I paid for my product over 2 months ago and still have not received it.
I ordered two 16x20 custom print canvases on 12/28/18. It is now 3/4/19, and I have still not received my order. I was told on two separate occasions that it would arrive by 2/15/19, and it never happened. Additional requests for information result in being told, "I have escalated this matter and we will expedite your order." I have spoken to the company on the phone, via email, and via LiveChat, and no one will tell me when my order will be finished and shipped. The company refuses to refund my money, either. No one can tell me when my order will be shipped, and their digital tracking tool has gone from "In production" to "In Pre-production" then back to "In production." I have no canvases, no refund, and no information on how or when either will be sent to me.

Desired Outcome

I want to be refunded my full purchase price, including the *** used to place the order, to be refunded, I want the full price of shipping to be refunded, and I want the product I have been waiting for since December 28th to be shipped and received in the next 14 days.

Blood money!

I am willing to accept my $19.99 refund ONLY because I am sick and tired of dealing with Printerpix. Congratulations, Printerpix, you've worn me down so much that I'm literally giving up on ever seeing a complete resolution to my issue. I am so OVER this nonsense.

What should have taken 2-3 weeks turned into over 3 months. I want nothing more to do with Printerpix, and I strongly urge anyone considering doing business with them to look elsewhere.

"Please do not hesitate to contact us as we are always here to help"??? WHAT A JOKE. It took DAYS to get in touch with customer service. Emails went unreturned and phone calls went unanswered. When I finally did get in touch with someone, the LiveChat agents lied time and time again, and then the customer service department HUNG UP ON ME. Oh, and for the record--apparently there are no supervisors in their customer service department. I was told on three separate occasions that there was no supervisor.

Consider me a completely unsatisfied customer. Printerpix is a complete dumpster fire of a company, and I can't fathom how they are still in business.

BUYER BEWARE--this company is insincere, deceptive, and completely unprofessional. They have ZERO concern for customer satisfaction and you are playing with fire if you choose to do business with them.

Purchased 5, only received 1. No one will respond or help.

The *** purchased was for Five (5) photo books. I followed all instructions and created my book online, ordering 2/18/19. I have since received my order but they only included ONE (1) photobook.
I have reached out to Printerpix on three occasions trying to get a response to where the other 4 books are and/or what my options are with no response. This is heartbreaking and frustrating as the additional 4 books were supposed to be gifted to others, one of them as an anniversary gift next week.

Horrible business! Placed an order nearly 6 weeks ago, and have never received. Notified my credit card company that this is a false company.

I placed my order on 1/23/19 and still haven't received it. Keep getting the same answer from them via email.
U purchased a *** for 2 blankets and placed my order (#***) with Printerpix on 1/23/19. I paid $29.99 to Printerpix for shipping. I sent an email on 2/10/19 asking when my order would ship. Nelson answered me saying he escalated my order to the production team to have it dispatched asap. He went on to say they expect my order to ship within a week. I sent another email on 2/19/19. This time Sage answered me. He says he sees my order is in production and will get shipped shortly. He also says he will escalate this to the production team and higher-ups as a high priority. It is now 2/27/19, over a month since I originally placed my order. I want my blankets and I'd like my shipping charges refunded to me. Their customer service emails are "form" emails without really helping you or giving you any information.

I want my blankets to get shipped right away and I'd like the shipping charges ($29.99) refunded.

Printer Pix printed and delivered my order incorrectly. I was unable to get ahold of customer service for almost a week to fix the order.
On Feb 18, I reached out to PrinterPix about an incorrect order via the email listed on their webpage. I never got a response. On 2/20, I called, waited on hold for 45 minutes before I got ahold of someone, only to have them tell me I needed to email them a photo of the incorrect order. I emailed them that same day, and again, never got a response. On 2/26, I sent a *** message about the same issue, and told them I would be reporting them to the Revdex.com. They finally responded and said they would get the correct order made and shipped out within 7-10 days. It's been 7 days and they have made ZERO communication efforts about the correct order, despite my attempts to contact them about it. I paid almost $40 for the order, and haven't received what I actually ordered.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund for at least the shipping costs, which was $25.99.

