This website is fraudulentThey banned my account and held my funds without prior warningThey held on to $of my earningsOn average I had 5/ratingsWhen I mentioned my lawyer after they had agreed in email to deposit my earnings into my bank account, the company blocked my email and chose not to respondAfter researching poshmark on websites like sitejabber, I've realized I am not their first victimThey ban and hold people's earnings regularly because they think they can get away with itNo where in any of their policies does it state they have the right to do anything but ban your account and restrict you from posting and commentingEven mercari states it will allow you redeem your funds even if you are bannedAt one point some of my happy customers rated my products and when I went to redeem my ear I ha I noticed that they were not calculated knots the redeemable balance! The next morning those earnings had been completely drained from my balanceThis in particular bothered me because it seems that the ever growing list of poshmark committing shady and fraudulent acts never endsWhy would a company drain earnings without an email? Also, after reading their policies front and back along with my lawyer, we realized that Poshmark also hires third party companies to monitor their siteTheir base company only has employees and clearly not enough people to moderate their own site leading to things like this happeningDo yourself a favor poshmark and get it togetherI have screenshots, saved all the emails, and plan on posting every single one of them to every site I possibly can do future users know NEVER to trust this sitePoshmark will stop at nothing to make money for them selves and steal money from their sellers

I sold an item on [redacted] and shipped a few hours laterThat evening Poshmark canceled the orderI emailed right away and just today received an inadequate response where it is clear my email was not even readI was told that Poshmark canceled the order because the buyer is being investigated and it was for my protectionUnfortunately the item was shipped and if Poshmark wants to protect other users than she shouldn't be allowed to use the platform while that happensI am out the product and money and the email response I received was tantamount to 'tough [redacted] as there was no apology or crediting my accountAs it stands, Poshmark is complicit in this theft, and it should be noted this buyer has knowingly not paid for something and not made an attempt to rectify the situation

This company is full of scammers!!!
