I don't like how they keep 20% of sales , that is cheating the seller out of their earningsI don't like how they raise the shipping rate either to almost $They need to have a telephone service, so the buyer or seller can speak to an actual person instead of waiting and waiting for an email responseI wish the customer representative would answer my question , instead of being repentitive on something that irrevelant to the question being askedTo ensure better customer service, maybe they should hire more than peopleThere have been several times were my question wasn't answered , a simply yes or no would have suffice

I ordered a [redacted] fragrance mist and lotion from a seller on Poshmark, crissaaaa is her Poshmark nameTHREE weeks later I received a package that was open on both ends with a broken, empty bottle sticking out and no lotion in sightI promptly took pictures aid the package and bottle and emailed them to Poshmark to request a refunddays later I received this email: We have reviewed the case you submitted for order " [redacted] ***"Unfortunately, this case does not qualify for a return because: - no longer able to further compensate for liquid purchasesI was quite surprised since if it's something you allowed to be sold on your app, and there are literally 100's of perfume listings on Poshmark, why would you not be able to offer a refund on it? I sent them another email stating this, and they sent me this email: Hi [redacted] , Thank you for the emailAs you know, Poshmark does not support buying and selling perfumes or liquidsWe have pre

For order [redacted] , as the user did not update their return address on the appWe are unable to further assist them, as tracking shows the item has been deliveredWe asked the user to reach out to USPS to setup a forwarding address, so that the item can be deliveredFor this reason, we consider the case closed

I joined Poshmark in August to make some extra money since I just lost my jobI recently had a transaction with the user "myayang" regarding Order [redacted] She purchased the shoes on Sept 15, and received them on Sept 20, On Sept 22, she open a case claiming the "Item is broken/damaged/stained." On my Poshmark storefront, you can see the shoes are NWT, in excellent condition, never worn, and free of any marks or stainsAs stated by a recent Revdex.com complaint from a Poshmark seller, "Poshmark has been negligent in doing anything to appropriately protect the seller and actually indirectly encourages buyers to damage items received that they may not like or fit, etc as their Refund Policy states." It is obvious the buyer purposefully damaged their brand new shoesIt makes no sense why a seller would ship an item that is not accurate to the pictures to a buyer and expect them to be okay with itAs the seller, I have just received the now damaged

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2014/10/03) */ Our team was evaluating this caseThe end result is that the buyer decided to keep the shoesMs [redacted] earnings have been releasedIn these types of cases we ask buyers and or sellers to bring their issues straight to Poshmark to avoid negative interactions on the platformPoshmark has policies to protect buyers and sellers, so we handle these issues directly to avoid these kinds of exchangesWe do not accept harassment of any form

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me It did take quite a few emails, and Facebook messages before I got their attention, but they did eventually resolve the case Sincerely, Jenica [redacted]

I have been a seller and buyer on poshmark for years...until nowMy account was hacked and my checking acct cleaned outI emailed Poshmark and tried to contact sellers not to ship - turns out some of the sellers were in on the scamI'm disgustedI have [redacted] and a lawyer in the familyI will not rest until my funds are recoveredI'm done with an auction site that has no recourse for criminal activity on their watchThere was a major data breech also and they never notified customersThat was back in FebruaryDO NOT use this appIt used to be fine and now it's totally a scammer's paradise primarily because of Poshmark's lack of customer service

At this time, Poshmark does not have a monitored phone support system in place, our customer support teams work around the clock to assist our community and can be reached at [email protected] Please note, the customer was last assisted with their inquiry on August 9th and was given instructions on how to reset their passwordAccording to our customer support team, the customer has not attempted to respond to their last emailOur team would be happy to further assist the customer if they have any other questions or concerns Due to this, we consider the matter resolved

As previously stated, we will not be issuing a refund for the order

I placed a bid on [redacted] on 08/14/for the Christian Dior Atelier Joggers in the amount of $which was acceptedThey were advertised as brand new and authenticI received the item on Saturday, August 25, To verify they were authentic on my own I took them to the Dior Store in New York City on Sunday, August 26, which the address is Greene St, New York, NY The fashion specialist Andrew Rivera verified that the Christian Dior Atelier Joggers indeed were a cheap knock off and compared it with the authentic jogger jacket which goes to the pants which I had purchased from [redacted] Per poshmark's policy they advertise they give full refund for items not authenticOn Sunday, August 26, I reported this to poshmark via emailThey wrote back they authenticated the item with a 3rd party and told me I could rest assure the joggers were indeed authentic stating the Dior Store specialist has limited knowledge of their own product which they s