I ordered 4 large metal prints. Upon arrival, even though packaged well, every one had a large dents on one edge where something happened to the package in transit. The metal was bent and curled up. I sent an email and got automated email response that the had received my email and would get back to me. I have not received any follow-up from them.. even after 2 - 3 and 2 additional emails to them.. the retail price of the prints is nearly $600. Fortunately I paid a lot less on sale. I won't be ordering anything else. Nor recommending them to anyone.

I purchased a total of 6 canvases one voucher for 4 16x20 the other for 2 11x14 I received 2 16x20 and 1 11x14.

Printerpix will not fulfill my order and wants to place additional shipping charges on me
My order numbers with Printerpix are*** and***. The day I placed my order for cards from Printerpix (December 20, 2018), I tried changing the quantity of cards I wished to order from 1 to 100 (I placed two orders - and tried multiple times each time I submitted my orders to change that number) - each time, the Printerpix website did not allow me to change the number and was defaulted at the number 1. I figured it was a technical glitch with the Printerpix website, and that when Printerpix saw my *** (2 of them were redeemed for 100 cards each - so 200 cards total), I would receive my 200 cards. I paid the shipping charge of $9.99 twice (so $19.98 on December 20, 2018).

I had already purchased two *** ($20 each - so $40 total) for these items. In mid/late January, I received 2 cards - not 200. I have been in touch with Printerpix 3+ times to request they send the reamining 198 Happy New Year cards they owe me.

My most recent correspondence was with C in Customer Service on 1/24 - he said that if I explained the issue I experieced (above) and sent my two*** certificates, Printerpix would fulill my order.

On February 15, I was notified via email I would need to pay additional shipping for them to fulfill my order. Their website was faulty and I have already paid shipping; I should not be assessed more fees.

Desired Outcome

I am seeking one of the following resolutions: 1. Fulfillment of my order (send me the reamining 198 cards) without additional shipping costs OR 2. Full refund of shipping costs AND *** - $59.98.

I am completely satisfied and appreciate Printerpix rectifying this situation. While it took a significant amount of time to work through this process, the customer service person that helped me was outstanding and I very much appreciate and am grateful for the service that I received.

Wrong Product Delivered and Customer Service failure
I ordered 4 soft and cozy Fleece blankets across two orders,*** and***. Three of the blankets received were not fleece. They were of a felt like material and stiff. Nothing cozy about them, did not match the product description. They did not compare at all to the 4th blanket that was a fleece. It was clear to me that the order was not filled properly. I contacted customer service, with extreme long wait times, and was advised to send pictures of the 3 that were wrong to [email protected]. Per their website :At that time we will advise you how long it will take to resolve your issue. We will assign you a personal CSR who will be handling your complaint. This person will keep you informed throughout the process:. I did and receive an automated message assigning ticket numbers to the complaint, ***. I waited 3 weeks and no response via email or call. I called the customer service number again. I was told that the product supervisor would review my complaint and get back to me. I wanted three more weeks and called again. This customer service person couldn't comprehend the complaint. Kept repeating that the order was shipped. I had to keep reminding him that my complaint was about the product received. He told me that a supervisor would call me back. I called again, each time having to reexplain my issue, and was told that what I received was the correct product. I argued that it could not be possible because 1 of 4 was filled correctly with the correct material. He asked that I send a picture to the email of the correct one. I reminded him that I was specifically told only to send a picture of the incorrect ones. He put me on long holds. A man came on claiming to be a supervisor. Told me that he was going to resend my order and I should expect an email within 24 hours with the new order number. I asked for his name he only gave me C. I know that each representative had an accent and was difficult to understand. I asked where the customer service was. He said India. I don't know any person of Indian descent named C. I knew he was just saying anything to get me off the phone. Of course, no email was received. I am making this complaint after waiting 36 hours. My original emails were sent over 4 weeks ago and despite there own website saying that each complaint will be handled with a dedicated customer service rep. Noone has reached out to me to help resolve the issue. There are long wait times when you call, over 20 mins, and the customer service reps that answered have dishonest and not followed through with any of the promises they committed to me. I am super frustrated as I paid over priced shipping costs for a product that is substandard. These are supposed to be 30x40 blankets that do not weigh a pound but cost $25 to ship per order. I attached a photo of one bad blanket (tan) and the one blanket received correct (blue). The correct blanket is made of the expected material, has a tag with the material details, and is flexible like a blanket. The other photo shows a felt like material that is stiff. No tag, just some type of bar code.

