To clarify, we removed the Posh credit and added Redeemable credit which can be redeemed to a bank account or requested via a checkWe cannot issue partial refunds to a credit card, so we issued redeemable credits as a refund for the free shipping that was not present on the initial order

I HAVE CONTACTED AN ATTORNEY REGARDING A CLASS ACTION SUITALL WHO ARE INTERESTED IN JOINING PLEASE CONTACT ME AT [redacted] This company is so flawed in its business practices, that I feel it has violated my rights as a seller, and a consumer. They have tarnished my reputation on more then one occasionMy most current experience involves a $transaction for a vintage, and a retired Tiffany and Company necklaceThe customer immediately after the sell, sent me a message saying that she thought the items were on saleShe then sent me a message saying she was opening a case, but would not respond as to whyPoshmark only allows returns if the item is not as describedSo the only option to my buyer was to say a piece was a replicaPoshmark sent me a notice that a claim had been opened, and that it was for the product being not as describedI asked Poshmark to be more specific so I could try to resolve the issue, and they gave me no responseI then received n

The buyer did not provide us with requested photo proofs within the timeframe that was requestedWe did not hear from the buyer through email or through the dispute caseWe requested more photos on [redacted] 5th and resolved the case on [redacted] 8th because we did not receive the photos that was requested Our team will reach out to the buyer for a resolution in hopes of receiving a response from the buyer

I made two separate orders from this company in the same day on may [redacted] I still have not received either package I have contacted the company multiple times, they have refused to give me a refund and given me vague scripted answers they have also provided me with no means to actually verbally speak to a person on the phone! All I want is a refund for the products I purchased and never received!!!

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/01/29) */ The seller did not misrepresent this dress as she clearly stated the size of the dress in the listing pictureAs stated in our FAQ page (https://poshmark.com/faq), a buyer may open a case with us if they don't receive their item or the item they receive is not as described within the listingThis means a buyer cannot return an item they purchased on Poshmark if the item simply does not fit or they no longer want the itemTo compromise with the buyer we added Posh Credits to her account and recommended that she re-list the item Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2015/02/02) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The seller stated the dress was a size "0/2" but wrote it was a 4/6, the seller obviously did not describe the dress properly! Posh clearly has not looked over the case and her listing properly and is just saying whatever they can to settle the case in favor of the sellerI clearly asked the seller to make sure it was a 0/and not a 4/like she had the listing as both sizesThe seller said yes it's not a 4/it's abosultelya0/2, well guess what the dress is a 4/size like she said in the listing (in the listing she puts a 0/AND 4/6) posh just has horrible customer service and does not protect against feudalent seller! Horrible site!!! Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 11, 2015/03/03) */ Our policies state that a buyer may open a case with us if they don't receive their item or the item they receive is not as described within the listingThis means a buyer cannot return an item they purchased on Poshmark if the item simply does not fit or they no longer want the item - as long as the seller accurately described the item in the listinghttps://poshmark.com/faq & https://poshmark.com/terms In the original listing, https://poshmark.com/listing/ [redacted] , the seller's description states, "FABULOUS and flowy DVF dress! Size but will fit up to 4/because of the way it's madeNWOT." Additionally, a picture of the the actual tag on the dress states size 2, and the seller confirms that it is " definitely a true DVF size 2" (reiterating what is stated on the DVF dress tag) Although this return was not supported, the buyer was given $in Posh for her dissatisfaction and suggested to re-list the dress Final Consumer Response / [redacted] (4200, 13, 2015/03/04) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Poshmark does not protect their customer bottom line! The listing clearly shows that the seller had no idea what size to list the item at and posh continues to stand behind her which is there choice but the Revdex.com and customer from everywhere should know posh is a horrible business and their customer service is the worse ever! The seller was to blame and should have told me she didn't know what size it fit best because she listed it as many different possible sizes the seller and posh are just looking to make a quic buck of a victim! the credit they gave me does nothing seeing as I'm out hundreds of dollarsThe seller suggested to get it fitted which would cost more than the actually dress is worth (like making a customized dress for myself) and the seller couldn't sell it from day one so what makes posh think I'll have any luck! I won't posh will just make their fee which again shows all the seller and posh care about is make a quick buck off victims of fraud

Revdex.com:I accept Poshmarks Poshcredits of dollarsSince it doesn't seem like I'll be able to get a refund and we disagree on the timeline of when I responded, I just want to resolve this and move onThank you Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/07/02) */ We have conversed with the seller and stated that we do see that the seam is coming apart in the photo that they have uploaded in their listing although they claim that there was no tear prior to the return of the item According to USPS the item was returned to the seller, therefore we consider the case resolved

I had a credit balance of $on my account, which I used towards two purchasesI made an offer on two items: [redacted] , a popup presented itself within the Poshmark appThe popup showed: My balance, the shipping charge, the total charge, the total charge with my credits applied and finally: the NET total (Screenshots provided upon request)The NET balance stated $Due to the nature of how Poshmark works, when you make an offer, the seller has to accept the offerI made two offers, both popups showed a ZERO balance for EACH purchase, and this is what I agreed toA formal agreementI assumed that if one buyer accepted, then the other offer would cancel itself because what I agreed to (Which was a balance using my credits) would no longer apply (as I didnt have enough credit for the second order) and a new agreement would have to be re-issued for me to agree toHowever, this was NOT the casePoshmark took my balance for the

