I purchased a pair of [redacted] jeans, advertised as a size 28, from the Poshmark website on [redacted] 6, ***Upon receiving said jeans I discovered that the tag attached indeed reads 28, but the actual fit is extremely smaller than what is listed, appropriately two sizes smallerI have contacted Poshmark, sending photos of other [redacted] jeans I own, all a size I have sent photos comparing the missized jeans to the properly sized jeans, showing a great difference in sizeI have requested that I return the jeans that are mislabeled, for a refund of the purchase pricePoshmark has denied such requestsThey would rather have sellers misrepresent the items they are selling, than make good on their product guaranteePoshmark claims that should a purchased item not match the description, a refund would be issuedThese jeans were advertised as a size 28, and that was a gross misrepresentation of their actual size

I have been using Poshmark for about months and had no problems until my account was possibly compromised I was receiving a large amount of spam on the app so chose to change my email and password A day later my account was locked and I had a pending balance owed to me in the account Their response time was horrible It has been days and I've sent emails and I still cannot get into my account Given you're "banking" with them and the response that I'm receiving, I would highly suggest you avoid this site Their taking 20% of what you sell, so their customer service should be exceptional to you, however it's basically non-existent

I've had nothing but positive experiences with PoshmarkI've made about ten purchases, maybe moreAnd most of them include multiple items(You get a discount that way)All the sellers I've worked with have been completely honest about the items I've boughtSo I haven't had a need to deal with customer service.I've tried a few other similar sites and Poshmark is by far my favorite :-)

I recently bought [redacted] boots through the Poshmark companyThe seller describes the boots as a "no slip in sole"And had no pictures of the issue or what she mentI thought it ment a no slip bootI purchased the boots and to my knowledge they had no insoles! The seller did not post pictures of the inside of the boot! I sent [redacted] an email of my dissatisfactionThe company sided with the seller and said that I should have asked more questions and that the seller says "a no slip in sole" and gave me $of posh moneyI don't believe the company handled the situation well at allHad I know the boots had no insoles I never would have made the expensive purchaseThe company did not support me the buyer in anywayIt solely protected the seller!
