I received a package from a seller than had a dead bug in itIt took me many hours of stress to determine if it was a bed bug (we have confirmed from several sources that it is not but I am remaining vigilant) and I had to pretreat my apartment, quarantine the item and everything it touched and spend hours researching and contacting exterminatorsIt took over hours for Poshmark to connect me to the seller and they never apologized or took ownership of the issueBecause of their delay, I had to keep this disgusting item (a pair of designer sunglasses, dirty and infested) triple bagged in my home and I don't know the status on the acceptance of my returnI suggest you STAY AWAYShop local or try [redacted] for consignment

A seller on Poshmark website scammed me out of $ [redacted] on their siteI contacted Poshmark several times about this seller and haven't received a responseThis was another buyer who saw the conversations I was having with this sellerShe contacted me and wanted to know if I received my product and to let me know the seller (shippyproducts) is still selling items on PoshmarkI never received my [redacted] slippers which was a birthday gift for my husband and the seller blocked me from his page on PoshmarkI realize I probably won't get my money backBut there is no way this seller should be able to continue to sell on their website or any website

Why are you protecting a seller that isn't honest and gets more money as if she mentioned from the beginning the price will drop? on 7-3-I ordered a wallet by a seller by the a name of [redacted] She advertised her wallet as "Gold Dust' Hobo walletThe exact wallet and color I had been searching forI recieve my wallet in the mail on a SaturdayI was not in town and was not able to check my mail until the following Monday when I arrived back to my homeI opened my pacakage to only find it with tags stating that it is a "Coin" hobo walledNot what I was told I was buyingI tried logging onto Poshmark to notify both the seller and poshmark and I was locked out of my accountI notified Poshmark that Monday 7-9-through email that I had received the wrong color and I did not want the wallet to help me notify sellerTwo days later I am able to lock onto my account and I received a email from poshmark stating that they will give me a credit and I can contact seller to return walletThe response from the seller was that she would take the item back and send me a checkThen the Seller [redacted] dissapears

As stated by multiple members of our team, we are unable to remove the comments, and recommended that the seller delete the listing and create a new post if they believe the comments were causing any loss of saleIn addition, Poshmark does have a block feature which allows users to block other Poshers, meaning they cannot leave comments on their listings
