I ordered my product a month ago and yet to receive it. Still has not shipped. I call they say that they will expedite shipping but they still haven't sent it. One month to print a blanket? If that's the case then don't say 15 days you will receive your product! I wanted to make sure I had enough time to give it to my mom for mother's day but looks like a month wasn't enough time.. terrible terrible service and shipping.
Promised 5 day shipping or less!
Placed order on 4/12/19 for 3 photo blankets. It is now 4/29/19 and production shows 50%. Contacted customer service, and all questions were answered with a generic response that never answered my questions. Site says orders ship in 5 business days or less.
Company needs to be honest with consumers about delivery times. Also provide real customer service

I was sent the a blanket with the wrong name on it. Their customer service has not helped at all.
I placed an order for 2 personalized blankets. When they finally arrived one of them had the wrong name on it. Upon reviewing the incorrect name is the stock name that is used on their website. This tells me they just shipped a stock one and did not make mine. I contact their customer service and was told I had to email them not call. So I emailed and did not hear back for 2 weeks. At that time they told me they had computer issues and could not answer me faster, but that my order was sent correct and they would not replace it. I responded and said that I did not order the incorrect name and they needed to fix it. Another 2 weeks and I get a response that they will go against their policy and send me a new one with the correct name if I pay another $27 in shipping! This is not acceptable. I want my money back or send me the correct blanket for free. The customer service is horrible and I will never order from here again

Terrible customer service. After waiting on hold each time for 40 minutes to ask why my second photo book was never delivered, they quickly say it shipped. I called the *** shipping service to find out that the tracking number they gave them was a made up number. It did not exist. I got *** to draft an email as proof, still Printerpix did not believe me. It has been over 5 months with me calling each month. Yesterday they said it was being held. Now they said they would finally mail it out 15 business days (3weeks). I kept asking for faster shipping but they refused. I wanted a photo book for my 85 year old uncle whose health is not well. Terrible customer service! I would not recommend! Use a different company!
Order placed on March 7, within 15 days supposed to get delivery. I still have no product and company has my money!
On March 7, I placed an order for a Picture Canvas and paid in full. Attached is the order of my inquiries, unfortunately one inquiry was by Chat and I cannot get a copy of that and the other inquiry was by phone.
Within my correspondence with PrinterPix, there was mention of my issue being escalated and someone calling me within 24 hours. My issue was not escalated as I never got any service that indicated that and NO One from PrinterPix has ever called me!

Additionally, when I contacted this company via the phone, I asked for a manager level person and no one ever came to the phone. The first time no one came to the phone after I waited on hold for a Manager. The second time I called the call was disconnected.
Finish the job and refund me the price I paid, for this since no one has bothered to call me and they refused to give me an address for the business. All the times my issue was supposedly escalated and nothing happened and no one ever called me back as promised. These are to me very annoying and very unprofessional and this company should be fined for continuing these practices.

I ordered 3 pillow shams in January with a *** coupon. January 24th I received 1 of the shams, but the packing list said all three were enclosed. January 25th I contacted the company through *** messenger and they apologized and gave me a new order number for the 2 missing shams. I contacted them after 10 messages trying to get info on my order and them saying it would take 5-7 days, I finally received my package on February 27th! And guess what? There was only 1 sham in the package AGAIN. I have been writing to them since then, 9 times so far with "we'll look into this"!
Every time I contact them, I get an auto response that asks me to send my information again. I have given them over70 days and 20+ messages to make this right.
I want the final missing pillow sham that was ordered!

Damaged product recieved and not given replacement or refund.
My product came damaged in the mail, it took forever to reach customer service with a response...several weeks as they required pictures as proof then claimed they didnt get it. When someone finally found all my emails they said they would send me a new order which I never recieved.

I placed an order and it was wrong. They told me I had to pay $20 and then when I called back they changed it to $30. When I went to replace my order they would not. Nor did they refund me my money. I called 6 or more times and they keep saying the managers are in a meeting. If you read this, do NOT place an order. They ate unreachable when problem comes up. They atr not worth a star. I have never wrote a review before that was negative. If people do bad I do not go back, but this company I thought it worthy to warn people.