Desired Outcome

I would like both orders filled again with the correct FLEECE blanket material. FLEECE! Fuzzy warm fleece.

Received order and books were not as shown on the build screen. Have had no contact from PP. When calling wait hours for reps who refuse to help.
Developed the book on their online tool. Waited extended period of time to receive the final product, as kept saying was delayed. When I finally received them, the books had pages cut off, poor quality images, spines that did not line up. Overall very disappointed. Sent email in hopes that I would get some customer service. Even included pictures from the website to show what my book looked like online vs. what was received. Never got response until a robo message was received two weeks later stating they were too busy to respond, but should reply if still had an issue. I replied and go no additional response. Tried calling the customer service line and got a message that they were too busy to help. Tried again through chat and calling. Got nowhere. Chat rep told me it was my fault and that the books look fine, then disconnected. Call in agent told me he wanted me to send him pictures right then of each and every page of all books before he would reprint them. Such wonderful service. They should not be allowed to do business unless they are willing to stand behind their products. I have also reach ed out to *** as they are continuing to sell certificates for this service.

I would just like my books reprinted to look like the images that are on their building tool. I don't think that is too much to ask for. Especially after several months of dealing with this.

This company should be banned from doing business!! I paid $38 extra for 2 day delivery from mid-December order...and it still hasn't even shipped!
I bought on-line in mid-december...paid $38 extra for 2 day delivery so I could have it by Xmas...and it still hasn't even shipped!! I have followed up a million times and always get the exact same response "we are sorry for the delay but we have expedited your order and we will notify you soon with a tracking number." This exact same thing has been told to me for about 6 weeks now. It is beyond ridiculous!!! And on top of it...anytime you call in....there isn't a person there that can speak english well!!!

This response is the same crap I heard over and over and over after they would maybe respond to one of my emails after days of waiting and over 2 months of waiting for my order!
Of course they credited me the $38 dollars I paid extra for shipping! They better have!!! It was any nice gesture by any means!!! I paid the $38 extra for shipping for the 2 day shipping option they offered!! 2 day shipping and it took over 2 months to get my order!!! Why wouldn't they credit me the $38...it was my money that I better have gotten back or else it would be stealing on their part!
And mind you...they werent even going to give me that money back. I had to hound them to even get it back. And on top of it...they finally agreed to give me the credit for that 2 day shipping...but they were adamant about still charging me for regular shipping....really???!!!
So you tell me where the nice gesture is here?????
"Nice gesture" is a complete joke!!! They owed me that money!!!!!!!
Oh and...you know how many times I called in over the 2 months to check status...and was put on hold over and over and many times disconnected???!! And when I was finally able to speak to someone who could speak have a bit of english...I was told several times "we have expedited your order" and promised me I would have it in 2 days. What a load of crap...over and over!!!
So...to answer your question about their response being satisfactory...the answer is "absolutely not!!!!!" This is the worst company I have ever dealt with...and they are a complete joke!!!

Did not receive what I ordered. It was guaranteed by Christmas and I could not get a response from the company until January. They will not refund.
I ordered a voucher for 2 blankets that were guaranteed by Christmas. It showed only 1 blanket shipped so I tried to contact the company to fix my order without response to several emails and phone calls.

Wanted a refund because I did not get what I ordered

ordered a 12x12 photo canvas on Jan 03 ,19 and as of today it has not yet arrived and they continue to state they had technical issues .
I ordered a photo canvas F18 which is 12x12 under *** voucher *** and paid the delivery and handling seperately to printerpix for $12.95. ORder # *** .
all was done on line on jan 03 ,2019 and as of
today nothing has been rcvd. This product can be
purchased at the local pharmacy/photo dept and processing is a couple of hours.
I have called 3 times 888 322 6733 and someone overseas in possibly India advises they are sorry but the product will be sent asap, I asked for a complete refund and Quintin stated he could only give me 30% off of the delivery fee but that would take 5-7 days .
this was a gift for my sister's birthday on the 11th which I planned to have had plenty of time to arrive at my home . Printerpix is located in Lake Mary which is a 4 hour road trip from my home in Miami . This company is deceiving about there product and customer service .
I will also advise *** of the same.
They should stop their malicious business practices.

