As stated, our guidelines states that used makeup can not be sold on our platform - due to hygienic reasonsBecause of this, Poshmark is unable to provide the seller their earnings as redeemable credits - we are only able to offer the user Posh Credits

I purchased two sweaters from vendors on Poshmark using Paypal, which I have used for years with no issuesThe first sweater order was canceled because Poshmark informed me that their user was no longer validThe second sweater I received and I'm very happy with itBut Poshmark began e-mailing reminders to me to authorize paymentI tried to log onto Poshmark but my username and password were not recognizedI followed the procedure to reset my password but never received a "password reset" e-mail from PoshmarkThe only way to contact Poshmark is via e-mail; they have no phone number listedIt takes about twenty-four hours to hear back from them on any e-mail sentAfter repeatedly e-mailing them to get this resolved, they informed me that they were unable to verify me and that I would need to send them a "valid form of photo identification such as a driver's license or passport." This set off all sorts of alarms for meI promptly contacted Paypal to verify that payment was made for the sweater that I receivedThen I verified through my credit card company that payment was madeI then canceled my Paypal agreement with Poshmark to avoid any future problemsI will not use this service againI don't care what kind of deals they haveIt's not worth the risk, effort, or frustrationI'll stick with [redacted] and ***

Hello, I have been having issues with Poshmark for well over a month nowThe site is claiming I was selling un authorized or un-authentic merchandiseI was not selling inauthentic merchandise, the coat was clearly marked that it was not the brand and a customer returned it for the sizing not because of an authenticity issueMy account was reprimanded and deactivated and they are now holding my earning for different 100% authentic orders hostage! They also just dis continued my current account with over $ [redacted] plus dollars in pending salesThey even authenticated my [redacted] heels to be authentic and they still yet shut my site down for no relevant reasonI want the money from my prior sales! Its absolutely ridiculous that they are holing my money from legitimate sales with star ratings from the buyers hostage! I'm sick of their horrific customer serve and I want the funds that are owed to me! No one answers emails and they have don't have any phone supportMy accounts
