Regarding order [redacted] - NWT [redacted] , our team of in-house authenticators have determine the item is consistent with [redacted] products, as such we denied the caseWe asked the user should she reach out to a verified third-party authenticator ( not *** [redacted] store ) and cofirm that the item is not authentic, we will be happy to further assist herFor this reason, we consider the case closed

Money was taken out of my bank account on two occasions (same day) and I have never used this site everI contacted Poshmark via email and phone and was did get one message back for more information so I sent what they requested and now nothing, I have tried to contact Poshmark again on several occasions and never get a responseI just want my money back that was fraudulently taken out of my bank accountOne charge for $ [redacted] and one for $ [redacted]

I have been contacting Poshmark to update my account so I can access the funds I have made from salesI inadvertently entered the wrong email [redacted] and should be [redacted] When you want to make changes to your account Poshmark sends a code to your emailSince the email is incorrect Poshmark has to make the changesYou send Poshmark your username, email and driver’s licenseThey state it takes hours for Poshmark to respond it is now days and my account has not been updatedPoshmark received their fees for sales I made but are holding over $dollars in sales to me because they wont change my email so I unable to transfer the money to my bank accountMost recently I am now receiving emails for someone else who is not meI am getting her account info, purchase and shipping infoUnfortunately Poshmark does not have phone support so very frustratingi am concerned my $will be lost or given to the wrong account

We requested the user provide us with proof of purchase such as a receiptThe user did not respond to us with the requested proofFor this reason, the case has been closed and we are no longer able to assist the seller if the seller does not provide us with the receipt we requested to confirm the item is authentic

I ordered a Louis Vuitton wallet off PoshmarkAfter I received it I questioned the seller because it didn't look authenticThe seller assured me it was authenticHowever, after further review I noticed the seller was selling fake Louis Vuitton and I contacted PoshmarkPoshmark ask me to send the wallet in for further inspectionI sent in the wallet poshmark verified the wallet was authentic but has NEVER sent me the walletIt's been almost three weeksI've sent multiple emails and no responseI'm out [redacted] and I want my wallet I paid for backThank you

I have reached out to posh Mark at least times via email which is their only contact method to have my email address changed so that I can collect the balance I have made by selling my products on their website and they are not contacting me back so that I can Collect my moneyThey have no telephone number that I can call to speak to a live agent and I am due over $I need to change my email address in their system which I cannot do because I don’t have access to my old email address and they need me to give them a code from my old email address to change My address to the new oneThey also need my old email address to even add a phone number to my account to get a verification code to release my fundsSo I need them to either call me at [redacted] m to resolve the issue or update my account with that new email address

I bought perfume that was advertised as [redacted] After receiving the item I went to use it and it smelled like hairsprayI then went on to pick out compare this perfume I recieved to an authentic and there were major differences showing that I recieved a look at likeI then contacted customer service, sent pictures, and was offered "posh credit" it has been a terrible experience with Poshmark customer service and after a week of trying to find out when they would credit it to my account I have yet to recieve a responseAt this point I do not want credit because I do not want to deal with Poshmark againI'm asking for my money back for an illegal look a like product that was sold on their appThank you

BUYERS BEWARE! You just need to stay away and buy form [redacted] instead Most of sellers is who've been kicked out from ***They talks to buyers like Crap you ever seen and nasty, they do this because sellers reviews is not visible on this site, it is hiding Often you will receive not as described and sold used item as NWTAlso they can get away from all these selling this siteI was shocked how sellers braveness on this site