I ordered a blanket on 1/18 and still have not received it
I bought a groupon to order a personalized blanket with pictures. I ordered it on 1/18, with pictures of my late husband, hoping to have it on time for his celebration of life. I paid almost $100 for expedited shipping and as of 2/11 have no product and everytime I try to reach out I either get no response or they give me some excuse. I asked for a refund on my shipping fee and they told me no

Placed an order 1/22/2018 still haven't received it. Spoke with customer service numerous times and was lied to multiple times.
I purchased a photo blanket for my grand mother's 75th birthday on 1/22/2019. I also paid for the blanket to be shipped 2 day. So I called 1/30/2019 and was told that the product was shipped and should be delivered on 1/30, the same day a that I called. I emailed them on Jan 30 and the attachment was the response. The blanket did not come so I waited til friday 2/1 to call. I knew due to the polar vortex that many postal services had delays. That's the only reason I waited to call on Friday.I was then told that there was a delay in shipping and the product should get there on Monday. I explained that my granny's birthday was on Saturday 2/2/19 and that was gift and it was unfair that I did not receive the present previous to her birthday. The CSR then told me that I would receive a refund for the shipping. Monday comes and I still don't have the blanket. I called Tuesday 2/5/2019. The CSR then said to me that he spoke to me the day before. I never called on 2/4/19. He told me that the product was still in the processing stages and he was sorry for the delay. I was not happy to say the least. Customer service had told me something totally different on 1/30/2019, 2/1/2019 and 2/5/2019. I discussed with him about the many times I was told one thing and never was those things were right. At this point, I informed that I would like a complete refund and to speak to a supervisor. I was told the supervisor would call me back before 6pm on 2/5/2019. I have not received a phone call back from the supervisor, nor received my refund. The order tracker is still telling me that it is 50% processed. Their service is horrible and I am extremely upset.My mother passed away recently and this a very sentimental gift from my siblings to my grandmother. I informed them on 2/5/2019 if I did not get a call from the supervisor, I would be informing the Revdex.com. Here it is 2/8/2019 and I still have not received a call, cancellation email, or any other correspondence. What a big dissappointment? I even go on the website and there is nothing even telling me how much I pad or anything. Just the order tracking info. I had to go to my email just to print out the invoice.

Desired Outcome

I would prefer to receive the blanket because it was the perfect gift but at this point the customer service is so bad that I just would rather get a refund. I was ok with receiving a refund for 2 day shipping originally. I feel like at this point I would be paying for 2 day and I did not get the product in 2 days. I feel deceived.

Today is February 28. This is 8 days from the response to the Revdex.com from Printerpix stating that I would receive a refund in 2-3 business days. I waited a few extra days considering there may be some type of delay. I was willing to accept the $24.99 partial refund considering I actually paid $42.06 for 2 day delivery and handling. I have not received my refund nor my grandmother's blanket. I understand the files may be the reason that the product is taking a little long but you have not guaranteed me a date once again. And if they were having issues with production I wish I would have been notified to discuss possible new options. So what is the reason behind me not receiving my refund. This is truly a disappointment and truly upsetting. I thought this place was going to be customer service friendly and I have found that it is the exact opposite. Basically your response was inaccurate.

I purchased a*** for 4 Printerpix canvas images in December of last year. On December 12th I placed my order, paid $40 for shipping and did not
Receive them until the day after Christmas(2 images were meant as Christmas presents).

Horrible service. I approved an image to be printed after seeing that it had a black border all around. When I received my metal print, there was no black border all around and both letters at the end were cut off. This was for a business and it was very unprofessional looking. I emailed and called printerpix but they said they cannot refund me or replace the item. Horrible service, quality of work, and customer service.

Difficult website, late shipping, poor customer service
I purchased a groupon voucher from this company. When on their website I purchased an additional photo package. The website was so hard to use I ended up not being able to use the package. I paid for faster shipping, 2-day. The package arrived almost a week late. I contacted them multiple times via email. No response. Their online support was rude and dismissive.
