Our records indicate that a previous request for Trip Number ***, was submitted on Monday, July 13, 2015; 9:16AM, for a Name Your Own Price reservation departing: Friday, July 24, 2015, and Returning: Sunday, July 26, 2015. This Name Your Own Price request Trip Number ***, was not accepted for confirmation as we were unable to find an airline willing to accept your offer of USD for a flight from *** *** *** *** *** ***, *** ** to *** *** *** *** *** *** ***
Our records confirm that after your Name Your Own Price offer for Trip Number under ***, was not accepted, you then chose to go back to the priceline.com homepage, and instead of submitting a subsequent Name Your Own Price request, you chose to start a new search for a Published Price Airfare reservation
Upon selecting a Published Price reservation, you were prompted to enter your travel dates, departure and arrival cityPriceline then presented a list of disclosed flight itineraries/times, dates and airfares for your review and selection
This Published Price request for request # *** is not related in any way to your previous Name Your Own Price request
Priceline does not select the travel dates; only the consumer can select and authorize the travel details of the purchase, including the travel dates
Our records confirm that the summary for your flight displayed throughout the path was consistent on each page, indicating you selected the dates: July - July The final screen was then presented to you, and you were then asked to review your selected itinerary and also enter your initials at the bottom of the page for your final approval or confirmation in order to purchase your selected reservation/tickets
Our system processed your new Published Price request for trip # ***, confirmed the reservation, and also sent a confirmation email shortly after you submitted your reservation again disclosing your selected itinerary
Our system confirms that your confirmed reservation was viewed twice after it was acceptedPlease also note, that upon viewing your accept/confirmation page, again disclosing the travel dates, Priceline was not contacted concerning any discrepancies, or alerted that the travel dates viewed on the accept/confirmation page were incorrect

I believe this form of advertising was extremely deceiving and basically tricked me into booking the incorrect dates. I would like to note that you did not even acknowledge the fact that I took issue with the advertising methods. Yes, I was presented with a page that I accepted. I accept that I made a mistake and I called within minutes of receiving the acknowledgement email. I contacted the hotel and spoke with Laura and she had no issue with me canceling the reservation yet the priceline agent would not issue the refund. If this is how you choose to do business that is your decision. If so, I will NEVER do business with priceline again and I will discourage others from doing any business with priceline as well

The hotel that was charged to my account was not a hotel that was listed in the star category in the area I selected I had been increasing my offer for at least one month prior to the acceptance of offer in disputeThe only hotels that were available were an *** *** and a spring hill suites the average price they said was per night The *** *** *** was not in that category I paid per night not including taxes and other feesI could have gotten that hotel for less directly through that hotel if I wanted to stay at a *** *** ***I would not have bid at all if that would have been in the category I chose They also advertise I could have gotten the same hotel for Per night and it makes no sense I would bid more for something if I knew it was available.
