. I did this because I thought it was a good deal after seeing prices from other places. No where did it say anything about shipping separately that I remember. Also, I had to purchase each item separately instead of together which resulted in 2(two) separate shipping charges of $20. I was charged the shipping before the items were shipped. No where when ordering the items does it get me an estimate or time frame for delivery. So I am basically sitting here tracking my order that had no movement for two weeks. I called the company on 12/1/18 after I saw no movement on my items on the website. I was told it would take 7 business days to process. I called back on 12/3/18 and was told items are still being worked. Called again on 12/10/18 where I tried to cancel my order and was told one order was already in the process of shipping and I would receive an e-mail with the tracking number. They also couldn't tell me what day it had shipped from their facility. That was on a Monday. I did not receive the e-mail with the tracking number until that Thursday (12/13/18) at 11pm. I used the tracking number to track the progress where for two business days it sat and did nothing. It finally updated on 12/17/18 saying it was in Orlando. Don't know why it took two days to get to Orlando when Printerpix is in Florida!!! And as of today, 12/19/18 the package is still sitting there. I was also told I would receive both items this week (12/17-12/21). After receiving the tracking number I called back on 12/14/18 to check the status of my other order which I was told was in the process of being shipped and would receive it before Christmas. I called back today, 12/19/18 to ask the status again because by this point I will not receive it by Christmas because there is only 3 business days left to ship the items before Christmas and it's been 5 business days to receive my other items that I still have not received. After speaking with customer service today, 12/19/18 they said my item was almost out of production which was not what I was told last week. I then cancelled the order because there is no way I am going to get the item before Christmas now. I was told I would get my money refunded back to my credit card in 5-10 business days. I also contacted *** and was told my refund would go back to my credit card within 5-10 business days. I've had to reorder through another company that still will not get here in time before Christmas because I waited because Printerpix kept telling me I would receive my iitems. I guess it's my fault because I should of read the hundreds of complaints online about Printerpix all complaining about the same thing! We leave for the holidays on 12/21/18 and I probably will still not have my one item in time that was shipped last Thursday, 12/13/18. For a company that does nothing but print on items, they should be a little more efficient.

Desired Outcome

Ensure I receive my refund for shipping for one of the items since it will not be here in time for Christmas as I was told several times it would. I ordered both items within 15 minutes of each other and one shipped (which still isn't here as of 12/19/18). If I could, I would get my money back from that order as well, but was told since it already shipped I could not. Also, the way this company operates is shady. They do not offer an estimate delivery date at time of purchase so you have no clue what time frame you are looking at. They also charge you shipping in advance before even shipping your item. I had to dig around the website to find that products should be shipped within 7 business days which was incorrect as well. Also, I found on the top of the website order by dates to receive by Christmas, which for standard shipping was December 12. I ordered on 11/27/18 and still no blankets with only 3 days left for postal service to be open for shipping. I ordered close to 4 weeks out from Christmas. Also, I had to use each voucher separately which resulted in two (2) $20 each for shipping. I paid the same amount in shipping as I did for a blanket....A blanket! The company continuously lied every time I called customer service and told me my items where in the shipping process when they weren't. And after reading other reviews, they should not be selling anything to anyone because apparently they have done this to many other people as well!

I didn't log in to receive my blanket for free, but still received the blanket. While I ordered two of the same exact blankets just with different pictures, the blankets were of different material. The free one being of better material than the other blanket I received. The blanket I received and paid for was bunched in one spot so there is a white line through a couple of the photos. While I did have issues with this company I do appreciate them responding back and canceling/refunding my second order quickly. I was never notified that they had issues with processing my pictures. Every time I called I just kept getting told my items were about to ship. That was their answer for theee weeks. While I will not be ordering from them again, I do believe they need to do a better job communicating certain things and learn to better communicate with their customers. If they are going to put an order by date to receive by Christmas they should have the product delivered especially if it was ordered before the order by date. Also, they should be more truthful with where the product is in the process. It also didn't help that when I ordered I never received an estimate delivery date which would of been helpful to know from the beginning so I could of ordered from somewhere else if I wouldn't receive it in time. Instead I ended up ordering a blanket from somewhere else and of course I ordered the wrong one (thought it was the pictures from the one I cancelled) and ended up having to go by another blanket as well. What should of been up two blankets ended up in four blankets and more money. I also should of read reviews as I read many after that were mostly negative of the service and products.

Haven't received my product in the expected time range; and the company doesn't answer the phone.

I ordered 11/28 using a***. They finally shipped 12/15 showing delivery 11/27. Their website: order by 12/12 to ensure delivery by Christmas.FAIL
I ordered 11/28 using a*** I purchased 11/26. These were two fleece blankets for Christmas. I checked almost daily for shipping updates. Shipment finally on 12/15 using ***. In addition to paying*** I had to pay $29.99 for shipping. That's alot. *** is the cheapest and slowest shipping. I didn't pay for cheap and slow. *** tracking showed 12/27 delivery. I sent messages to PrinterPix on 12/12 and 12/15 with no response. I called on 12/17 and was on hold 20+ minutes. The rep apologized for these items missing Christmas and offered refund for 1/2 shipping. I said NO and wanted full $29.99 refund. He hung up on me.
