I am rejecting this response because:
I have attached the previous addition from your website containing what a "VALID PASSPORT" is and your recently updated version of what a "VALID PASSPORT" is, if you notice the time stamp at the bottom of the page on scan was a month ago and it contained no information which could have helped prevent this issue however your recent update does contain pertinent information that would have prevented thisI find it interesting this sudden change to your website after I brought this issue to your attentionCoincidence? I think not, from my perspective it appears you recognized the error and then made the necessary changes to put your business in the rightIts a good thing I printed the previous version before you changed it isn't it? I also have included the *** *** for you to take a look at so you can see what a proper warning should look like, maybe you could change your website AGAIN to look like that and that way you could avoid any confusion whatsoeverImportant reminders at the bottom of the page give clear and necessary information to prevent the issue I experienced with you company which cost me 1,and then I had to repurchase new tickets at a pieceUltimately your lack of important information cost me and a cousin of mine *** *** had to pay an additional costing our trip a grand total of additional due to your errorI can promise you if this issue is not resolved here future requests will not include a request of 1,

I had to chat with customer care reps(second customer care rep closed the chat not even waiting for my reply ) to prove that the scheduled pickup date that I selected was Midnight and the system took 12:AMThere is no way in priceline system to choose 12:AM (No 12:AM option in priceline calendar)I want to know why my itinerary showed 12:AM instead of 12:00AM.
