I have been selling clothes and shoes through this business on their app and have been a user for over yearsI listed a pair of brand new [redacted] Jeggings - Dark Wash, because they were too large for meA buyer that goes by "***" on their profile purchased the jeggings and I proceded normally how I do with the other many many items I have sold and not ever received a problem withAfter I got the notice that the package was delivered another notification came in from Poshmark saying that a case was opened for my sale because the product was either 'broken damaged or not as listed'About a couple days later the 'case photos' were released and the photos the purchaser posted were NOT and ANYWHERE near the pair of jeggings I sent outAs someone who worked for the company [redacted] and knows their jeans very precisely, these jeans were not only a completely different wash, color and style but not even made by the company anymoreHer photos of HER jeans had a ripped

Good afternoon - I made a purchase off Poshmark [redacted] (an online consignment shopping market), however, the item I paid for was not the item described (boots were described clearly as one size, the pair I received were a full two sizes smaller)I've been trying to work with Poshmark customer service for a week and a half no with no assistanceThey offered me "Poshmark credits" which I do not need, nor did I ask forAll I need from them is a full refund for my purchase + shipping as the item received was fraudulently advertised

I first reached out to Poshmark and the seller on 1/4/The seller never contacted me back and Poshmark sent me an email saying they had people looking into it and to relax and have "hot chocolate !!" I'm pissed that they don't back the return policy, the people looking into it NEVER again email backI've reached out twice to Poshmark and gave the seller, [redacted] , a star review and feedback and she has not reached out to mePoshmark allows people to sell from their site so they are responsibleI have also opened a dispute with paypal but they want me to try to settle it first with the merchantI feel ignored and like I'm spinning my wheels in mudMaybe if you reach out with them with this complaint they'll finally contact me

I began shopping on Poshmark, and found good sellers, I ordered their items and the items came on time and in the condition describedThat was the only good partThen there are the bad sellers, which the website seems to support; who, after you place an order and have waited a week, with the funds already withdrawn from your account, cancel the order because, get this, "they have changed their mind!" and better yet, they tell a lie that the "product is damaged"Who on God's green earth would ever do business with people like this? Who put an item up for sale, take your money, and then after making you wait a week, change their mind, and cancel the order? Then your money is gone for weeks! The week you waited for your order, and the two weeks you have to wait until the funds are back in your account before you can purchase something else! This site sucksStay away from it they gossip and slander people and creepily "follow people" through their website, thus invading your privacy, and turning sellers away from prospective buyers through gossip or slanderThey call this 'following' on thier webiste and actually allow this!!! On your account it is shown that ..."so and so is following you," as they describe it, and you don't know who is 'following you'!!! then, if they have an agenda or grudge against you, they can get the seller to "cancel your order, because the seller mysteriously 'changed their mind,' or the item was somehow 'mysteriously damaged' !!! The weirdest thing ever!!! Spooky and weird!!! This is not done on reputable sites such as [redacted] or [redacted] or [redacted] , or many othersPoshmark is simply not behaving reputably! I had to ask help from a bank representative about my funds being restored to my account after the seller had" mysteriously canceled" my order, and I told the Bank Representative what happened, and she said she also shops on Poshmark! and she said, quote "THAT IS NO WAY TO DO BUSINESSI WOULD CANCEL MY ACCOUNT WITH THEM." then it is almost impossible to cancel your account, for they make you petition Poshmark to cancel your account and then they do not cancel it upon your request!!! So be forewarned, and save your money and time, save your poor self the huge disappointment, of Poshmark's mysterious "wild goose chase" after "spuriously sold" and "canceled items", and go elsewhere where the customers are respected and the sellers are honest
