This has been a very, very disappointing experienceDue to make lack of reading all the rules and regulations in the 'all important task' of renting a vehicle, I've lost out on some traveling moneyI will forever keep this in mind as I continue to travel with other sites besides PricelineThank you for your complete lack of cooperation and consideration

I DID NOT call to cancel my reservation because the driver listed wouldn't be able to pick up the car. I called to cancel because Priceline customer service told me when I called that ONLY THE PERSON WHO MADE THE RESERVATON COULD PICK UP THE CAR WITH THE CARD USED TO PAY FOR THE RESERVATION. Now, this person is saying the exact opposite, ONLY THE DRIVER CAN PICK UP THE CAR
I cannot believe the level of ignorance and uneducated lack of training that is present at this company, none of you read, understand or have common sense when spoken to or emailed. Awful, awful, I will never be using you again! Get some education and training and common sense!