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: they are not able to locate the account because it was closed by themThe email address that would have been used is [redacted] or [redacted] They have it just don't want to do anything about itSincerely, [redacted]

Our return process is clearly outlined on our FAQs page and states: "If the buyer receives an item that is not as described within the listing, is sent the wrong item, or is in some other way not as described, the buyer can report their problem to us within days of delivery through the app or on the web."Our records show that this order was delivered to the buyer on 4/and they did not file a formal return claim with us or even write in to support regarding any issues with their order within those daysTherefore, the funds were automatically released to the seller on 4/We did not receive any correspondence from this buyer until 5/- well after the transaction had been completedAs stated on our FAQs page, "Once the funds are released to the seller, all sales are final and no refunds will be provided."For this reason, we consider the case closed

I ordered a pair of sandals that were described as " [redacted] Redlands Knotted Sandals New" in the listing title" [redacted] Redlands Knotted Sandals, size or 8.5/no boxRetail was $**, these are nearly brand new, only worn once, and hard to findI'm not entirely sure I want to give them up!" What I received was nowhere near new condition and differed greatly from the photographs in the listing"Posh Protect" is their guarantee that is supposed to protect consumers from falsely advertised/listed itemsAfter submitting various photographs illustrating the grave difference in advertised versus actual condition, Poshmark's customer service replied to me offering me a $ [redacted] credit on a future order, but claimed that the "condition is consistent with description." I replied back as this is unmistakably incorrect, but they made no attempt to remedy this outside of a $ [redacted] credit on a future purchasePlease let me know if there is somewhere I can forward or attach photographs and/o

My wife ordered a pair of sneakers as a gift for me.They were supposedly delivered while I was at work.Never got the package.Neighbors know nothing.Never EVER in years at this address has ANYONE lost or not received a package.Never accepted the order on the app since it was never relievedShe reported well within Poshmark's terms.Took them a week to basically tell us we are on our believable...$down the drain.Worst experience with online shopping in my life. This is exactly why people are wary of 3rd party seller sites.I WILL TELL ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN TO FORGET ABOUT POSHMARKNow they are asking her for Mail carrier's name Post office address Post office supervisor's name and phone number Package research case number I find this ridiculous She has never stolen a thing in her life We have one car and it's hard to get to post office during work hours The Post Office wont give that info over the phoneShe knows the manager and thy told her someone probably stole it around the holidaysThey won't help her BEWARE!! Don't buy from them It the first time I ordered using their platform and it WILL BE THE LAST

I ordered an item (Kate Spade key case) on 03/20/It was sent USPS to me and was claimed to be delivered on 03/23/The package never arrivedMy branch Post Office located a package that was delivered locally that had the same tracking number, but it was not addressed to me or contain my itemThe postmaster insisted that I open the package in his presence to confirm the contents of the packageHe (postmaster) was concerned the retailer (username: [redacted] ) was using the tracking code for more than one package, which is mail fraudI have been charged, I have never received my item, and Poshmark refuses to respond to my emails since my original inquiry on 03/25/

Poshmark’s Posh Protect policy states that a buyer may file a claim within hours of deliveryIf the disputes team is unable to form a decision based on the photos and description of the issue provided by the buyer, they will request additional photos from the buyer to support their claim Our records show that our disputes team reached out to the buyer on [redacted] and [redacted] to request additional photos for the buyer’s claimThey did not receive any response from the buyer and no further photos or information were submittedTherefore, they were forced to deny the claim on December and release the earnings to the sellerOnce this occurs, a return or refund is no longer available Due to this, we consider the case resolved

On July 6, I sold a [redacted] Conalt Blue Python Skin Satchel with a retail value of $on PoshmarkBeing a fragile purse made of genuine python leather, I carefully packaged the handbag in protective paper inside of a solid cardboard box in an effort to keep the item from being damaged in the shipping processThe following week I received a notice from Poshmark indicating that the buyer who purchased the item for $was not happy with the product and they indicated that a representative would investigate the claim and make a decision on whether the item should be returned to me, the sellerUpon receipt of this email I promptly responded to Poshmark, informing them that if the buyer was unhappy I would gladly take the return under the condition that the product be returned in the same condition in which it was sent to the buyerPoshmark allowed the return to take place and I received the handbag in the mail the evening of July in USPS plastic envelopeUpon openi

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 7, 2014/06/19) */ To avoid a problem with a sale, we advise sellers to be as descriptive and detailed as possible when creating your listingsThe pictures and description in the listing do not accurately depict the dressAlso, we did provide the seller with all photos from the buyer in an emailPer lack of response from the seller we moved forward with the caseThe dress has since been returned to the seller and is now in her procession