It's been 3 weeks since I paid for my canvas. The one time someone actually got back to me, told me items are produced, shipped, and delivered within 7-14 days .I placed my order on 2/22/19.I have since sent 7 emails, with no response. Despite their response time being 2 days. My order still says "in production." I did warn them in my last email, that I would be filing a Revdex.com claim. It's seems I'm out my money, and have no Canvas.
Just send my canvas. Hopefully it's done right, so I don't need to file another claim.

I ordered a personalized blanket using ***. PrinterPix site said to allow 7-15 business days for delivery. 15 have days passed. I have not received my item.
I sent an email inquiring about the status of my order last week and received a canned response telling me that orders take between 7 and 15 business days. I sent another email inquiring about the status of MY order, and days later got a response saying that my order was "half-way" through the process after 3 weeks. No answer at their *** number. After waiting on hold twice for 15 minutes each, my call was disconnected both times.
I want the item. I cannot get a full refund, since I purchased it through ***. I would like the shipping charge refunded since it was not delivered in the time they stated. They charged $16.00 for shipping a small blanet. This was not noted before I purchased the *** for the item.

It's been over a month since I ordered a canvas from my wedding album. They representatives I emailed kept telling me it was in production. no canvas
*** order number. Purchased on 2/5/19. I emailed them twice (***. Just spoke to them on the phone (3/5/19) "it's in production, I will email the production team and let them know you need the canvas by the 3/15" this company outsources their customer service, they have hundreds of complaints online for the past year. Someone needs to audit their work. I do not expect the photo canvas on time. They don't seem to be in a rush to do their jobs.
I want them to send me my photo canvas. Then either fix the way your company manages or go out of business.

Terrible customer service and still haven't received my order
As you can see in the picture I placed my order February 7. After 2 weeks I called to check on it and I was told the delay was because it was printed bad and it had to be reprinted. I completely understood and mentioned that it would have been great to have just been informed. A week later my online account still showed "in production" I called back and was told it is in the last phases of production and I should receive it within a week. Here we are 4 weeks later. I've called countless times at this point. Yesterday I asked to speak to someone higher up and the customer service agent said"so you can be told the same thing?" Wow so rude!! Every time I call it is 30- 45 min before someone answers. If you email them you never get a reply. 2 days ago I just told them to forget it and to cancel my order and to fully refund me. That didn't happen either. So I'm currently out Money. Haven't received my order and have spent countless hours making sure I leave a review wherever possible because this has been the worst experience. After seeing the other reviews on here I don't understand how they still operate. The reviews shown on their website must be completely made up. There is no where on there to leave a review. PLEASE help!!

I ordered a personalized blanket back on 1/6/19. I've contacted them several times and they will not refund my money- nor have they shipped the prod.

I contacted the company and they apologized and said they were going to "rush" it. Every time I contact them they say the same thing. The past two times I have talked to them I have asked for a refund and they just ignore my request- telling me the same thing- we'll rush it for you. I don't know what the issue is but now it's been 2 months and I still don't have the blanket.

I never got a response to my helpdesk ticket and I tried reaching out the same day I noticed the error, they were not willing to help me out.
I purchased a *** deal for printerpix canvases. One of my orders accidentally had double the canvases ordered and I was charged extra for the extra purchase. I had attempted to delete my cart originally, but technical failures led me to an extra purchase. Same day I tried reaching out to printerpix customer service and they never responded to my ticket. 2 days after purchase, after explaining to customer service what had happened, 1) they didnt understand what I was trying to say. Seems like they have an oversees group as the base. 2) they were going to charge me extra for cancelling my order. Even though I never got a response to my helpdesk ticket and I tried reaching out the same day I noticed the error, they were not willing to help me out. I paid for 4 canvases through ***, but will be getting 5 instead with the extra charge on a 5th canvas that I never purchased to begin with, all due to system errors.
I would like for someone to take the time to listen to my case and understand what happened to one of my orders. I was over charged and would like a partial refund for half of an order i did not place.