Regarding the users account, we made the listings available for her insurance claims as a courtesy for daysRegarding the handbag, the item was authenticated by both in house authenticator and third party authenticators and both have determined the item was counterfeitFor this reason, we consider the case closed

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: you allowed someone to steal my property and you refunded her, her money and you think it's okayThis is ridiculous and disgusting the way you run your company.Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Over the last years my credit card number has been stolenThe 1st times the bank caught it and this last time I caught itWe think it could be someone localOn [redacted] **, [redacted] I noticed charges being made with PoshmarkI immediately sent an email to them notifying them, contacted my bank and filed a report with the Sheriff’s Dept [redacted] sent me an email back asking for additional information which I providedI also requested the Name and address along with any additional information used for the purchaseI was informed they would give it to the Sheriff’s dept [redacted] ***, I sent another email, they do not list or give phone numbers out, that and police report was filed [redacted] responded that a refund was issued to my cardI responded right back that still needed the additional information requested about who used my card since they have that on file and said so [redacted] responded to my email and advised the officer assigned the case needed to contact support@po

I use POSHMARK to Sell my itemsI sold a Pair Of GUCCI boots on this APPI Shipped the item to the consumer that purchased it and I never got paid my commission from POSHMARKThe Order # is [redacted]  They took their commission and never sent me the amount owed to me of $I want my money that I am owedI cannot get the item back that I sold, so I need the money I madeI have contacted their customer service and they are the worst and not helpful

Seller's Beware! Don't sell on this App/Website This company lets seller's decide if they want to pay you or test your item and then return it at no cost to the buyer I made the mistake of selling a high price item on PoshmarkI had to wait a week before I heard the buyer wasn't happy and I wasn't getting paid for my itemNow I am to want to see if the buyer decides to sent back my actually item or something else? This seems like a Big Scam So keep your items or find somewhere else to sell your things, better safe then sorry Don't let what happened to me happen to you with this company [redacted]   They should have a - F rating

When the seller cancelled the order, they did not give a reason for cancellationUltimately, it is up to the seller’s discretion whether or not they sell their itemsWe can never force a seller to sell an item When an order is cancelled, a full refund is issued to the buyer Due to this, we consider the case resolved

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2016/01/25) */ We apologize on behalf of USPS for the inconvenienceAccording to our customer support team, we have worked with the seller and have proceeded to release their earnings Due to this, we consider the case resolved

I feel that I am the victim of a Poshmark acting fraudulently and in bad faithI recently made an on-line purchase from the resale company called PoshmarkI bought a [redacted] from the Poshmark siteThe price was $**Poshmark is a [redacted] companyI was not made aware, nor was it noted anywhere on the page, that the sale would be finalOnce I received the [redacted] , I discovered that the fit was neither comfortable nor my proper size, in spite of being advertised as suchI immediately contacted Poshmark by e-mail and requested a refund When I attempted to call them, I received is a robo-message stating that Poshmark does not accept phone callsThey responded via e-mail that my request for a refund was denied because “sizing can vary by fit” and “we recommend asking for exact measurements”I do not understand, nor accept, this response as adequateHaving no recourse for a $ [redacted] purchase, without being able to see, touch, or try on the merchandise

SCAMMERS! Their “posh protection” guarantee states that if an item is received and it is not as advertised they will refund your money and assist with the return processThis couldn’t be farther from the truth! After paying several hundred dollars for a gently worn“Authentic Gucci Belt” it was clear upon arrival that it was a counterfeit knock offAfter five emails to customer service and over one month and counting, I still have not received any responseUnbelievableThey are complicit in the scheme and by ignoring customer emails they refuse to honor their “posh protection” guarantee which is what prompted me to make the purchase in the first place Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced in my lifeWish I could give them zero stars
