associated with each reservation, prior to purchase The initialed contract page indicates that the
consumer agreed to these terms and conditions
Flight Times: You may be required to travel
during off-peak hours for this tripYour trip may start anytime ,
from 5am on your travel dates to as late as 2am the next day, and may
arrive anytime on the day after departure

Dear ***, In reference to the above noted complaint, which I filed on 7/13/15, it appears has been resolved! On Saturday, July 18th, at approximately 1:pm, I received a call from Mr
*** **, from Priceline's executive officeHe acknowledged and addressed the complaint in detail, and then stated that he will extend a full refund, and since my reservation was sas four separate reservations, he had to address them one by one. He did mention that it could take several business days until it would be recorded as a credit to my *** *** card, but I will receive full credit for the initial transactionIt was obvious to me that he was well prepared and had reviewed the complaint in detail, having made a number of comments in review of my stated complaint. In reference to the complaint, whereby I state that I had contacted the *** hotel directly to request their policy for cancellations, he acknowledged that he too had done the same. And after having spoken with a gal named *** at the hotel, he told me she confirmed what I had been told, that their policy was one of hour notification. He also noted that the Priceline entity with whom I had placed the reservations was 'Choose-A-Room'I want to thank you and the Revdex.com of *** for all you've done, and the professional way in which my complaint was filed and handled. To say the least, I'm very pleased with the outcome! By the way, I tried to send you this email on Saturday and Sunday, but received a notification that your website was under a weekend update and couldn't be accessed until later. I've never been disappointed in with Pricline until my current trip for this weekWe used Express deals to save money on my family's trip to San Diego and Newport Beach, were almost finish with my trip in San Diego, where we are staying at Renaissance San Diego downtown, I was excited about staying in a nicer hotel, but I was never told I had to pay dollars a night for Vallet parking after I exceptedWe didn't have cash to tip and with a family we really couldn't afford the extra charge and stressSo I ask the front desk why do we have to pay? She mention oh! It's not required? But we were hold we had to do Vallet?? A four star hotel? We wanted the good price but not the extra expenseNow we leave tomorrow and I was told we have to again do Vallet parking? At dollars a night! If I had been told this I would of never scheduled either hotelSo our cost went up $plus the only cash we had because we felt guilty to pay tipsSo my husband told them were sorry but we have no cash to give uWe could of saved more by staying in a or star with control of parking our own vehicle don't most hotels have s refrigerator? Financially disappointedWon't use express deals anymoreYou need to tell people before they commit it's only fair! Folks, this historical landmark is no *** HotelThe swanky hotel attracts a multitude of people with different classes and lifestyles interested to stay in a part of historyAlso, did I mention the *** was once the backdrop for a gruesome tragedy?
Enter *** ***, an Arizona Republic reporter, who was killed at the hotel by a bomb left under his car on June 2nd, *** was supposed to meet a tipster outside the hotel about a mafia and politician scandal but was set up to his deathA bomb blew up while *** was in the car and killed him, according to the Arizona Republic
*** ***, brother of *** Hotel’s owner *** ***l said ***’ leg ended up on a nearby street*** showed me black and white photos of what happened that dayThe hotel proudly displays images of ***’ blown up car and his body covered by a bloody sheet

Thank you for the replyI know the ticket was
updated and fixed as I spent hours calling and looked for helpI was
upset that priceline didn't do anything to help this process easier
instead you made it harder for me as airlines couldn't deal with me
directly as I bought the tickets through you guysI was lucky to find
someone in China airline at the end to help me and got me on the wait
list for the earlier flightI asked priceline to put me on the wait
list and I was refused, so I had to beg the airline company to do it for
mePriceline clearly told me that I had to pay if I wanted to change
the date my ticketIf I didn't do all the work, I would still have no
flight to board in TaipeiThat was why I made a complain as I believe
it was not my fault to buy a ticket that was not operationalI have
