$101.71 or $89.68 USD for the rental, however, when you arrived at the counter,
you were charged an additional CAD $25.00 per day since you are under the age

We checked our system and verified that prior to booking,

the make and model of the rental car. You were also provided the information
that you will be charged by the rental car company in CAD.
The estimates provided are based on the exchange rate at

On the same page, we also advised that additional charges
may apply for drivers under the age of 25. We verified that you agreed with the
terms and restrictions prior to booking. We are unable to provide any refund.

This is not acceptable. As I've previously stated, I refuse to pay for a booking made for a different date than Priceline's system detected. My refusal to pay the cancellation fee is completely understandable because again, I refuse to pay ANY amount of money for an error on Priceline's system where I was not at fault.
Priceline's response, "We are unable to assist the consumer any further in this situation." is a clear statement that they have no regard for customer service or satisfaction. It was well within their ability to make this matter right and their intentions are quite clear. They would rather lose a customer (and the ones I influence) than admit their error.

understand that the consumer chose to travel one-way on a round trip airline
ticket purchase and requests a refund for the unused portion of the ticket.
Desired Settlement:
I understand that I purchased the ticket through name your own price option,
but some type of compensation should be made to me because regardless of the
fact, I lost $250.00 because I only flew one way on a round trip ticket, and in
addition had to come out of pocket with an additional $621.00 for another
ticket to get back home to [redacted].

Attached is the Credit Card statement showing that I was charged twice. The first amount is $224.81 and the second amount is $170.07. Priceline charged me $224.81 for the [redacted] Car rental but when I arrived at [redacted] they charged me also $170.07.
I am not disputing the $170.07. I am disputing $224.81. I did not rent two cars I only rented one car and I should only be charged once.
The attached credit card statement should be more visible you might need to zoom in to see the charges better. Unfortunately I don't have access to a fax machine. But do let me know if you still can't see the charges on the statement.

I just filed a complaint against Priceline.Com. I just wanted to attach documentation that they said they were going to credit my account of $501.68 +/- 5 days from October 4, 2014. They have not credited my account and it is November 25, 2014. I perceive them...
as a deceitful company. Every time I call, they use off-shore telemarketing representatives, who can't understand the email they sent me. I was promised a credit of $501.68, and have called my credit card company subsequent weeks regarding this credit, and I have not received this credit.

The business didn't offer an actual solution. Attaching a copy of a "signed" contract with what appears to be my initials when the initial complaint is about someone making an unathorized purchase with my credit card doesn't prove anything, anyone can simply enter the initials online. Priceline's policy does not trump law and what the FTC and TILA have clearly outlined which basically is that businesses cannot charge customers for a purchase they didn't authorize. I can't believe that Priceline does not offer any type of resolution and I think the FTC will be delighted to know the fraudulent practices that priceline participates in. Maybe Priceline should read up some news where another very famous company was ordered by the FTC to refund over 32.5 million to people due to kid's purchases without parent consent. I refuse to be scammed out of my money by Priceline who clearly could refund my money but wont because it's easier to ignore the little people than to do the right thing.

This reply is not the correct hotel. Ive never stayed at the [redacted]. My complaint is reference to the [redacted]. It was not an "express deal" it was a "name your price". The hotel was selected for me as part of the deal. Had I known a smoking room was a possibility Id have never done it. I travel quite a lot for business. As a matter of fact I work in the travel industry as a pilot so Im pretty familiar with hotels and service within. I find this practice unacceptable and I will not use priceline again going forward. I'll be sure to let my colleagues know about my recent experience with the priceline group as well.

We are contacting you today regarding your airline reservation for Trip Number [redacted].
We are writing to let you know that we received your Revdex.com concerns in our Executive Offices. We understand your concern about the schedule change. Airlines adjust their schedules for a number of reasons. When a schedule change occurs the airline will usually rebook you on an alternate flight closest to the original departure time. Once the airline notifies us, we make every attempt to notify you of the changes via email. Our records indicate that we attempted to contact you through the phone number that was used to purchase the reservation. However, the voicemail box was full. For this reason, an email was sent to notify you of the schedule change. In addition, we strongly suggest to our customers to contact the airlines at least 24-hours prior to each flight departure to confirm the reservation.
We apologize but we are unable to process a refund of the fees charged by the airlines. We contacted [redacted] Airlines and they advised that they too are unable to provide compensation.
