I recently made a few salesAfter a few days my account was revokedAfter the buyer accepted the items I made a request to direct deposit after waiting a few weeks I still don't have the depositsI was in conact with the service and they said they will look into itAfter a few more days I kept contacting them and they never repliedI'm still waiting for over $ [redacted] of my money from salesI want my money I just keep on messaging and they keep ignoringI want to take this matter to court and I will if I don't get my moneyI will win I have proof of everything and this site right here is a big scam

I made a purchase on Poshmark for a Lilly Pulitzer skirt from a seller for $I asked the seller a question about the condition of the skirt before I purchased and the seller assured me the skirt was in great condition with no wear Feeling confident with the 'Poshmark Protect' policy, I completed the transactionUpon receipt of the skirt, it was not at all as described by seller and in bad conditionI immediately opened a problem inquiry with Poshmark and sent pictures of the damage to them to get a refund and a return label to ship the skirt backI filed my inquiry on June 27, Poshmark sent me an email a week later and asked if I would just accept a $credit on their site and keep the purchase, to which I refusedThey emailed me again a few days later to ask me if I would accept a $credit to their site and keep the purchase to which I again refusedOn July 4, 2016, they sent a final email telling me they were refusing to let me send the skirt back to the seller and we're giving me a $credit to use on their site onlyI emailed them back again and told them the skirt was so damaged I could never wear it, therefore I didn't want to keep it and that I did not want the $40, I wanted a full refundI have not heard anything back from them sinceI have since deleted my account on Poshmark and will never sell or purchase anything on that site againTheir Posh Protect policy is bogus and they will not give you a refund, periodSo beware before you make a purchase!

Stay away from this web siteCustomer service is nonexistent No matter how much money you think you are saving, it is not worth the misrepresentation of merchandise that goes on within this site Some of the sellers might be trustworthy but for the majority of the reviews what you see advertised is not what you get To make matters worse you have no way to resolve issues via telephone They only offer email and it must be a stock auto reply because all of the responses are the same, they will get back to you in business days The reason they do not accept [redacted] is because [redacted] works expeditiously with the customer to resolve purchase issues With Poshmark, you are shooting at the moon with a sligshot regarding your satisfaction with your purchase BUYER BEWARE!!!

BUYER BEWARE! I just started shopping on Poshmark because I found a couple of items that were cheaper than ebay my mistakeWithin the last days, I've had orders cancelled by different sellers because they changed their minds (in case it helps other potential buyers, the specific sellers are [redacted] @ [redacted] and [redacted] )Yes, I got refunds in both cases, but I actually WANTED both items - that's why I purchased themPoshmark has no way of rating sellers if they flippantly cancel your orders, and the sellers can DELETE comments they don't likeIn other words, you have ZERO protection as a buyerHeaven forbid you spend money and never receive your item or receive it in poor conditionI see no way to file a complaint on the Poshmark site [redacted] may be overly protective of buyers, often to the detriment of sellers, but it's a much safer shopping experience

Poshmark owes me REFUNDS totalling $ [redacted] Poshmark is allowing sellers to sell items that do not exist then restricting the buyer from receiving a refund for - weeks without any communication from the seller or Poshmark CS! Poshmark is a FRAUDULENT business which should be held accountable for fraudulent practices or CLOSED!!
